Moshe was amazing! I had several quotes many people rude and pushy that quoted amounts crazy high or waits for new doors months out. Not only did he respond within an hour but had everything he needed with him fixed it all within an hour and was very nice. These guys are great! Even though there is a "spring shortage" right now, they were able to accommodate the 2 springs that I needed to repair my garage door. I looked everywhere and no one had them in stock, if they did, they would not sell them to me, they would only offer repair service even thought the web said "Garage Door Parts Suppliers". Roy took the extra time to explain simple tricks of the trade to keep me safe from injury or causing further damage to my door. I'm a DIY guy and any advise goes a long way! I would definitely recommend Rocky Mountain Garage Door Service!

I can not to say anything about others services this guys offering, just tried to use them to repair my garage door opener. They are useless! Technician was looking at my door opener about 15 minutes and finally told me that he doesn't know what is wrong with the opener and he can't fix it. But, he can replace it with new opener different brand he had with him. Another 15 minutes he was trying to sale it to me. Total of his visit : Estimate for $50 ( they call it - Service call) My waisted time. Opener wasn't repaired.

When you have to have your own employees put in a review to bring your score up and change your name from IDN Garage Doors to Rocky Mountain Garage Doors, it says a whole lot. They really do have an ethics issue. Originally quoted me around $125 to $249 for my issue. When they arrived, I was told that my rollers needed to be replaced and would cost $35 each.
I looked up the price and that was the price for a ten pack at Lowes, Home Depot, and Walmart. They added a whole digit to the price and that didn't even include labor, which was $150. When asked why I was getting charge $350 for parts that only cost them $35 to purchase, I was told this is the commercial price. The gentleman that has been using them for over a decade, I really feel sorry about all the money you have lost to these scammers.

Saturday morning we felt our car was going to be held prisoner with a non-functioning garage door opener. Happily Rocky Mountain Garage sent Stan and Dan, two very competent, knowledgeable and kind technicians who quickly had the door open, gave us 'how to' instructions to keep the unit in good condition and a brief overview of how the thing works! Great job!

I had a spring break, so I called these guys. They were always keeping me appraised of their time-of-arrival, they asked a lot of questions about the door in order to get the right parts, and the installers were very professional. They completed the repair way ahead of schedule. The price was comparable to what my neighbors paid for repairs. I'm definitely happy with the results and would use them again.

Terrific establishment to do business with. I was in a pinch for some garage parts that had failed. Aaron was fantastic to work with. Very kind and completely professional. Do not use these guys. We had them come out to our place of business to repair a spring that was broken. They fixed it, but left a belt broken on the lift, NOT a big deal until we called them and they were the rudest group of people we have dealt with. They literally needed only to say, we will be back to repair it, but instead they were jerks on the phone.
We will not be using them again for any reason. I can imagine what we would have to do if this was a warranty issue. They will do whatever they think needs to happen to get out of problems they may have caused. Stay away!

Got our track, main motor and spring fixed when the opener broke. The tech was fine, just took a while. Then the remote in the car stopped working and we had to manually close the door. When I called to get it fixed since it came with a 2 year warranty Ron was awful. He even said to me I'll refund you all your money minus labor instead of having to deal with you and fix this. It was $700 and now, of course he is not planning to refund the money and the door remains broken.

My garage-door torsion spring was broken, and I called Rocky Mountain Garage Door Service to help. The technician Roy came over within 2 hours to assess the problem, and scheduled an appointment to fix the door in 2 days. Roy is very friendly, knowledgeable, and sincere. I felt very comfortable working with him. They fixed my garage door in 2 hours, and it ran smoothly again.
The price is great as compared to what I found on the internet. Overall, I am very pleased, and if I have any problem with my garage door in the future, I will certainly have them do the work!

They came out quickly after being called by property management company. Roy was the technician who came. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Very concerned about the condition of the garage door and got right on the stick to get a new one installed. The office staff is super as well. Kept me informed all the way along. 3 days later Roy was back to install the new door! Would highly recommend this company to anyone.
