Mean Green Lawn and Landscape, LLC is a full service in-house lawn and landscape company. It was founded by twin brothers Michael and Robert Whittaker in 2003. Their experience in the landscape industry began in high school in their hometown of Austin, Texas. They parted ways upon graduation to begin their college educations.

Michael is a graduate of Texas Christian University's Neeley School of Business in Fort Worth, Texas. Robert is a graduate of Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business in Lubbock, Texas. While in Lubbock, Robert started a new landscape company named Paradise Lawn and Landscape.

Commercial Maintenance is the core of our business. Mean Green specializes in large property maintenance. For most of our customers we provide basic turf management, ornamental pruning, hedges, tree trimming and ground cover maintenance and clean up on a regular basis.

Residential

Another very important part of our business is residential property maintenance. We service over 150 homes throughout the Tarrant county area. Whether it is just a one time mow or clean up or a full service customer we make sure you are looking great every time. We are proud to announce our Budget Billing option that our customers really love.

Landscape Design

With changing climates and droughts we know what works and still looks great year round. Their isn't much we haven't done. From adding seasonal color to full landscape overhauls we will provide you a free design and walk you through every step. Tree Pruning

The success of any tree is proper care. Tree pruning and sucker removal is key to a healthy full tree. Be sure to also lift the canopy and cut out the cross branches to allow light into your yard and landscape. Mean Green believes in safety first and has all the right training and equipment to prune or remove any size tree.

Give your yard or business the pop you need. Through years of experience Mean Green has perfected a fertilizer and soil blend to ensure the most vibrant seasonal color around. Did you know Mean Green also has a fence Company? They are called Fort Worth fence company. We interviewed 6 contractors to build our fence. We chose Mean Green and not due to the price. My wife said she felt they paid closer attention to what she wanted and that they made her feel comfortable.
