Critical: Professionalism, Quality Some of the painters here are completely unprofessional. I've had so many headaches with them since hiring. The owner was willing to send guys back and try fix the mistakes but these 2 guys that came out first screwed up so bad by over spraying on my newly painted stuff that I had to spend 3 full days doing touch up in my house. These guys are great. Worked me into their schedule despite my quick time frame. It was not an easy job because it took several coats of paint to cover up the dark walls I inherited. Best contractor I have ever used for wall replacement and painting. Always on time, very professional, fair price especially considering the amount of work they did plus being interrupted by a termite infestation discovered during removal of the old wall. The work would have been completed well ahead of schedule had we not run into the termites. They always cleaned the place up at the end of the day and did a thorough cleaning on the last day. I will definitely be using Lance and his crew on my next painting project and have already spread his name around to my neighbors and friends.

They did a wonderful job! The workers came on time and worked hard. They paid attention to detail: for example the west side of my house needed to have a primer coat of paint. They put that on first before putting on the second coat and said that if I needed any touch ups, they wanted me to call and they would return to fix it. Thank-you!

Mountain Valley painted our entire main floor and second floor with three tone paint. It is not an exaggeration to say that there was not a single drip or run in our entire house. The lines were perfect and the walls and ceiling were flawless! The entire crew was on time or early every day and every one of them was professional, courteous and clean.

They all went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied with every step of the entire job. We will be having our basement painted very soon and will be calling Lance and Mountain Valley again!
