Jack and Amanda were both very responsive and professional in completing the initial evaluation and correction of our 100-year-old drainage system! They took the time to discuss options with us and provided very reasonable estimates.

Called them this morning, were at our house same day within a couple hours, resolved our issue within 30 minutes, fair price quick and good service worth every penny and great to know a plumber now that we can call! Highly recommend.

Fantastic service! Answered all my calls, even out of the office or during off-hours to get a very important job done. The staff is nothing but courteous and professional and knowledgeable. They set up a big job for me and got all the necessary permits and were prompt, clean, kind and solved some extra problems for me on top of what I initially needed. A+ for quality service I will trust again.

Miles and his crew installed a new swear and water connection in my house. I had some issues the next day and they were incredibly responsive and out the next day (a Saturday) to fix the issue. When I had more (unrelated) flooding a few months later, they were out the next day again. Very responsive, very professional, good work.

Called for plumbing emergency two weeks ago. Was told by Amber that someone would call back to schedule appt with estimator. Never heard back from anyone. Only one star selected in order to post review, in short; their none response deserves no stars.

JE is trying really hard to be accommodating even though they are suffering from growing pains and a tight time schedule that has them overwhelmed. I appreciate their honesty and help. Jack and his team are the only plumbers in Fishtown that I trust.

Great customer service from Amanda in the office to Joe and Mike the plumbers. They arrived on-time and completed the installation of a garbage disposal and toilet efficiently. Will recommend to family and friends!

Jack Edmondson Plumbing was a great company to work with! I called for a free estimate for a problem with sewage in my basement, and he came out the same day. He took the time to explain the problem, my options for repair, estimated time frame and follow up. I felt comfortable that he was honest and upfront about my repair charges. The actual work was done just 4 days later, and the repair men were timely, efficient, and solved the problem right away.

The job was big and my concern was high, but I was constantly reassured that they had done this type of work before and could handle everything easily. My plumbing problem has been resolved and they have earned a spot as my go-to plumbing company- highly recommended!

I do concur with the previous review from "A Google User." top-notch on-site work with caring and attentive service from the office. our oil-to-gas heating conversion was handled expertly and with respect for all of our questions and concerns. none of the pandering or condescension that i have endured in dealing with some contractors. and while we only solicited one other bid on the job for a high-efficiency heater installation, jack came in 40% lower (and with much more experience in the field). i couldn't recommend this family-run operation any more highly.

I have known Jack Edmondson for 15 years since I came to this community. He has serviced both my business and my home. We actually have him listed on our non profit website as a go to local business because he's such a decent man and I trust him so much to offer me good sound advice and not take advantage of the fact that, let's face it, most of us do not understand plumbing. I've given his guys the keys to my house to fix things when I couldn't be there and never worried for a second that things would be done and in order when I got back. He's come in the dead of winter to fix the furnace and the brutality of summer heat to keep the air moving.

His guys triple triple triple checked when our drainage system didn't work when we bought our office and it appeared we would be faced with the dreaded new connection to the city rip up the sidewalk bill. They gave it one last heave ho and managed to push the blockage through, saving us thousands of dollars. This is a small business where you can deal with the man whose name is more than just on the truck and that means something to me.
