ChemDry came to my home and got out the blue raspberry lemonade stain on our couch. They were honest from the beginning and upfront about all costs before starting the work. Our couch looks like new! I have used Patrick Family Chem-Dry services twice in the last year for terrible things my kids did to the carpet. They worked a miracle both times! The most recent time I called late afternoon on a Saturday - a person (!) answered the phone, remembered me from last time, scheduled us for the next business day, and they showed up in the beginning of the time frame knowing I had to pick up my kid from school. I have no idea what terrible thing my kids will do to our carpet next, but I know without a doubt that Patrick Family Chem-Dry will be my first call.

I had a really tough stain and odor situation on an area rug in my kid's room. I used my home carpet cleaner a couple times and the stain/smell just laughed at my effort. I called Patrick Family Chem Dry and spoke to Dave--he asked about the material and type of stain and said they could try! They did better than try--the stain is gone and the whole rug looks better and smells great. I am so impressed. The cost was much less than having to replace the rug. Thanks Dave!

There are not enough words in English to praise the Patrick Family and their Chem Dry services. Teresa greeted this newbie to CT and offered her best serviceman, Robert, to us for what ended up being an all day job! The attentiveness to our unique situation (new home purchase that was absolutely disgusting, it seems this 58 year old home had not seen a vacuum, broom, or mop in 25 years or so) and his outstanding personality were so amazing!
While we seem to be hemorrhaging money trying to bring the home back to some sense of glory and the unexpected expense to make the home safe for humans and pets was a shock, the Patrick Family Chem Dry team took such great care of us, gave us an outstanding price, and were here scrubbing all the years of filth off our flooring until close to 8pm. Mr. Patrick himself even stopped by to check on his excellent staff. Robert worked his tail off, probably lost a few lbs (and may prematurely grey), was so very thoughtful and professional, and even helped me when my silly dogs thought they should take off after a neighbor dog. Long story short, if you are still reading this review, please know that the Patricks are the best in the biz!

Had the unfortunate experience of having a Tom turkey flying thru my front window and bleeding on my carpeting. No other Co. Could have removed the blood stains the way Patrick Chem-Dry did. Very Professional. Certainly more ethical than ( Costco - Ameriprise Insurance Co. That denied the claim, because it was a bird related incident! )
