John Dahlin arrived to my home on time and called ahead of time to remind me of the appointment and ETA. I had duct cleaning and a Ubreathe air filtration system installed. John was very friendly, professional, cleaned up after himself well, timely, and efficient. He excels at his job and is very detail orientated. He was a good educator and very knowledgeable of the services he provided.

This company is very affordable in comparison to the quotes I received from other businesses. I strongly recommend using this company and will use them in the future. He deserves a raise, retention bonus, and employee of the month award.

We have used Tim a few times in the past and have been satisfied with his work, this time I was not happy, I had a kitchen faucet that needed to be installed. when he got here he looked at the box and said he didn't really want to install it because he thought I should look for a more expensive one, my husband and I had already looked around alot and had decided this was the best value for us, he didn't agree and said i needed to shop around more and he would be back later in the week. he told me he would install the faucet I had purchased already if we had not found another one, it made for a very uncomfortable installation appointment. probably will look for a different plumber

From the sales team to the service technician, this was the best experience ever. The salesman Gary, was professional and detailed and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Paul the service tech was great. He did not interrupt my work day with questions and did all the work with the professionalism I expected. Completely satisfied.

Ryan installed a garage heater that we supplied and had run the wire for. We had him hook it up to the electrical panel, switch out some breakers to make room and add one for the heater. Also he installed a single pole double throw switch in the garage and put flex around the wire and hung the heater for us on the brackets my husband had put up. He showed up right on time, and the total came in at the amount he quoted us on the phone. This is the second job he as done for us with Waterbury and we have been very impressed with his work. He's our go to electrician!

Big shout out to Ryan w at Waterbury! Had electrical in my basement that hadn't worked for several years. Ryan w was very pleasant and professional he assessed the situation, explained to me what the issue was what he was going to do to fix it and BAM there was light! Thank you Ryan and the Waterbury staff. I've had several items done to my home and Waterbury is an will always be my one stop shop for electrical, plumbing, heating. Highly recommend their service's.

We moved into a new house back in June. Recently, our water heater pilot light would not stay on and every time we needed hot water we would need to relight it. We have used other companies in the past and have found ourselves in less than favorable situations with their service and cost. Waterbury is top of the line. Tim was honest and straightforward after noticing our water heater in the house was purchased from a "big box store" and the repairs would take some time to get the parts from said store.

We decided to get a new water heater and one was brought out by another friendly technician who helped Tim get it in our house and bring the old one out. Tim made sure to walk us through everything and checked to make sure we didn't have any other questions before he left. He also shared some of his wisdom with us about other things to keep an eye on. We are incredibly satisfied with the service we received and will use them in the future.

First time having home a warranty and didn't know insurance wouldn't covered if they couldn't find a defect on my furnace. The tech that came was rude and I explained to him that the furnace makes a really loud noise, didn't know that they couldn't diagnosed if there was no noise at the time they came in. It would be nice if the receptionist would of told me that the furnace had not to be working in order for insurance to cover but, now I 'm responsable for the bill when the tech practically did nothing! Hate the fact that insurance only has them for provider in my area.

We worked with the Waterbury team to replace our 28 year old furnace and heat pump. They were very professional in reviewing our current system, needs, and making a variety of recommendations across price ranges. Once our selection was made the office staff worked with us to identify all potential methods of savings and rebates. They were personable and easy to work with.

All of the guys that came out for the installation were great and respectful of our home. They worked hard and completed a scheduled 2 day installation in 1 long, full day. I have recommended Waterbury in the past based on simple maintenance experience and with continue to do so based on this recent experience.

If I could put 0 stars I would but that isn't an option. My furnace went out yesterday morning. Kelly from Waterbury was the technician that came to assess the issue the. I have an old furnace but has been working great all winter. He told me the motor in the furnace is broken and that they don't make this motor anymore. The only options he left me with were to buy a similar motor for $500 (with no gaurentee it would fix the issue) or buy a completely new furnace for 3 grand.

Come to find out they do still make the motor and it was an easy and cheap fix by someone else ($200). While Kelly was profession, I feel as though I was professionally taken advantage of. I am young and this is my first house and my knowledge about furnace's is minimal but there were many red flags. If this company is comfortable with trying to take advantage of a young women in crisis I believe that depletes all moral and ethical value of this company. I highly recommend never using their services.

Tyler provided prompt, courteous service. He quickly diagnosed the problem and efficiently repaired our 15-year old furnace.

We had issues on Thanksgiving with our kitchen drain. I called roto rooter and they came out and said that they hit clay when they went down the drain with a snake and we would need a plumber to come and dig up our floor and look at the pipes. So, I called Waterbury and told them EXACTLY what roto rooter said. a guy named, Ron, came out. He literally walked in and I told him what happened and he walked downstairs and looked at it and said " you realize we will have to jackhammer your floor" I said yes.

He said I don't think they knew what they are doing, you should call around the clock. and then he charged me $100. for NOTHING. he did nothing, wasn't even in my house more than 1 minute and he refused to do any work or look at anything. I then called round the clock and roto rooter was right. ron from waterbury is rude, obnoxious and lazy.

I had to pay $100 to have him walk out of his truck and say no. He said, I thought I was here to fix a drain. It isnt my fault his dispatch lady doesn't know what she is doing or didn't relay the right info to him, but they still charged me $100. So disappointed in them. I will make sure anyone I know does nOT use them

I called and set up an appointment to have an estimate done for central air, furnace and rewording older home.

I have been using Waterbury Heating & Cooling for several years and while we do not often have a need for heating/cooling system repairs, they have always provided excellent service. We recently had an issue with our warehouse furnace and made a call to them in the late morning hours.

We paid them $100 to clean our furnace and diagnose the problem. The cleaned it and said everything looked good. The next day a part we know wasn't broken before they worked on it went out and our furnace didn't work.

We called mid morning because we had no hot water. Troy came to our home at 12:30 and checked the unit. He explained our options and we chose to have the heater replaced. He called for a new heater, which was delivered while he took out the old one.

Waterbury sent Casey to my house to check out my Central Air AC unit. He fixed the leaks and recharged my AC unit for a fair price (under $200 including labor). He didn't try to sell me anything. He gave me all of my options so I could make an educated decision.

Added a heating and cooling system in my house. Waterbury did a great job with the whole process from educating me on my options to helping answer all the questions I had about the system itself and the installation process.

Water heater was pouring water out the top when I went to feed the cat this morning. Called Waterbury because I have a couple of friends that work there & they were at my house within about an our. My water heater was replaced with a new one in about another hour. I was pleased with there quick responce, they placed blankets over the whole floor to protect the carpet & wore bootys over there shoes. I also found the price reasonable.
