Bryan Whitlock started Integrity Air Conditioning and Heating in 1991 with a used truck and a second hand ladder. As a result of his hard work, high standards, and, subsequently, great customer referrals, Integrity has become a major resource in the valley for all your air conditioning and heating needs.
Bryan worked for over ten years as an installer and service technician for various companies throughout the valley after he had graduated from the Universal Technical Institute's HVAC program. This experience opened his eyes to what a good company can offer and made Bryan want to start his own business where his high standards could be met and upheld.

Integrity AC and Heating has been providing annual maintenance and repairs on our main HVAC system for several years. Maintenance/repair technicians are always professional and thorough. Recently, we had them install a ductless AC unit. Brady and crew were on time for the installation, efficient, respectful, and cleaned up nicely after the installation.
That night we had a minor problem with the system - Adrian came out the next day (on a Saturday when they are normally closed!), and corrected the problem in no time. He pleasantly answered all of my questions too. Very pleased with the new ductless system and Integrity AC! Would highly recommend this company.

Adrian was wonderful to work with. We've used Intergrity for years and have always found them trustworthy. We had an issue for 2 years with an A/C unit that they couldn't figure out what was wrong, but they never gave up and we got another new unit at no charge. These guys are the best. We love Integrity - the service is always good and thorough! I left 4 stars instead of 5 because our service person forgot to clean up the insulation left on our closet floor (and some on our clothes) after he accessed our attic. 8/16: Acknowledging response from owner - thank you! Yes, we will look forward to future services and needs!

So we use Integrity for everything. This year we called them up and asked about having someone come out for a split system for our bedroom. They had installed new ductwork for us about two years before, and he asked how it was working. We told him about a few hot areas, a couple weeks later they replaced the entire duct system for free, and it works awesome now.
This was something where a normal company would have just installed the two thousand dollar split system and made money. Instead these guys fixed the actual issue, at a substantial cost to them, for free. That's honesty you don't find in a lot of businesses. As long as they stay open we'll be customers.

We had Integrity Air-Conditioning and Heating replace our old HVAC unit early last year. The unit has worked perfectly and our electric bills have gone down due to the efficiency of the unit. It has now been one year and we had them come out to do a maintenance check. The technician did a thorough check and everything was working as it should. Very pleased with the service.

Have used Integrity Air Conditioning for service calls, seasonal tune-ups and complete replacement. The replacements were of two furnaces and associated AC systems. From service calls to complete replacements I have enjoyed using Integrity. Been a customer now for about 3 years. Top notch installs and customer service. The employees were all professional and respectful and kept to their schedules. Thanks Integrity.

Integrity Air have been our HVAC experts for more than 20 years. In addition to doing the annual maintenance on our system, Integrity has done big jobs such as moving our air handler to the attic, and routing and adding ducts to improve airflow. A few years ago they replaced our heat pump with a super high efficiency unit. The work has always been done right the first time. Their techs are knowledgeable, on time, courteous and professional. Their name says it all!

Integrity is a top notched company. Very customer oriented and very customer appreciated. Integrity Air Conditioning & Heating installed two units over 10 years ago. There has been yearly summer maintenance and a few repairs needed over the years. I recently had a problem with one of my units that has taken 3 trips to complete. and today, Scott finished up some work at my home and spent several hours completing.
When I asked how much the bill was, I was informed nothing, you paid us on the initial visit! We just want our customers taken care of and happy. I can not say enough about this company except that they are professional, knowledgeable, reasonable, meticulous, and a pleasure to have in my home to purchase & service my two air conditioners! A PLEASURE to do business with INTEGRITY AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING!

I recently had a experience with integrity air conditioning. Let me briefly explain. They installed my unit December 2014. A trane unit. The compressor went bad in July 2020. The compressor had a 12-year warranty. But I would have to pay labor. Labor bill was $1275 for 3 hours of labor. So be careful of the labor cost on a warranty job on a supposedly well manufactured AC unit. If the owner actually reads this you can call me you have my information.

Integrity installed two new Lennox air conditioners on our home two years ago. Our home is cooler and our electricity bills are lower. We recently had them out to service both units to ensure that they were ready for summer. The technician was prompt and completed a very thorough inspection. We are extremely pleased with the services provided by Integrity Air Conditioning!

We just had the guys out again to completely rebuild our ductwork. They did an amazing job, got it done in a day, and actually cleaned up after themselves. I did find a pair of sunglasses though, so I'm going to have to call and see if someone wants them back. Seriously, you can't go wrong with these guys. Since we moved into our new house our A/C was horrible.
We had them come out and look at the unit and it was fine, so we started talking about the ductwork. We decided to replace it all and couldn't be happier. We also really appreciated that they didn't try and upsell us into a new AC unit. Did I mention they showed up on time? I know I was shocked too. It doesn't happen with most contractors but the team at Integrity is the best. Thanks again for the great work.

After 3 unproductive visits from the AC company that installed our unit that was still under warranty in our new home, we decided we needed to find another AC company if we ever wanted AC in our master bedroom again! My husband found Integrity on Yelp. Dave, the technician came out and had the problem solved and repaired in an hour. Happy household again!

I tried to have my AC unit looked at after it started acting up, making loud noises, and it was unable to keep my house cool. I called Integrity AC hoping to have it looked at in the near future. The owner asked me to wait for my AC unit to break before he'd be willing to look at it, which will end up costing me much more money and make him a ton. Dirty business ethics from this company. I found another company who is actually willing to help someone before the problem gets worse and extremely expensive.

Integrity air came out 1st thing in the morning after my heater went out and fixed it same day at a good price. My family has been working with Integrity air for more than a decade and this is a company that can be trusted. They will not recommend parts you don't need and they will do their best to keep your AC running for as long as possible. They will save you money vs the competitors in the long run.

These guys have been great! My AC went out at 2:00 am on a Saturday morning. I left a message at 7:10 am. They called me back at 7:20. They had a technician at my home by 9:20 and repaired the unit by 10:30. We had record heat the previous day of 117 degrees. My AC was repaired before my house got to hot. These guys are Awesome!

Air conditioning units are problamatic to say the least, mine is no different. For once I can sit back and relax knowing Integrity Air conditioning was on the job. That's a rarity in the heating and cooling industry. They are fully insured, licensed and not to mention, "Rosie certified". You need look no further then their name to know what your going to get as far as work ethic and quality are concerned. Integrity will be first on my list in the future for any of my cooling and heating needs.

I called Integrity because my unit went out and I didn't realize how old it was. Integrity was out the next day and looked at my unit. The tech they sent was very friendly and courteous and didn't get frustrated when I couldn't answer many questions about the unit (age, performance history, etc. as I had just moved into the place).

The tech they sent was very friendly and courteous and didn't get frustrated when I couldn't answer many questions about the unit (age, performance history, etc. as I had just moved into the place). I was hoping for a quick cheap fix, but had no such luck.
Although the estimate was high after shopping around I quickly realized these guys were giving me a great deal. They also turned me on to rebates for my new unit and gave me a discount on the labor and on future maintenance issues. I have recommended them to several family members and friends, some of whom have used Integrity and are extremely satisfied.
What made my experience pleasant was the fact that they worked around my schedule and were on time for my appointment and once my unit was installed and I had some additional questions, I had no problem getting a hold of someone from Integrity to explain to me what I needed to know. This is a great company and I won't be using anyone else or recommending any other place to family and friends.

When my family was living up in the valley, Integrity was our first and only choice when it came to installing, and up keeping our new AC. They provided quick and effective service, and had our new system installed in about a week. They were friendly overall, and showed us how to work, and upkeep our system. And by following that we never had to call for maintenance, and we stayed in the house for a little more than a year after having it installed. Integrity is quick, efficient, and friendly completely worth your time and money.

Integrity Air Conditioning is great, despite some rumors that have been floating around. My A/C broke just a month ago and I decided to look into really affordable, efficient a/c companies. They arrived within the same week, fixed my a/c unit, and even offered me a discount on a/c unit replacements in the future and some of the other services they offer.

RUDE, unprofessional salesperson! I kicked him out of my home within 3 minutes of his arrival. Have you ever tried to purchase a new air conditioner? All companies want to meet you in your home and take an hour of your time to give you a quote. With that in mind, I took a full day off work and scheduled 9 AC companies every hour on the hour to give me quotes.
I met all companies at the Maricopa Home and Garden Show last weekend and in person made appointment and told each company was told about my scheduling and that they may even run into each other. They all said they understood and agreed, even Integrity (the business card given to me was for Ross Carlisle, "Comfort Consultant"). On appointment day Integrity was to arrive at 1:00pm.
He arrived at 1:33pm. After opening the door he didn't say hello, he just said, "Someone's already here and cutting into my time. I don't normally do this, but I can't wait all day." Despite his initial rudeness, I invited him in. As I showed him where the AC unit was located outside, he continued his rudeness. I reminded him that when I made the appointment they were told that I had other companies here the same day to give quotes.
He made other snarky remarks to which I asked, "Is this going to be a problem?" He said, "No, but I've been waiting since outside for 30 minutes." I asked if he rang the doorbell. He said, "no" and said more remarks clearly indicating that he didn't want to earn my business. I stopped him there and told him to leave. I told him that if this is the way I was treated during the sales process (30 minutes late and rudeness). I can only imagine how bad their service would be. The irony here is their name: Integrity. Based on my experience, they don't have any.

It was 108 degrees out when my A/C unit decided to go on vacation. I immediately went online to Rosie's on the House referral service and selected one of their recommended A/C companies (Integrity Air). That same day, their technician, Shelby, was on the scene. Aside from really knowing his craft, he was one very personable fellow. He invited me on a tour of my system as he hooked up gauges and all kinds of fancy testing equipment. and explained what he was doing as he went along. Hooking up a set of gauges, he determined that the refrigerant was not cycling through the system properly (up to the handler in the attic and back).
With that knowledge, he headed into the attic (too hot for me to follow) and returned fifteen minutes later. His findings: the refrigerant had frozen up in the line in the attic. After asking me a series of questions, he determined the culprit in all of this -- me. When a friend and I went into the attic and sealed up all of the serious leaks in the duct-work connections, we ended up hampering the unit's ability to push air through the ducting system into the house.
How could that be? I asked. Two reasons, he said. One, you (as in me) have shut off the vents in two unused bedrooms and one bathroom. The system was designed to push so much air through and you impeded that. Secondly, he looked at my return vent air cleaner. It was both dirty and not of the type recommended (it was one of those washable types -- provided to me free by another A/C company).
He informed me that I was impeding the flow of the return air back into the system. He then asked, how often do I change the filter? I said every three months or so (if I remember). His response, No! No! No! They should be changed out every month and can be picked up for under four bucks a piece at Home Depot or Lowe's. He said that a frequently changed filter is the best investment one can make for keeping a technician like himself away.
Not only did he get my system back up and running, but he gave me a hell of an education in the process. Needless to say, I was totally impressed with Shelby. and by extension, Integrity Air. I can see why they are on Rosie's list of recommended A/C-Heating companies. One last note -- and to think that he never once tried to sell me anything. unlike the previous company I had used. I thank both Rosie's and Integrity Air for getting my A/C back up and running.

I initially found out about this company through SRP for their rebate program for an A/C tune up. They came out and actually did a pretty thorough inspection and then came the up sale time. I know they don't make a lot off these inspections. They said 2 of my refrigerant caps didn't have the little o-rings in them and needed to be replaced which i agreed.
They 2 of them for $20 which they told me was the going rate. Now, granted perhaps I should've looked online first and what not but the guy assured me these were expensive for some reason. I looked online today and could get 2 shipped to me for $5. Not a good company to be overcharging by $15. I can't stand companies that try to make money off of nickel/dime items.
I guess that's a pet peeve of mine. I will never be using these guys in the future and the only reason I used them to begin with is because they were referred by SRP. Stay away from this poorly run company!

I had a similar experience as did Tommy C. Ridiculous parts markup. I needed a couple fuses replaced. $69 for the diagnostic and $85 for 35 Amp "fuses". $85? Really? These fuses cost about $2-4 each. This is a friendly company that rips you off. If you use them (or any company), scrutinize the bill and question any parts markup and simply refuse to pay anything that is ridiculous.

I too found them on Rosie and have used them two times. First I have to say that the staff is very nice and the technician is a great guy. The first time I used them I was in a bind and my aircon was dead in July. The price was very steep for the job but I paid. The second time I had a furnace that was not working. I troubleshot the problem and the technician came out who agreed with me that the ignitor was bad.
I was quoted that this part would cost $317. I was in shock since an ignitor is nothing more than a rod with wires that heats up for the furnace to ignite, no rocket science. I shopped around and found a new factory part from Carrier for less than $45. I installed the part and works just fine. I realize that price mark-up is how a lot of companies make their money but this is truly gross misconduct and really uncalled for. Now I want to be clear the staff is awesome and this is why I gave them 2 stars but in this economy and with a Rosie rating I am very disappointed.

I first discovered Integrity Heating and Cooling when my A/C broke last October. I found them on Rosie on the House's referral list and was really impressed with the customer service. It felt like a small shop, where Shelby, who took my call also checked the work order when the service tech returned. When I ultimately had to replace my A/C, I called around and got a few quotes from places referred by friends and coworkers.
I wound up going with Integrity because I appreciated their responsiveness and their willingness to come darn close to matching another bid. AND gave a longer, better warranty. Plus, they had 0% financing. I would absolutely recommend Integrity!
