I had called three other fence companies. Out of the three other fence companies none had a timely response. I called Florida fence and deck and they worked me into their schedule and did great work. I will most definitely call them again should I need any fence work.

Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness I have requested this company come to my place of business multiple times over a period of a month for them not to show. Every time I called they said they would get to me and would never arrive. This is very unprofessional. Service: Chain-link fence

June 2020 James and Rob Did an EXCELLANT Job in removing and rebuilding my current deck. Both of them were very pleasant and professional to work with. Even though I asked a lot of questions neither of them seemed to mind and helped me understand why and what they were doing. Once they were all finished, another crew from Florida Fence & Deck came by the next day and cleaned up my yard from all the debris and they were just as pleasant and professional as James and Rob.

Wonderful experience. They repaired my chain link fence, trimmed back vines and overgrown shrubs, tore down and removed old wooden fence, and replaced it. My phone calls were answered the same day and I believe Ted came the day I called and had an estimate the next day. The pricing was right. I would give the care given a 5+ star.

I wish Yelp would allow me to upload a photo. The photo says it all. One six-foot segment of fencing has slats that are 4" - 5" shorter than the rest of the fencing. It looks ridiculous. The fence was installed the first few days in March. It was scheduled to be installed in mid-February, but they were running behind and changed the date. This was a big deal for me because I was scheduled to be out of town the entire month of March.

I explained to office staff that I had reservations about having a fence installed and paying for it in full when I wouldn't be home to inspect the finished product. I was assured that, upon returning home in April, if I discovered any problems with the fence they would be corrected. After inspecting the fence, I spoke with office staff on April 10 and again on April 14 about the problem.

I was assured the problem would be corrected. I mailed a letter to them on May 10. No response -- they won't even phone me to schedule an appointment date to come out and correct the problem. My mistake was paying them in full -- it would have be wiser to have withheld some money. They have their money and have now have no interest in correcting their poor quality work. I do NOT recommend this fencing company.unless you want to resort to going to court to get them to do the work properly.

I used them to fence in my one acre property. The owner Ted was very professional and I was happy with the work that was done.

Florida Fence and Deck have been supplied with fencing product and are not paying their bill or answering their phones.

First - I did not have any work done by this company - the one star rating is for their unprofessional unresponsiveness. I requested a quote via their online form and gave my cell phone number for contact. After not hearing from them after two weeks I called their office and informed the not very caring receptionist that no one had ever responded to the online form request for a quote and she then informed me that she is not the person that receives those emails.

I asked her who does receive those emails and she responded that she did not know. She then took my cell phone number and said that she would have a sales person call me when they get in. It has been another week now and I suppose that a sales person has not arrived yet because I still have not heard from them. I am no longer interested in hiring this company.

If they are this bad at just returning calls then I certainly don't want to give them tens of thousands of dollars of my hard earned money and gamble that their work would be as bad as their customer service.

We had a wonderful experience with the folks at Florida Fence and Outdoor Living. We could never figure how to fence in our backyard because of an awkward area on concrete, but our friends at Florida Fence and Outdoor Living made it seem like a piece of cake. Their idea was perfect and now we have a beautiful fence and safe backyard for our children and dog.

Our Carrabelle screen room/porch is fantastic. It faces the street and is the source of numerous inquiries and visits. It is extremely well built, enhances our home, and was completed on time by Florida Fence and Outdoor Living. Having gone through this experience, the only thing I can say is 'We wish we had done it sooner'.
