Very friendly and helpful. He was able to come out and assess the issue the same day I called. He's very responsive, friendly and reasonably priced. He went above and beyond to make sure my A/C was up and running ASAP.

My AC ran out of 410A frion. I called many companies to come service my carrier unit on a Saturday and no luck.until Jason. He came within a few hours and went above and beyond. In addition to charging the condensing unit with frion.he changed out some wires and added some caps that were needed on the lines going into the condensing unit. He did not charge me for this. I will be utilizing his services not only for my needs, but I will be referring him to my Real Estate clients as well. Highly recommend this company!

Call JF Air and heat before you call ANYONE else. Truly HONEST and is extremely reasonable. Was quoted insane amounts from larger "big name" HVAC companies, only to find out it was a much smaller fix for only a portion of the price. We have rental properties we service and we will NEVER call anyone else again. My brother was quoted an insane price from another company of $7200 for a new system that they claimed needed to be replaced due to his system being 7 years old and under sized for his home. Called JF Air and heat and found out the system in the home was actually less than two years old. The other company had LIED. Wound up being a much much smaller fix. Kudos to this company for being one of the few honest out there.

A repair technician/company that actually repairs the equipment you have: I had the best experience with JF Air and Heat. My response time was excellent and the job was completed within 24 hours. Jason was very knowledgeable about my air conditioner and knew exactly what was needed to repair it. My old 15 year old unit had lost all of it's refrigerant through the electrical interface in the compressor, he was proactive in suggesting to upgrade it to the modern environmentally friendly coolant.

He scheduled the appointment, called while en-route and arrived within 30 minutes that he had stated. He replaced my compressor and capacitor in about 2 hours. The charges were exactly in my sweet spot and resulted as stated for repair, parts and taxes.

Our AC went out last night so I gave Jason a call this morning at 8 and he said he would be able to make it out that afternoon. He showed up a few hours later and immediately discovered the problem. AC was up and running by 12! Other AC companies have tried to charge us for services we probably didn't need and we did not have this experience at all with JF Air and Heat. We will continue to use this company going forward. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience working with Jason. Our outdoor condenser failed 5 days after we moved into our new house, and even though it was a difficult financial hit Jason was able to make the process extremely easy and stress free. He is a really nice guy to interact with and made sure I was not replacing anything that I didn't need to. We are extremely glad that we found Jason when we did, and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends/family.

Highly recommend Jason! After being told my furnace probably needed a new control panel that would set me back $600, I called Jason for a second opinion. He came out and fixed the issue (which was not the control panel), and only charged for the trip. Will be using Jason's services again!

Hands down the best service you will get in the Charlotte area for heating/AC repairs. Jason is honest and knowledgeable and does great work. We have already used him twice! He is also very responsive and reasonable when it comes to price. We are new to Charlotte and so happy we found him. Will never use anyone else!

After dealing with a heating and cooling company that advertises extensively on TV and being told every time they came out that I had to buy a new A/C unit I decided to go with Someone strictly on their reviews. this is how I came across Jason from JF Air & Heat. After diagnosing the problem he assured me he could repair it and have it up and running the very next day.

When he gave me the estimate I asked if the amount was for parts only and he told me it was for the complete job! Jason explained in everyday language the problem. He is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable in his field. It is just sad that the highest stars is a 5 because if I could I would definitely give Jason a 10 or more. Jason has been servicing my heating and air needs for the last 10 years. My 17 year old a/c unit is running great. He is available when needed and always reasonable. I will continue to use him and refer customers without hesitation!

We are so happy with the service we received from Jason. Our HVAC went out on a Sunday and he responded to us promptly and squeezed me in the next day. He is very professional and kind. When we bought our house I knew our system was old and I just assumed the first company that would look at it would say "replace it all", but Jason was able to replace a part and it runs great again!

We have hired Jason to repair work at both our rental house and in our house. Each time he quickly diagnose the problem and fixed it right away. Jason he is a very honest friendly guy. Today we had a problem with a major problem with our air condition outdoor unit producing a lot of ice. Jason arrived within 15 minutes of talking with him on the phone.

He quickly diagnosed the problem as a very bad filter that hasn't been changed in years. The previous air condition company which install our air condition 2 years ago they don't informed us that we have a filter that must be changed every 3-6 months to have our air condition worked and not iced up. If you are looking for a honest, friendly trustworthy inexpensive ac repair man you should definitely give Jason a call.

After yet another great experience, I feel the need to leave a review because it is hard to find people you can trust. JF Air and Heat are in my circle of trust. I moved in 4 weeks ago and had an issue with my AC unit. While I am covered under a home warranty, I went with JF instead of the HW contractor because I knew he would fix it right at a reasonable cost. And he delivered while being more responsive than the other Co. anyway. Thanks again!
