They got to our house very quickly. The guy that did the work was very informative. I will use spark garage Doors always. They were just fantastic.

They came to diagnose my damaged garage door within hours using online scheduling. It had to be replaced and they were clear about explaining and showing exactly why. Then they moved fast, provided a quality replacement, and did plenty of communicating.

The spring broke on my door and they were out whithin 1 hour of me calling. Mark was great! He had the door fixed qucikly and recommended future service on things he noticed.

Fast service and A customer service. Asked them to come out to check on some noise my door was making. They provided a convenient time slot and came on time. Repaired was made and now the noise is gone. Highly recommend these guys.

Ofir was awesome. We had to replace our torsion springs. He came just two hours after we contacted him, completed the work quickly and at the price he'd quoted in the phone. The price was very reasonable. He was polite and professional, and we will use Spark Repair service again whenever we have issues with our garage doors.

The service I received from Spark Garage Door was excellent. My garage door cable broke, damaging the track, and knocked the rollers off of the track. I called Spark Garage Door and the technician, Benjamin, arrived during the scheduled 2 hour window to provide an estimate. He quickly assessed the issue, provided a quote, and an estimated return time. Benjamin, returned on time with parts on hand. He replaced a track that was bent, and completed a cable replacement in less than an hour. I am extremely pleased with the services provided

Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service! I called in the morning about a problem with my garage door. Mark Anthony responded immediately! I really appreciated how he took the time to explain what was causing the problem and answer all our questions and even went the extra mile to repair a few things that wasn't in the original call (he fixed our trim piece that had separated from the jamb). He had the parts on his truck so he was able to fix it right away. I would definitely recommend this company!

So happy they were available on a Sunday! Mr. Benjamin arrived within the hour after I had called, was super friendly, and repaired my garage door (springs, brackets, cables) within 30-45 minutes. It was very fast and reasonably priced for one person doing the work and providing the materials.

I sent a message request to have someone come out to fix my garage (at like 10pm), and within a few mins i got a text asking if i needed someone right now. i advised no, it was fine, just come tomorrow. Mark showed up on time, and ready to get things done. the previous company "hometown garages" in parker screwed up the door install so bad that Mark had to go through their install and fix everything they messed up. no shortcuts, no extra sales, just a clean repair. i even thought i needed a whole new track, and he showed me why i didn't. no more scrape, no more smash/crash, no more noise at all. Very nice guy, great price, and i am very pleased with the work that was done.

My garage door suddenly wouldn't open but a few inches. I looked on my Next Door for recommendations and came up with a list. The first two I called went to voice mail. The next one answered with a human and it was Spark. I told the guy my story and asked if they could repair it that day (even though we didn't know yet what was wrong). The repairman called me back in about 20 min. and after I told him my story he gave me a 1 hour timeframe when he would arrive to look it over.

He arrived just about 20 min. into the hour timeframe. Almost right away he could see what was wrong - a broken spring - which he showed me. He told me the cost - parts and labor - which I ok'd. He replaced both springs and evaluated the rest of the opener in good time. He told me everything else was in good shape - didn't try to sell me what I didn't need. He worked steadily, didn't rush, didn't linger. Benjamin did good work, gave me same-day service, and was very personable. I would hire them again.

Excellent work and a pretty short lead time on ordering new garage doors. Mark was friendly and worked quickly replacing two old wooden garage doors with new steel ones. They came out same day and assessed the issues with our garage door. A few options were given, and did not pressure to pick one right away. Will be giving them a call back once I've purchased the new opener so they can install.

Outstanding service, above and beyond any company we've worked with before. Called Saturday evening, Ofir came out Sunday morning and walked us through our options. He tracked down the last door in the metro area and he and his team had it installed Monday afternoon.
