Wonderful service and fair pricing. The whole team came out twice to figure out the best configuration with our minisplit install. We were upgrading from a traditional HVAC and have loved the Daikin so far. Way more efficient and quiet that our old clanking machine. Highly recommended. Nice guys!

We contacted several companies for estimates. Comfort Controls was the best solution to meet all of our needs. They did a great job! We needed additional services after the our new system was installed and they have met all our needs with professionalism!

Dreadful. They're dragging their feet getting the part needed and keep pushing back the timeframe as what's needing to be done is covered under the warranty. We were originally told the part would be in on Thursday and installed Friday now they're projecting for the part to be at the distributors on Tuesday. Save your time, energy and effort and try a company that keeps to their word.

Each time their service technicians have come to do their regular seasonal PM on my HVAC units (I have 4 of them) they have been friendly, professional and very knowledgeable.

I'm a landlord and live far away from my condo in Charlotte. The first hvac company I had look at my place quoted me for a brand new system. Comfort control went in there and found little simple fixes that cost me a fraction of the price. At the end of the day, these are guys I know I can TRUST! And I'm very grateful for them. Fantastic service. I've been working with Comfort Control for many years and found them to be extremely responsive. Recently replaced upstairs and downstairs A/C & furnace units. Work was performed perfectly and the office submitted all rebate forms on my behalf.

One time, I was installing new thermostats myself for better control of my HVAC units and I was confused as to the wiring needs of the 4 units.

The technician made a special trip, while in the area, to assist with the installation of the first thermostat so that I would know how to properly install the rest myself. That's where businesses get my attention and my support, when they do the "little things" that they don't have to do, because they care about their customers. In addition, when scheduling my seasonal PM work and calling in to make payments against invoices, their customer service staff at the office has been nothing but friendly and helpful when answering my questions and assisting me with my needs. I would recommend this company to anyone needing commercial HVAC work or maintenance at their place of business.

Don't deserve 1 star. Treat employees like crap. I'd sweat or freeze to death before is call them. Call Doyle or Wilson!
