I had service on October 9, 2021 for 3 bedrooms, living room and a hallway. It took them 30 minutes to clean all the rooms. I don't feel my carpet was cleaned appropriately. I will not be using this service again. Service:General carpet cleaning

I had a vintage oriental rug cleaned and was very skeptical of how good the quality would be considering the low price point. Patrick was helpful, genuine, and very reassuring. They came to me and had our carpet cleaned quickly. They made sure to address all my concerns. My carpet looks beautiful and I couldn't be happier with the convenience and the price. Great service! We just bought a new home and decided to keep the existing carpets for now--but they needed a good cleaning. Aladdin answered my call right away and were able to schedule service within two days. The man on the phone was extremely knowledgeable and the two service techs who came out to clean the carpets in our new home were also great.

They truly knew what they were doing and they were very speedy! I forgot to tell them we also needed our stairs cleaned when I made the appointment. So, I asked if they could add it in when they arrived and they were so accommodating. How customer service should be! It was wonderful and we recommend them to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned!
