You get what you pay for. My neighbors hired him and they removed a fence that I FULLY paid for 2 years ago. I called them to let them know it needed to be restored immediately and the owner literally cussed me out and told me to take it up with my neighbor. Their level of professionalism is beyond horrific. There is no common sense or professionalism demonstrated. Edit.the entire phone conversation was recorded. There's no need to lie! If anyone would like to hear the conversation, I am more than happy to send it.

Cisco replaced my fence with a quality fence. They are one of the finest fence companys and reasonably priced. Their quality of workmanship is second to non. Cisco fences has built many of the fences in our Mckinney neighborhood. Last spring they widened the driveway for our neighbors across the alley and put a motorized gate in. While their workers did so, they parked their trailer in our grass many times. I initially contacted the business to let them know we were interested in a quote for the same work and at this same time mentioned the damage to our lawn.

I was assured at this time it would be taken care of. We had a very talkative and friendly sales rep out that week to provide a quote. At this time he also ensured us the grass would be repaired and new sod or seed would be laid in its place. After weeks of no response, I called and spoke to The owner (he is the only one that answers their number) no less than maybe 15 times via phone and text.

Each time I was assured that the grass would be repaired. It got to the point that he wouldn't answer my calls at all and I had to start calling from a number he didn't know. Here we are one year later and my side yard is still mud. Absolutely unacceptable to damage someones personal property and take no accountability for it. They are very willing to come and give you a quote but not at all willing to take the time to correct their mistakes.

I would never work with an irresponsible company like this. Needless to say we did not use them for the work. If you're in the market, contact Texas Best Stain. They do great work and they have even better customer service!

Mine was fine several years back. They did excellent work and completed on time. I requested a special item, an overhang for my pool equipment electronics. Looks great also and makes a huge difference. No issues to date. Some stain fading where my backyard rotation sprinklers hit it. I need to adjust that. Otherwise it's excellent.

The fence looked good when it was first built. Every board has split since. They will not honor their 10 year warranty, stopped returning calls and are just ignoring a customer who has referred them multiple clients, 3 of which they built. There are better prices and services out there. Turn away from Cisco.

Extremely well done job. High quality wood and great look! After a few weeks one board on the new fence was cracked and Cisco Fencing came to replace it the same day I contacted them. Very impressed!

Please stay away from this company. They will not do any warranty work once you have paid them. They will answer your call, respond to email and text prior to payment but once the check is cashed good luck getting a hold of them. I have been trying to contact the owner Francisco Lopez for almost 11 months to repair a sagging front gate, warped boards and broken wood and he will not respond. I've left numerous messages with office manager Tara and never a returned call.

They were installing a new fence on a neighbors property and I talked to his son Christopher Lopez and told him if the issues. He came over and looked at the fence, I explained my frustration and he said he would send his crew over in two days. They never showed up on the promised day. I called Christopher back and again he said the crew would be out on a Saturday, they never showed up.

He has now stopped returning any calls or text. I had another neighbor who was getting a quote for a fence replacement and I stopped to talk to the project manager, Max Klein. He came over and saw the issues and said it's not the way Cisco Fence did business and would discuss the issue with Francisco. I did not get a call back so I called Max Klein.

I called him and asked if he was able to speak to Francisco and he confirmed that he did. All he could say that Francisco was aware of the issue. Still no return call from anyone. We needed a new fence and started looking at fences back in July. I had 5 companies come out and give us bids for a replacement fence. After looking at the work they performed at other locations and warranties offered we decided to go with Cisco Fencing and it was a great decision on our part. They were a few dollars more than the competitors we looked at but the results were fantastic.

This company walked us through every step of the process from start to finish. They use only the best Cedar products and build everything on site. I has learned that other companies use quick dry cement and install the fence same day or the next but Cisco does not. They use ready mix hard concrete and lets it cure for two days insuring a hard strong hold to the post installed.

They also do not use nails on the project but screws only which I guess is why they can offer a 10 year warranty instead of the usual 3-5 you get from other companies. I am also in the customer service business so I tend to want a company that I am spending money with to exceed my expectations and WOW did these guys do that. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new fence to let Francisco come out and show you why he is the best in his field. Mark and Debra Grumbach

This company is downright criminal. After paying our $835 deposit for an electric gate, they never came back. After they picked up their check, I submit the documents they needed to assist me with for our HOA, which they agreed to ahead of time, as they've done lots of work in our community before. (Which is why I thought I could trust them.) Weeks went by, and every time I tried to follow up on the status, I was either given the run-around, or flat out ignored.

After a few months and still nothing, we requested a refund, to which the owner informed us he would refund our deposit LESS expenses. But we called the city to check, and Cisco never even applied for the necessary permit. So there were zero expenses incurred. Regardless, there has been no refund of our $835 paid in JUNE, less expenses or otherwise. They took our money and ran. I feel sick that we threw away so much money on absolutely nothing. Avoid this company at all costs.

They did our side fences a couple years prior which was ok. Our neighbor just had them do some work. They parked their trailer in front of our house and spilled a bunch of concrete powder mix. They acknowledged they did it and would clean it. Never did. Rains came that week and turned into concrete. We called with no response. It looked like someone had spilled gray paint all over the sidewalk and street in front. I spent an hour and a half cleaning it with a power washer.

Francisco replaced my failing retaining wall & fence with a combination construction that is solid, looks great, and has garnered compliments from passers-by. I got estimates and interviewed 4 builders before selecting Cisco. I also examined the other builders' actual work in the neighborhood. Cisco was clearly superior, most notably in their use of coated screws throughout.

More common is the use of nailguns on the 5/8" thick boards, which typically drive the nail halfway through the board. Add to that the fact that nailgun nails have smaller heads than individual nails, and you have a fence that will need re-nailing in 10 years. A second big plus for Cisco is their gate and gateway construction. Gates are full-frame, with corner braces, not the more common gate that has only a 2x4 "Z" frame. Gateways have two posts on each side, and a lintel connecting all 4, so the gateway dimensions are more secure.

The gates open and close like a bank vault door. The best feature of my fence is the job Bearna did on a 75' straight line of fence with elevation changes. Executed without lasers or prepared plans, it is a work of art. The craftsmanship is excellent, and Francisco met my expectations in every respect. This review is not compensated in any way, and reflects only my satisfaction in the outcome of the job.

I have extensive experience with Francesco at Cisco Fences. They installed a new wood fence for me in 2014 and did a follow-up project in Summer of 2019 with a metal fence including a puppy panel. The initial project was done well, that is what the 2 stars are for. The follow-up project was done poorly and Cisco Fences was unwilling to stand behind their work, despite repeated efforts by me to reach out to them by phone, text and email starting in February 2020 through May 2020.

His helper at the office, actually indicated that they would send someone out, but of course this never took place. One of the metal fence gates doesn't properly open/close anymore so we are using a cinder block. The re-stain job on the original wood fence was a disaster as you can see in the attached pictures. Stay away from them, they have many complaints against them at the BBB. Based on my multiple experiences with them, those complaints likely have merit. You have been warned.

We are SO happy with our new fence. It was better than we imagined! Scheduling to install took several weeks but having a construction background, I understand delays, weather, change orders, etc. Quality fence, we have gotten so many compliments on it.

5 weeks after my deposit was cashed I called Francisco and was given a number to his "office" a girls answered and made an appointment to schedule my fence in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later still no word from them, I'm getting very nervous about this company. Francisco was very professional and courteous before my deposit was cashed, immediate call backs and follow ups. Once the check was cashed I'm being treated like many of the reviews I have read.

Our fence was very well crafted and has held up over the last four years. Recently, we needed service on the gate opener and was able to have the motherboard and sensor replaced under the 10 year warranty. Sometimes it is difficult to get ahold of Francisco, but he will give you a call back and fix any issue. Our fence is by far the best looking in the neighborhood.

This has to be one of the worse company ever. Once you made the payment, they will stop answering your calls or texts. They even sneaked in a portion of the boards with lower grade wood than what we paid for. We were promised by one of the sale guys that those will be replaced but never did. Then it took them four months to come out and stained the fence, and of course we have to call multiple times to remind them.

Then three months ago we contacted them for a couple cracked boards to be replaced. First they promise you they will replace those in a couples weeks. Then they started to play the same game. Ignoring your calls, voice mails and text messages. I have called numerous times, sent texts, and now have filed a complaint with the BBB. Stay away.

WARNING! Our fence looks terrible! It's been weeks and they are ignoring our calls. The owner and office are unprofessional and couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. It has been weeks with no help in sight. We asked for one stain color but got another. The fence panels are drastically different from another and it looks awful. They tell you one thing and don't deliver. What a waste of thousands of dollars! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The only reason I didn't give one star is because the work quality is excellent. Cisco has done our fence and a 10x20 patio cover and the finished product was very good. Price is a good value as well. However, they might be the worst company I've ever worked with from a communication/time management standpoint. On the patio cover, we signed a contract the week before Christmas and the sales person, Max, assured us they would be able to get started in mid January and would have it done by mid February in time for a wedding shower we were hosting.

We didn't proactively hear from them AT ALL after the contract was signed until today, when they wanted to square up the bill. The permit wasn't even filed until the very end of January, over a month after the contract was signed! They offered to start the work on the first week of February but we did the math and knew we'd need to wait until after our event to avoid friends/family from seeing a mess.

The final timeline from contract execution to close was nearly three months. We had a few weather delays during that time, but clear days would go by and we'd never hear from them. They failed to complete the job in the timeframe set at the beginning and I had to call them a least once a week to make sure work was going to get done. Go with this company if you want good work.

But they are not who you want if you're under a deadline or if you expect regular updates/communication. I almost felt like I was general contracting the job I was paying them to do based on the involvement required.

Terrible company. Don't use them, or you I'll be sorry. They are bad news. They will not honor their warranty, or call you back after they get your money, and the stain won't last very long.

Cisco was recommended by a friend-rightfully so. He was one of the only fence contractors to call back and come by my property following spring storms. I wanted to replace a brick wall and the original fence around my yard. The work was performed as scheduled and the workmanship is top notch. Cisco and all of the employees that came to work at my property were extremely friendly and courteous. This was worth every penny.

Cisco Fencing was AMAZING! Our fence was completely devastated by the infamous Wylie Hailstorm of 2016. The fence was the last "piece of the puzzle" where we could finally have our home back. We did end up with a lot more than the original fence, because Cisco could do it. We improved our fence by adding a stone base, an electric gate and most importantly (to me), all of the interior pipes were covered! Cisco's team were NOT workers, they were artisans.

The "pole boxes" were hand carved, along with the side-gate topper. He even went as far as to replace our neighbors gate, which was falling down, so that it wouldn't detract from our fence. We have nothing but glowing praise for Cisco Fencing and their employees. You get what you pay for!

Like many people that have left reviews, my neighbors got their fence done by Cisco Fencing and they messed up mine. I came home to find out they took part of mine out. I called the office number and the "supervisors" number and got no answer. So I continue to call back until someone at the office answered who did not care whatsoever about my issue.

She told me that the neighbors must of signed off on the removal of my fence. I told them that it doesn't matter what they signed it was MY fence. They promised to put a gate back like what we had and here I am 3 weeks later and he wont return our calls. My neighbors fence looks great. I would just say that if you are looking at using them and you like your neighbors then use another company.

Fence turned out better than I even expected! I highly recommend Cisco fencing and definitely feel I made the right choice in picking them. The crew was very polite and cleaned everything up nicely. Angel showed up when he said he would and always answered immediately or returned phone calls quickly (seems to be rare these days).

I have not had to follow up on any thing as far as warranty goes. With that said, I thought they were great, they did tell me it would be about 6 weeks before they could start. They did not take a deposit until the day before they would start. The fence is beautiful and it was done in 3 days. I monitored their work everyday and it was impeccable. Also the employees that did the work and followed your instructions i.e. please don't step on so and so area etc.

Also the staining people that work for Cisco fencing was extremely nice and as far as grass dying, maybe a little bit did but it grew back rather quickly but was not so much of a problem for me. I've tried to stain a fence and it's hard to stain a large area without a little overspray on the bottom grass portion. I rather grass die then the bottom of my fence to not have protective stain.

That said, given my experience with them and their pricing, I would recommend them. Perhaps everyone else knows something I do not, Francisco was cordial and timely for me. Seems many of these reviews are about follow ups but when that issue arises I will update review.

Did my neighbors house. Painted my car and parts of my house in addition to the neighbors fence. Over a week and waiting on call back, or email, or. update:still no calls from the company. I contacted the city, asked for and got a copy of the insurance certificate required for them to be registered with the city. I then called the insurance company to file the claim directly. Cisco Fence still has not returned calls or emails. If you choose to do business with them you may need to ask for the certificate upfront to proved to your neighbors.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They built my fence that was supposed to be pool compliant but hung the gates the wrong way and didn't put the latches high enough. I called for 5 straight business days and he wouldn't take my call. Had my wife call from a different number and he picked right up and told her he would call to schedule first thing Monday and it would still be $380 to fix their mistake.

Of course he didn't call or show, and still wont take any of our calls. Now our pool project is delayed because of their breach of contract and zero, I mean zero, customer service. They build a nice fence, but they DO NOT come out for customer service and DO NOT CARE, so you better hope they get it right the first time. I didn't make a big deal out of a gap in my board on board fence that I called them about a few times but now after having a major problem with the fence, it makes sense to me why they never showed up to fix it.

Because they just don't bother. I was a huge fan of CISCO fencing but I will tell everyone I know about their lack of customer commitment now that will listen. Such a shame, because they build a very pretty fence. You pay a premium for a nice fence and their "warranty" - but I dare you to call and try to get warranty service. You'll see what I mean. Angel was a friendly and professional person to work with. He was prompt with his replies, follow-ups, checked through-out the project, making sure everything was going ok, or if we had concerns.

We had a 100% positive experience with Cisco Fencing. Angel Cisco was the epitome of professional. All calls were promtly returned if not answered immediately. He was very engaged in the bid process - listening to our concerns and thoughts. Our fence design was a little atypical, but proved no problem for Cisco Fencing. All services were delivered on-time and as promised.
