Excellent customer service! I was having a day , and they saved the day ! They happened to have a minute and were willing to give my vehicle a quick look and fixed it within minutes! I was dealing with several other auto businesses this morning and I could not find help. It was something so simple but the others made it sound like it could be a very expensive fix were not even willing to give it a quick look. So thankful I was referred to you! You gained another customer because of that minute you took the time to help me! Thank you, thank you!

Took my truck to T&A to get it ready to sell. Had Mark and his team go through it and tell me what needed to be fixed. Mark called me and told me what all needed to be done. I highly recommend T&A to get your vehicle serviced. Honest and very reasonable service.

They were really helpful and great customer service! One of the only places I've gone for car repairs that didn't talk to me like an idiot just because I'm a woman. Took my vehicle in for a leak in my power steering, and a check engine light. Chris initially answer the phone and answered all my questions. I was called back with some questions about the vehicle and was told I was just a bad O ring. Upon test driving the SUV I was told by Mark that I had a bad wheel bearing, which I replied "oh, that's what that noise is".

Mark stated it was so loud he couldn't tell if it was one or both. I told him to fix the problem as long as he had the car. I was called back later, only one side needed to be repaired, and my vehicle was done. I really appreciate Mark not taking advantage of the situation, alerting me to the problem and the speed and quality in which the repairs were made. My car is so quiet and drives great now! I'll be going back for any future repairs! Thanks guys for your integrity!

Friendly, fast, trustworthy, cost efficient, and skillful service! Called on a Monday at 1pm and was able to get my car in the very next morning. All services were done within a few hours of drop off! The problems with my vehicle, the cost of repair, and the amount of time it would take to fix it was communicated clearly. I will be using them for all my future car problems!

T&A Auto just installed a remote start on my pickup and I couldn't be happier about it. I can now start my pickup from my office! They provided great customer service and know how to treat a person right. Mark walked me through the whole process and all the features this new remote starter has. Overall, a great experience with T&A Auto and would highly recommend a remote start installation from them.

T&A were the friendliest neighborhood auto repair I have ever experienced! They drove me home & picked me up, got my car back to me the same day with repairs done just in time to for closing! They went out of their way to make sure I got my car back in a hurry and were very reasonably priced. I cant recommend them enough! T&A is the best!

Mark and Deb are awesome to work with. Anything from oil changes to diagnosing engine issues their team does a great job and treats us like family. I needed an oil change and some general work done on my SUV. My husband usually does the work himself, but he's just been too busy. I was referred to T and A by a coworker. Deb was very friendly and got me connected with her husband Mark right away to explain what I wanted looked at. They understood I just wanted to know what was wrong with my truck and get some estimates and didn't want to be charged an arm and a leg to do so like another shop wanted.

Mark was even able to get me in the next day. They were so reasonable we ended up having them fix more than I originally intended on. To me that says a lot knowing my husband can do most of the work himself, but they were honest and fair which was worth my husband's time to me. I was even more please to find out Joel was the tech there. He has worked on my vehicles in the past. I know it's getting done right with him so that was a bonus as well. They were able to get all the work done while I was at work. I will definitely be back. Thanks guys!

Deb and Mark are great to work with! Mark thoroughly explained what was happening to our car. They offered us options and helped us navigate what was necessary and what could wait. They always respond promptly to calls. Excellent customer service. Very clean and inviting atmosphere. Definitely trust their expertise.

INCOMPETENT or THIEFS, I'm not sure which. I took a car to them to diagnose the A/C. They told me that the compressor needs to be replaced at $1200! I took it to another shop for a 2nd opinion. They charged it with freon and it has worked great ever since. 2nd opinion saved me $1100. I will never go back or recommend taking a car to T & A. Arrogant service manager.

Honest, reasonable and quality. A throw back to the way things used to be.

Called T&A and set up a remote start install as a Christmas present for our neice and nephew. A price was quoted for a deluxe 2 way with 2 remotes. When we sent the family in the person I talked to was on vacation and he did not inform anyone of the gift. As a result they paid for an inferior system and only got 1 remote, . This was December of 2014 - it is now Sept of 2015 and the family still does not have a second remote. I am taking my new 2015 car elsewhere.

Clean store, clean shop, friendly people and priced reasonably. They were honest about our van's A/C repair and gave us options. I don't think you can go wrong with them.

I will never go here again for my car repairs. I was treated poorly, overcharged, and lied to. I thought it wasn't right so I took my car to a dealer for a second opinion; I found they were in fact overcharging me and lied by adding fictitious charges for things that didn't need repair. I did not have them fix my car but they still charged me for the "free estimate". Very disappointed in this business and Do Not Recommend!

I got my serpentine belts replaced about a month ago. They started squeaking about 2 weeks later due to the breaking in period. I called Darryl and told him what's up and he got me an appointment first thing the next day.

Really impressed with these folks. My wife noticed that our car was making an odd noise. They unfortunately couldn't find the issue. A week after they looked at the car they called us to see if the noise was still happening (it's not). Utterly surprised that they took the effort to check on us. Wonderful service. Will definitely be going to them for our service needs.
