First of all, if I can give more then 5 stars I would. Jason and Power Crew have always been prompt and very professional. They answered all of my questions when asked and did it with a smile each and every time. Being the first home we purchased, and having Jason come in to explain what was happening has given mine and my family piece of mind knowing we weren't just a number.

We had work done in February 2017 and thought we had paid for it on another invoice. We never received a bill until June 12, 2019 for $1099.00. I asked if there was a detailed invoice with materials and labor or a work order with our signature. I was told they were going to begin charging 18% interest and that they had been "successful in getting court orders for customers to pay without a signature". I asked them to discount, they said no. I would never trust this company in my home due to the lack of professionalism in regards to the accounting practices.

They were very friendly and understanding! I was running late due to issues with my car and they were very flexible with me so I could still get my estimate done. The technician that I worked with gave me a rundown of what was needed and what was included in the estimate. He also explained their membership to me which was nice. I'm still gathering quotes and will update my review if I go with them for my electrical work.

Jason A and Power Crew were great to work with and reasonable on price. We needed an exhaust fan/light/heat combo unit replaced. Jason was great to explain what needed done, explained current code that needed followed, and was timely in arrival and getting done within estimated time frame. Last fall, we had them come give us an estimate to reattach the electrical to the side of our house after a limb fell. Their bid was outrageously expensive! We found another local company to do the job for less than half the price. However, their prices are not the issue here. I don't care what you charge, just leave me alone once I hire someone else.
They have called almost weekly very early in the morning to "follow up". This is absolutely insane! We have asked multiple times for them to quit calling. I finally blocked them on the phone and thought that was the end of it. But, no! I got a new phone last week and within less than 24 hours they were calling me again.

I have used Power Crew 3 times in the past 10 years for electrical issues in my mid-century house.2of which were serious issues. They worked carefully and resolved my issue; they were very respectful; and they were tidy. They also gave various options for fixes, and helped me to determine which would be most suitable for my situation.

I had read all of the positive reviews for Power Crew and was so disappointed. The "electrician" that was sent to my home was unable to fix simple switch issues in my kitchen and hallway. He told me I needed my panel replaced and my home was a fire hazard. Well, I should say, he texted his boss and was told what to tell me. He literally read from his phone.
I had another company come out. They told me everything was fine. Fixed my switches and an issue with my light. Charged me less than Power Crew and were finished in 30 minutes. Don't waste your money like I did. And by the way, I emailed the company, Jason responded. The guarantee was non existent. Even though his electrician charged $152 and did absolutely nothing.

Hired these guys to do electrical in our house. They added 2 outlets to plug our tv's so a cord doesn't show. Everything went well. They were on time, fast, and friendly. They wore bootles in ther house and left everything tidy. Would definitely hire them again. They also do an inspection on the electrical system. They shared details without feeling pushy or giving me a hard sell.

There were MANY issues we experienced with our recessed light installation with this company. I would NEVER use their services again. We are incredibly disappointed with the final product (pics attached). 1. They arrived 1 hour late. 2. They were not prepared. They bought the wrong sized drill for to make the holes for the lights. Instead of going back and buying a larger drill to make smooth holes, they used a handsaw to create jagged holes in the ceiling.
There were two additional holes that they accidentally created in random parts of the ceiling. They also lost control of the handsaw near the electrical switch near our door and left a jagged border/hole around that. It was definitely a tough install because the house is old and the ceilings are plaster, but they took a look at all of those factors during the initial consult and told us they could manage it. 3.
They did not cover our furniture for when they used the handsaw (nor did they alert us to cover our furniture prior to arriving), so there was immense amounts of plaster, wood and insulation around the entire house. It took us around 5 hours over the course of 2 days to completely vacuum, wipe, dust, and clean the debris. 4. They worked until around 11:00pm the first night.
One of the workers was very frustrated and lost his temper multiple times. The other worker was polite. 5. They installed the lights the following day. We were given the option of a $200 discount or having them fix the holes in the ceiling and around the recessed lights themselves. We didn't feel like scheduling another company to come out because this had already been much more work than we expected, so we asked them to fix the holes they made.
They rough patched the holes in our ceiling and roughly sanded it. The final product is a different color and a different texture than our ceiling-the edges of the lights are still not smooth and it looks horrible. It was a very unprofessional installment. We are honestly not sure why they offered to fix it if they didn't know how to do it right.
Overall our lights function, and that's the most I can say for them. They do not look like a professional job, they are not smooth, and there are multiple patched up holes in our ceiling (see pictures). The only way we can truly make those patches blend is by repainting and retexturing the entire ceiling. Although all correspondence with this company was polite, the service and quality of their work was abysmal. We spent approximately $1000 on this unsightly project. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I was quoted $800 to have a diagnostic run on 2 circuits when my power was out. I decided to call around to get other quotes and the electrician that I ended up going with literally looked at my power box and switched everything on and didn't charge me at all.

We had Jason come out to fix a recessed light that would not function. It turned out to be a unit that was shorted out and the worst part was the breaker did not flip even though it was shorted. Upon inspection Jason determined the electrical box was at fault and that the maker of this box actually went out of business because people's houses were burning down. He did a great job at replacing the box as well as testing out every outlet in the place. We felt he was honest and the pricing was fair.

After reading the complaints on this company and the owner writing all complaints as malicious I will give my recent experience. I called this company for a simple bathroom ventilation install. I already had the fan and vent kit at my home. I was quoted $886 for this simple job. Called the owner out for price gouging and he continued to email me and insult my intelligence.
I personally know electricians and also looked up the national average for this type of install. This company is gouging all those who buy into their fuzzy math. Getting the fan installed next week for $300 by licensed electrician. Im sure the owner will reply to this as malicious as he has with the other negative reviews.

4/13/2017 As an update, Jason and Bryan did reach out to me very soon after I posted my review. They were both very apologetic and offered to come out that afternoon. It is apparent to me that it was not an intentional oversight. Jason and Bryan, thank you for following up. I did not have the work completed after all but wanted to make sure everyone that reads about your company gives you a fair shot.

Power Crew returned my call promptly, and Jason came out the next day to add a light fixture to my new pantry. He let me know that my design would not meet code requirements and came up with several alternatives for me. He installed my outlet and also fixed some issues with the original wiring. I highly recommend Power Crew for those who want professional electrical services. The fact that Jason was friendly during the several hours he was here was a bonus.

A young representative came to my house at 1:00. Didn't seem very knowledgeable about work I wanted done but agreed to put down on a figure he gave me. Too many red flags so I called the next morning at 8am. Jason would not cancel the order. Subsequently he stopped answering my phone calls. I repeatedly left messages and emails that I would pay for the service charge ($78) for the trip to my house but I expected the rest to be refunded as I did not receive any products or installments.
I ended up writing the credit card company explaining his stonewalling. After months, the credit card issued me what I had asked for. Jason did not refund the money, the credit card company understood that I did not receive anything for the $147 he was keeping.

Power crew came to our house to give us a quote on a new box. We told him that we needed to get it installed very quickly and the technician said he could do it the next day Sunday he would be at our house at 8 am sharp. He instead didn't show, called at 9:30 and said he would be to our house within half hour. We explained how important it was that he was on time to get everything tip top and done before our house had showings later on that day.
We called the company and told them we were going to not need their services and they refuse to give back our four hundred dollars. NO work was done, Nothing completed, Rude employees. They do not follow through with their satisfaction guarantee. Disappointing that they can take advantage of people like this.
