Oh my goodness, my carpets look so so so awesome, Paul and Ryan were fantastic, very friendly, straight we me on what I needed or what I didn't, even my dog loved them. My home smells nice and fresh again. The process was only a couple hours. I was expecting it to take longer as I had in the past from other businesses. You definitely have a customer for life. Our first time using Chem-Dry of Buffalo. We wanted 3 recliner fabric chairs cleaned after several years of wear. The Tech (Paul) showed up and reviewed everything we wanted, looked at the recliners made suggestions of cleaning and protective coating to use. He then explained the entire cleaning process and answered all our questions. He then started the cleaning process.
To our amazement he was right on with the cleanliness of the chairs after he was done. They looked brand new again. What a pleasure to have your expectation met with such professional results! Great job done by Paul and Chem-Dry of Buffalo! Thank you!

I came home from a short vacation to find a flooded basement. My very expensive and beloved home gym was a disaster. Chem-Dry staff came the day that I called and started their process. As always, I've had another great experience with Chem Dry. Ryan spent the morning with me doing my carpets, couch and love seat. I have pets and everything was in pretty bad shape. It's amazing the difference now that it's done! I did the pet treatment and deodorizer, it looks and smells great! Ryan was awesome, very polite and he went above and beyond to make sure I would be happy with the results. I'm a very happy customer!

The gentleman that cleaned my carpets (Tony) was on time, respectful and took plenty of time to go over all of my options. He checked the carpets thoroughly before starting to address my problem areas, using a special light. He was extremely informative and familiar with all of their products. We bought a new house & wanted to have the carpets professionally cleaned, without the traditional amount of water & methods, so we tried CHEM-DRY! They had a special offer, providing the amount of service we needed (3 room special). Making the appt was effortless on their site & communication was convenient via text! The professionals were EARLY, personable, informative (w/o pushing excessive additional sales) and thorough.
We walked the areas, discussed any of concern (dont ever go over your carpets with a black light ) and they went to work. The process was quick & it only took 2-4 hrs to dry (due to use of less water in their process). If you are considering a carpet cleaning service, consider CHEM-DRY!

Our carpets look fabulous! It has been a few years since the last cleabing and we had some oet stains. Stains are gone and the carpets look great again. Our technician was knowledgeable and explained all steps of the process. After a thorough cleaning, he gave advice in how to extend the life of our carpets. We will be calling again for touch-ups.

The service is great! I took off one star because of how they price. I had two bedrooms cleaned that were very small and beds were taking up most of the room. It was only a small walk area to be cleaned and they still charged me as it were a full bedroom. I was hoping they could count the two rooms as one.

I am very happy with ChemDry 's service. I love their responsiness and attentiveness. I so appreciate that when I called for service Justin picked up and I was talking to a Human. Ryan and John were here today and did a fantastic job. cleaning dryer vents and numerous patio cushions, plus they washed off a pile up of pollen buildup!

Scheduling was very easy. I was a little surprised at the misquote though. When I spoke to the person scheduling I clearly stated we had a couch, loveseat and chair. The quote was given after asking how many cusions and if there were loose back pillows. When the technician arrived he didn't have the chair on the work order, so this was an unexpected additional cost.
As annoying as that was, the technician was great. We were scheduled quickly and the furniture and carpet look great. We will definitely use the service again only I will ask them to repeat everything before we end the call so we don't have an unexpected additional cost.

This was my first-time using Chem-Dry and highly recommend them. I had three pieces of living room furniture cleaned and had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Joe, the technician, arrived promptly, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the service in a timely fashion. The living room furniture looks brand new! These guys are great! Great product really nice service. They were on time, explained everything well, gave me the quote ( I had a value pack discount) and were in an out in a couple hours. I wish I could have seen the dirt come out of the hose but I can feel how clean everything is now. I will do again next spring.

Paul and Bryce did a great job! They were flexible with my changes based on estimates and also explained what they would do and how long would take. They cleaned up their equipment and towels along the way and even swepted under sectional when saw it had ton of dog hair that I had missed. Professional and diligent in doing their best work. FANTASTIC SERVICE! I had an emergency due to a latex paint spill on my light grey carpet. The receptionist was extremely accommodating and gave me instructions on how to keep it damp while she reached out to any available technicians. The techs arrived within an hour and completely cleaned up my self-imposed mess! They even cleaned another unrelated problem area. Amazing! They were polite, professional, and took their time to ensure it was done right. I will definitely hire them for future jobs!
