Overall a great experience with Dayspring. We caught them at a busy time, but they were very communicative along the way. Everyone was professional and provided quality services. Matt Engle was our foreman for the reconstruction phase and I feel it's worth publically recognizing him for his commitment to customer service. He went above and beyond during the entire process. He was communicative, compassionate, efficient and was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were pleased with the progress of the project.

We had a small kitchen fire. All of the Dayspring personnel I encountered were professional, courteous, and demonstrated a good work ethic while working in my home. I would recommend them for restoration work. Steve Bunyak ran point, did a great job. Sam Fletcher and Cody Tripp were lead guys on construction and restoration work, along with Joe Mann and younger fellow (Cody?) were great to work with.
The cleaning crew Mandi B., Evan H.(?), Marcelia W. were thoughtful and sensitive to our requests. Likely not the least expensive option in Msla area, but they have a motivated crew, with a goal to provide professional service.

The Victor shop came immediately to tear out and remove water when water softener stuck. Christain & Brandon did a great job! However, the prices that were charged were totally excessive! Received the bill one evening and the next day they slapped a lien on the house! I was told we had 30 days to pay. Wrong! They were paid as soon as I had their bill, the insurance estimate and then DS estimate for rebuild. Ins estimate for tear out and rebuild $19,000.
Tear out was approximately $9,000. DS estimate for rebuild 30,099.00! Talk about over charge! Rebuild charge will be less than $10,000. RUN SOME PLACE ELSE! they had 48 hours to get lien release to us and we still don't have it. We do have an attorney. They were even charging to have an electrician put on switch plate covers.

Although there was quite the delay to get the work started it mostly involved insurance delays. Once things were settled Dayspring did an excellent job keeping me informed and completed the work professionally and as promised. Our experience was very positive. We worked with a number of Dayspring employees throughout the mitigation and "reconstruction" of our guest bathroom. We found all of the employee's to be competent, friendly and very responsive to our needs and questions. One individual of particular note is Matt Engle. Matt served as the construction lead on our project.
He is extremely professional! Matt is very skilled. He takes pride in his work and sets a high standard for himself. He is extremely personable and wants to make sure the client is satisfied with the job he does. I cannot say enough about how fortunate we feel to have had Matt involved in this project.

Isaac and his crew were absolutely amazing. The previous tenants left the house in terrible shape, and we were hoping to sell the home but the odors from past tenants animals and a septic backup made things look bleak. Dayspring came in and took care of everything. We were out of state and never had one problem coordinating the work with them, and it was obvious from the beginning that they worked with such integrity and skill. Honestly, it was so obvious they really cared! I would use them for everything I possibly could, I can't thank them enough.

Dayspring did a fantastic job with the restoration of my leaking roof deck and front porch. From demolition to final painting and caulking, the team was incredibly professional, prompt, and easy to work with. The job lead, Russ Lamont, was absolutely wonderful. He checked in with me each morning and evening and demonstrated incredible attention to detail throughout the process.
I won't call anyone else for my restoration needs and will be recommending Dayspring to all of my friends! They took an incredibly stressful situation and made it better from day one.

Dayspring Restoration was key in being there for my family through a house fire. They were always professional, nice, and willing to explain anything. Doug was my contact. He always showed up when supposed to. He was someone we could count on. He was knowledgeable. Very nice. We finally moved back into our home. They even helped us move back in. The restoration process was well done. DO NOT waste your time calling anyone else. The professionals are right here.
