TL service did not fix my noisy furnace and charged me $480.
My furnace is making some loud noise in my garage. I called TLServices to fix it. Their service technician came on Oct. 10th. I am out for my son's field trip but my wife is home to talk to the technician. The technician turn on the furnace and can not find the noise. He assess the furnace and change out a control box. He asked for $480. My wife paid him. I came back and found the noise is still present. I notified the technician immediately. He acknowledged that the noise came from a different part of the furnace and he needed to buy that part. 2 weeks went by, after a couple text in between, he claimed that he can not find the part and can not fix my furnace.
Since my furnace issue was not remedied, I asked him to return the furnace to its original state and refund me the money. He does not agree.

Phenomenal service! I was so fed up with other companies not being able to find the problem in my AC. However, Pacific Coast Air surprised me! The technician diagnosed the problem within a few minutes as well as advise me how to go about it. He was very knowledgeable and the problem was explained to me clearly. In comparison to my other experiences, of course I had to go with this company to fix my AC. I'm so glad I did so and will definitely recommend to others! If not for Pacific Coast, I would've probably not be surviving this August heat.

I had a nasty leak under my Maytag dishwasher, so I called TL SERVICES, INC. Based on their reviews. I was a bit miffed that they wouldn't give me an estimate over the phone but had them come over anyway. TL SERVICES, INC. made an appointment (I called them at 8 a.m. the same day) and they arrived early.

I never make decisions quickly. However, I did when I first hired TL SERVICES, INC. - and I am so glad I did. I had never heard of TL SERVICES, INC. before I called them, and I didn't know who there were, but now, years later, I can tell you that hiring them to take care of my appliances and air conditioner was a great decision.

TL SERVICES, INC. is the best appliance repair company we've ever hired. They are unfailingly honest, conscientious, thorough, clean, and really nice to our dog. We've had problems with our Kenmore refrigerator. The freezer part was working but the refrigerator was warm and I had to throw the food out several times.
