This is the 3rd or 4th time I've used Decker now. Have always been very pleased with their work. They're professional in about every way possible right down to cleaning up after themselves each day. Very pleased. Service: Electrical wiring installation

I called after lunch they said they were booked but could do after hours at 4:30 I agreed. BUT Marcus freed up early & they sent him over right away. He was done before 4:30pm so no extra charge.! Decker's & Marcus were great! Service: Electrical panel repair

They did a really fantastic job running some CAT6 lines at an office building I do IT for, Matt was especially helpful and communicated really well with me, the panel install was incredibly clean

Repair light switch, that sometimes makes a crackling noise. ( I have been told this is a fire hazard.) Decker replaced the switch. A short while later I'm still sometime heating a crackling noise. I call Decker, I am told someone will get back with me. They did not, so after sitting through the weekend wondering if my house could catch on fire, I called another electrician.

They replaced the switch. They said they could not say for sure if the switch had already been replaced. I called Decker to talk about this. The man I talked to was awful, he was concerned about defending and clearing himself. I worked a service job for 30 years, if I had communicated with a customer the way this man did to me I would have been fired. The switch is working find now, no noise. ( after the 2nd electrical company replaced it. ) Problem I had to pay 2 electricians.

The work was good but I was told it would be$95 per hr and $25 travel fee. He included travel time of 30 min. As work time.

Sorry to give just one star, but I have to. I requested for a service on July 9, 2021. First of all, the technician went to the wrong address, not a problem at all if it wasn't that he charged us for this time lost ($95/h) Second of all, he worked slower than a sloth, wasting a lot of time. I had similar jobs done by another electrician (unfortunately unavailable) who took a third of the time. Third, he installed a ceiling fan.

The fan was working. "And the lights?", asked my wife. They were not connected. Other time wasted. But the thing that made us really disappointed was when I tried to change the bulbs of a bathroom vanity light fixture installed on a bathroom wall, the bulbs were screwed-in so tight that the bulb holders started to rotate and the glass shattered in my hand almost cutting myself.

It has been impossible to unscrew them not even with a wrench. Also the light is not well secured on the wall, it's loose and it moves. We sent a message on the website contact form asking to fix this issue, but we haven't heard since. We'll have to call another contractor to uninstall this light and see what happens.

Tech did a great job researching, finding and repairing defective outlet which restored our power. He was efficient, knowledgeable and kept us informed. Awesome service. Would use again if needed. Service: Restore power

Serviceman John Was and Is Outstanding Team Member of Decker Electric, Arrive five minutes before time, and ready too, quickly identified the problems, and got to work, with the most positive demeanor from any service person in my entire life, Mr. John is more than excellant in his professon, I'm thankful that he was dispatched to my house, Thank You Decker Electric and Technician John!

I was more than happy with the outstanding service technician that they sent to my home to repair my doorbell wiring. I had used another company who was not doing the job correctly unfortunately I did not call Decker first. I highly suggest you call Decker first they're outstanding service people do an outstanding job and clean up after the mess unlike the other company that I started with don't make the mistake that I made call Decker first.

When I called the scheduler was very professional, informative, and nice. Jonathan, my electrician, was efficient and very friendly. They were upfront and honest with their rates and fast we're able to get to my house quicker than 3 other companies that I called. I would recommend anyone looking for electrical work to call. They were awesome. Had our outside meter blow and we had no power nothing. We called them and they were out quickly. They got us heat for the night and were back the next morning to replace the meter, fuse box and some other things. Very prompt, professional and very friendly. They worked quickly to get it done. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Recently had Decker do a lot of electrical work on my home. They did an awesome job. Very professional and fixed our electrical problems. Great customer service which is extremely hard to find these days.
