Spectrum Carpet Cleaning and Restoration

Amazing company to work with. We purchased a new to us home and the previous owner had multiple pets. The carpets were stained and smelled horrendous. Spectrum was able to sanitize the carpets, and remove all stains plus all of the embedded pet hair. We will definitely be using Spectrum again for all future cleanings. The carpets literally look, smell and feel brand new.

Daniel and the other gentleman (I forgot his name, sorry!) were on time and very professional. They did an amazing job on the selected rooms I requested. My main concern was the dog/urine smell that started to appear recently. I had the pet treatment done and the upstairs smells and looks very clean now. Thanks again, when I need more cleaning done I will definitely be in touch!

The technician (John) was punctual (early in fact) answered all our questions about the job and even other tangential questions about flooring that wasn't directly related to the job. He was fast and even entertained us asking to see how muddy the water was. We will be using them in the future and requesting John, perhaps for other services as well.

We had a 15 year old micro fiber couch that needed cleaning. John arrived today, on time and explained what the cleaning process was. In about an hour, the couch looked almost new. John was friendly and very informative. I would highly recommend Spectrum for your cleaning needs.

Originally had an appointment with another company for carpet/steam cleaning for weeks in advance. When the technician finally showed up (30 minutes after the waiting period) he tells me he can't do the service. Extremely disappointed and frustrated, I googled carpet cleaning service near me and so happy that Spectrum popped up. They were super friendly and were able to accommodate me within the hour of desperately needing carpet cleaning. Christopher is extremely professional and friendly and did a great job! I named the day and they showed up in the hour requested. Nice young man was able to accomplish the 5 areas hallway & steps in reasonably short time. More set up & tear down time was added. He was pleasant & efficient. I could never have accomplished this with a rental unit! Spectrums truck provides Deep down extraction with superior suction & power! I will call them again when the need arises. Excellent job.

Daniel was wonderful, quick, efficient and friendly. He told me what was possible for my home with carpet stretching and walked me through what the prep for that upcoming service would be. The equipment that he used was much quieter than i thought it would be, which gave me comfort because I live in a townhouse with neighbors that can sometimes hear a little bit through the walls. We always use Spectrum to clean our carpets, they have done a great job every time. This time was no different. The cleaning professionals are easy to speak with, take their time and do things right. I was very impressed this time when our technician asked me to come and look at one spot; he discussed options he could try and explained what risks each alternative could have. Extremely good service.

I would give a 5-star rating for carpet cleaning--Spectrum has been cleaning my carpets for several years and I have nothing but praise for that service--but more recently I have been trying to get a response about their tile cleaning service and that has been completely baffling. Last spring Spectrum owner was here doing the usual excellent work on my carpets and I asked about tile cleaning, he talked about it knowledgeably, gave me a rough estimate, I called over a month ago to go forward with that ahead of the holiday season. message taken by receptionist, no callback.

Three messages I've left with the receptionist and not one callback. I don't get it--if they don't want to do tile work, just say so, right? I was also interested in having a number of Turkish rugs repaired and cleaned, but not now!. So I'm here on Yelp looking for an alternative service, not just for tile cleaning but also for my carpets and rugs. Geez.

Deion did a fantastic job of cleaning my carpets. I had first considered renting a machine to do it myself but realize now that it would have involved a huge amount of effort and would not have achieved the level of clean that I needed and got with a professional rug cleaning company. Deion was very professional, and thorough and my carpets look new, and smell fresh. The staff at Spectrum are very courteous and friendly. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Great job! We were getting a house ready for sale and had all the carpets cleaned. Deion worked tirelessly getting the carpets cleaned and did a fabulous job on the stairs as well. Several years of dirt and they all look brand new. They are pricey but they made sure we were happy with the cleaning before they left the house.

Thanks to Spectrum Carpet Cleaning for another outstanding job done on the Gladhill Furniture showroom and offices. They have always taken good care of us for more than 15 years now, but I think this is actually the best job they've ever done. They have a lot of new machinery and an outstanding crew. Brandon came to my house last week. Had two rooms and two sets of stairs cleaned. He was awesome! He was extremely professional, polite, and worked very fast. My carpets are about 7 years old, had normal wear, and never been cleaned. They look fantastic and I'm very happy. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Spectrum has been professional from the start! I received a call back about my request within hours and was set up for the following week. They confirmed via email & text and then I received an "I'm on the way" text the morning of the appt. The technician, Brandon, did a fantastic job! He was able to remove soot stains from my carpet that were a result of foot traffic from a fire just outside my home. Highly recommend.

First ever experience with professional carpet cleaners but I was blown away by the results! I really didn't hold out much hope that it wouldn't need to be replaced in order to sell my condo! This is an update that will assure future customers that Spectrum stands behind their work and their reputation. As I stated in the first review, Brandon did a terrific job, especially on the huge water stain that is gone! However, a couple small areas still needed attention after drying. The customer service is excellent and anxious for me to be completely happy so they sent Ryan today to reclean! He made quick work of the problem areas and I will be passing on the good word to my condo neighbors with confidence that they too will have great results!

Had them come to clean carpets and bar stools. The carpet cleaning is mostly good, but there was a stain on one of the bar stools that appeared when it was being cleaned. I questioned if it would disappear when the fabric dried and was told it would. If not, they would come back and use another product. It did not disappear so they came back to reclean it. The stain is still there, but this time they damaged the fabric. Very disappointed.

I recently had a frozen pipe burst in my home and the resulting water damage flooded my finished basement. I called Spectrum right away and they were at my doorstep within an hour. The technicians Robert, Josh, Victor and the owner of the company Jim, took immediate action and saved my furniture from further damage. They had the water extracted and the carpet removed in no time.

Great quality work--our carpets look brand new! With a baby on the way, we had planned to get our carpets cleaned after having lived in our home for a little over a year. They were starting to look worn and were showing signs of wear and tear. My dad recommended Spectrum as he works with them in a professional capacity. I ended up going into labor the morning the crew was arriving, so we also appreciated their flexibility in having someone else let them in at the house. We are selling my mom's house and needed to have the carpet cleaned throughout. You could easily tell where the traffic areas were different from unused areas. I never thought it would all come clean. But the young man who came from Spectrum did a superior job. The carpet looked like new! It was rainy and humid the day he came, and he also offered to leave fans to help the carpets dry out. Said he would pick up the fans the next day. I would highly recommend their services.

These guys were great! They were professional, polite, and took their time to thoroughly clean our carpets and tile in our new house. The kitchen tile grout went from black to white, it was amazing to see the difference. The carpets, which are 17 years old, look almost new again, and they were able to remove some very tough stains. All of the crew was friendly and courteous, as well as knowledgeable about their services. I highly recommend Spectrum for quality carpet and tile cleaning with exceptional customer service.

Great work. On time, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I had various cat throw up stains, dried Oxyclean which seemed to bleach my carpet, and a host of other stains left by my former roommate. After Josh finished, the carpet looked good as new! The only downside is that they are on the pricey side. For a small room, cost was almost $170. Either way, I will definitely use Spectrum again.
