I hade a leak with some mold. Miguel and Angel from IRS came over the next day and started the clean up for me. Over the next few days Miguel, Angel, Chad, Fernie and Joey all worked on my l upstairs and downstairs closet. Really professional and polite. They cleaned everything up and got rid of the mold fast. I recommend everyone who needs mold removed to call them.

The team was great, scanned the wall to find where the water was and remove it with as little destruction as possible. They were able to come out on a weekend on short notice and everything was dry in a couple days. Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

Ken, Aws, Damien and crew were always very helpful, professional, and took the time to answer my many questions. Ken and Aws especially took time to not only answer, but provide solutions to the problems I inquired about. The team was awesome and helped take the edge off what is a disruptive catastrophic event. I would use them again without question, if I ever had to go through this again.

Recently we had a flood in our home and we call IRS and with 45 min on 4th of July Awa (the person who came to our home) Showed up. He did an excellent job. Everyone at IRS was very professional, kind, respectful, and helpful. Henry and Fernie were the first to respond and they were very professional and new what needed to be done. Miguel and Aws removed some shelving which I didn't even realize there was carpet under it but they came removed it and have been helpful in checking everything. The supervisors were professional and pitched in and were working along side the other guys. I would recommend this company to anyone who needed a restoration company. This company is top notch.

A couple of their representatives showed up within an hour after a called; they thoroughly inspected the areas affected and provided recommendations, but didn't push any specific services. They offered to let me use several floor fans, including keeping them overnight, if I wanted to work on drying things out myself, with no requirement that I hire them for additional work. They provided me a reasonable estimate for the repairs and gave me as much time as I needed to decide what I wanted to do. Very professional.

IRS personnel especially Anthony Castillo are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and easy to work with. In my case, they worked with me for a delayed payment because of hackers compromising my computer that led to closure and replacement of all my financial accounts. These guys are lifesavers and I highly recommend them if you need restoration services. We had a busted pipe that leaked through to the first floor and they just finished working on it today. It's all dry now and they are so pleasant to work with. Being a first time homeowner this has been incredibly stressful but they've been super communicative and easy to deal with.

Also they take COVID precautions super seriously! All wore their masks properly and kept their distance from us. And complied when I said I don't like shoes in the house so they wore booties inside Thanks for everything guys!

IRS did Mold and Remediation Work at our Residence. VIP Service at its Best. Their estimate was detailed and once decision was made to move forward, the work was completed fast and demolition materials/waste was perfectly cleaned up. Kenny Taylor provided excellent service from day 1. His knowledge on Insurance Claims, Asbestos requirements, etc helped in getting us what was deserved from the Insurance Company.

He provided excellent photos which we were able to supply the insurance company as proof of water leakage caused by upstairs unit. Talking about honesty, the original estimate was matched to what the insurance company was willing to cover without me even asking!. He was also able to provide us consultation with a few options on how to deal with the insurance claim and provided points of contacts.

We highly recommend Ken, Shan, Tyrone, Aws, Zaid and Henry in assisting with our various water mitigation and remediation projects. Early on a sunday morning I received a call of water coming out from the garage of a home I had just purchased. I arrived to find the entire first floor sitting in 4 inches of water with broken pipe still running. I called my contractor who in turn called IRS. A crew was there in 60 minutes. On a sunday. Wow. They worked the entire day to get the water out then set up fans a dehumidifiers throughout the first floor.

It took 6 days to dry out the house. They constantly checked moisture readings and dealt with State Farm. There is nothing they could have done better as far as I was concerned.

We had a plumbing leak in the wall for some time and because it was concealed within the wall we have no idea how long it was leaking until we saw water damage to the bathroom walls and the 2 other rooms attached to the bathroom along with the hallway behind all 3 walls. We were recommended to use IRS and they were impeccable. The first day we had 4 people Henry, Yesi, Tyrone & Cody helping and then for the rest of the days there were just 2, during the mold removal etc Henry & Yesi were very conscientious, clean, polite and impeccable in there work efforts.
