This will be my go to HVAC business! We just recently bought a house and ran into a small HVAC issue. I called the business and was able to receive same day service. The technician was prompt, professional, and worked quick to remedy my AC issue. The lady on the phone was also very nice and did an excellent job keeping me up to date on when I would receive service that day. It was an all around great experience and I truly recommend this company!

Clark Heating and Air is my go to place for my AC, heating, and plumbing. The technicians are courteous and polite. They even wear booties on their shoes so as not to get my hardwood floors dirty, which I appreciate very much. Their uniforms are nice & neat. Clark H&A will answer all your questions. I have used Clark for over 12 years and I recommend them to those who need help with their AC/Heating/Plumbing.

I am a retired senior citizen and I have done business with Clark for many years. I also pay monthly for a Clark Club membership. When my water heater failed and started leaking to flood my house; I couldn't get anyone but Clark to come and cap off the water line and I surely appreciate that. I then called my home warranty provider and they said no one would take the job and to get the work done and then provide a detailed work order/receipt to them for reimbursement.

Although I knew Clark was estimating an overly high price, it was cold weather, and I had no hot water. I have no complaints with Clark's work but when I requested a detailed, itemized bill to provide to the home warranty company I was ignored. So, of course, this lets the home warranty company off the hook. I am very disappointed that Mr. Clark did not feel the need to assist a senior citizen lady living alone by simply providing an itemized receipt, despite my numerous calls and emails requesting it.

We called into the office because we were given a 4 hour window and 3 and a half hours in we hadn't heard from anyone. The woman who answered the phone said she had been calling "all day" and left numerous messages, none of which we received. When she was told this she claimed that we had given her the wrong phone number! As if we don't know our own number!

Even after we suggested that there may have been an issue with the phone line, she continued to insist that we gave her the wrong phone number. She focused on herself rather than trying to work with us to get someone out here to fix the problem, which was a follow up from last week when the work they did created a secondary issue. If that is your idea of customer service, you are way off base.

Our A/C died, of course on a long weekend! Ugh! We have not been Clark customers, but called on a recommendation from friends. Donnie came out and looked at our system, gave us his diagnostic opinion and promptly solved the problem. We joined the Clark's club today and are VERY pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. There was no pressure and he really took the time to explain the issues. So glad we found them! Thank you Donnie and Clark's!

I called around 2:30 pm because our AC had quit working. Noah had came, repaired our unit, and left within an hour and fifteen minutes. We have been customers of Clark's for years and are delighted that we made the decision to use their services back when we did. We recently purchased a new unit from Clark's to replace our very old one, which would have required extensive repair. From the price quote to final installation, we are very pleased with the Bryant product and thankful for the cool air.

This is an excellent company. Jeremy, the plumber was extremely courteous, patient and extremely smart at his job. He did it quickly and taught me a few things along the way. This will be my go to company for now on and if I can I will only ask for Jeremy. Trust me five star company.

On 3/15/21, Clark installed a new HVAC system for our home. They were very courteous and professional. When the technicians were finished, they re-checked everything to make sure that the system was running correctly. Ryan Blakey came out the next day to install a programmable thermostat - he is always patient to answer all of my questions. The Service Manager, Scott Crawley, even came out the following week for a quality control check. We are very pleased with the work and personnel. Highly recommend!

Don't walk run away from this business. Charged me $500 to replace a home kitchen garbage disposal. They charged $90 just to come to the house and give me a price, then the job was extra! Minus the cost of the disposal itself, the 30 minute job was $350. This means the labor for the job was $700 an hour!

I had a new AC/Heating unit installed in March 2021. The service manager, Scott Crawley, was very polite, helpful, and very professional. He answered all my questions about the new unit and took his time explaining everything. The two guys that did the installation, Blake and Noah, were also very polite and very professional. Tim and Marcus repaired a water leak we had underground in the front yard. They were extremely kind and courteous but wanna know what I liked best: THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING! Praise God. They fixed the leak. It was hard work but they did a great job. I will remember their names.

Great customer service. Quick & efficient. They answered the phone with a smile and their workers showed up just as polite. During this time of COVID-19, they were wearing a mask also. That was greatly appreciated. I always give a company a 1st and second chance before I put them on the permanent list. They passed with flying colors both times.

We were having drain problems Mr. Clark and all of his crew do excellent work they dug up our line and replaced what was needed for a reasonable $. We have had our air conditioner replaced Several plumbing jobs they are always friendly and ready to answer our questions. It is so good to be able to use our plumbing like it supposed to work. It is so great to have a company that does what they say. A friend recommended Clark's we have not been disappointed.

This is the second time we've had to have Doug and Jeremy come address some plumbing issues (separate problems!) and they were terrific again. Came same day and fixed everything quickly and professionally-and cleaned everything up. It's great to have pros available!

My tubs stop draining, and they was able to determine the problem by inserting a camera into the pipe. Once they showed me the video, it was obvious that the cast iron pipe had a trench down the middle due to the previous owners using Drano, and other chemicals over the years. Mr. Bobby Clark was extremely helpful in coordinating with the Insurance adjuster.

During this process of cutting into the slab to replace the old damaged cast iron pipe with new PVC pipe. Doug and Jeremy were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I can honestly say that not only do I have two plumbers that I can call on for help, but I have made two new friends during this process! Thanks Clark Heating, Air & Plumbing!

Clark HVAC was outstanding! We had a very bad experience with another HVAC company in Montgomery (Trinity) and called Clark for a second opinion. Scott from Clark was quick to arrive, quick to point out the problems with the unit, and quick to get it up and running again. Thank goodness! Definitely recommend Scott and the entire team from Clark.

Clark's replaced our AC and heating unit 5+years ago with a 10 year part and labor warrantee. We were out of town recently and when we returned our AC was not working. Called Clark's at around 4 P.M. and ask if someone could check it out in the morning (not an emergency since the overnight temp. were in the low 60s. They 2-3 employees worked most of the day replacing almost everything in my unit.

No charge. Two weeks later again my AC was not working properly. The problem was the line from the AC to attic had a hole in it from a nail during my roof replacement. This was not replaced (not part of contract) when AC was installed. The roof contractor replaced the line. Clark's recharged my system and still no charge. Another thing that really impressed me about their customer service is they provided me with a portable AC until the contractor could fix the line (over a week). I have never received such wonderful customer service who made a bad situation not so bad. They live up to their moto "how can I make you smile".

Tim and Doug did a great job. They were fast and efficient. They gave me helpful suggestions too.

So impressed with the service! Robbie returned our call within 5 minutes; did not hesitate to drive to our home out of town; quickly assessed and corrected our AC. What a relief on these hot August days!

Just came and fixed my unit technician as great (wish I could remember his name so I can ask for him again) was th best AC service I have ever got. Thanks!
