I can't speak for the company but the guy that I dealt with was very flaky. Hard to get ahold of and never showed up at the agreed upon times. The last straw was when he didn't show up not one but 2 days in a row. Made me feel like our business was nothing to him. I still haven't heard from him but once to reschedule for the second day. That was Friday morning as I write this it's Monday night. Very ticked off. Angry consumer in Warren Michigan

Joe is an exceptional service person. He was prompt for our appointments and accommodating to changes I had to make. He provided an estimate when promised. It was clear to me from the onset that Joe was going to do the best job possible to restore our aging solid vinyl floor. There were a few areas of the floor that required multiple applications; Joe honored his estimate.

Service Master managed the many challenges of getting our windows washed efficiently, meticulously, and professionally. We have a huge number of exterior as well as interior windows and glass, extending throughout 3 levels. Many of them are difficult to reach and require special equipment and skills.

I had to deal with these people long-distance for mold remediation after a relatively minor water incident in a basement living area at a house I own and rent on the North Shore. Servicemaster sounded reliable and presented a comprehensive list of services they'd perform including carpet removal. Total cost: $2,400. At the "completion" of the job, the technician informed my tenant that there was mold in an area they couldn't treat and that I'd have to make other arrangements to handle that. What?!?
When I spoke to Servicemaster, they couldn't even suggest someone I could contact to finish the work they couldn't. And for what it's worth, when I provided feedback in response to the Servicemaster after-action survey, I gave them one star, but the system would not accept my review. This may account for the uniformly bubbly testimonials on their website. Servicemaster Glenview? NEVER AGAIN.

I recently had major water damage in my basement. I contacted Service Master after a referral from a neighbor. Sam was my contact. He was very professional and came to my rescue immediately. He really made me feel like I'd made the best decision by calling his office. His company was prompt and professional and finished the job in no time. Sam and his Service Master team remedied my situation at home and now I'll refer them to my office downtown. My neighbors seem to be pleased with Sam and his team as well. Thanks Service Master.
