Nothing more to say then I've used Broadway several time with nothing but great service. A must call, and no I don't have any special affiliation with this company. If you need it, this company is legit!

Perfect service, reasonable price. The locksmith who performed our service was Mario and he did a superb job, arrived exactly on time, instantly made friends with our 10-month Golden Retriever, and was fast, efficient, and a friendly nice guy. I highly recommend Broadway Lock and Key, it doesn't get better.

I highly recommend this company, came same day I called and sent their best guy Mario. He made few adjustments as well on top of what he came to do and the pricing is great. Good job guys keep it up!

I lost the only set of keys to my vehicle. I landed upon Broadway Lock and Key after a different locksmith showed up late 3 times, tried to charge $50 over the quoted price, broke the lock on the door and then tried to sell me a key that would turn the car on but not open the door. I was three days deep into this fiasco and at the end of my patience. Sam showed up on time and made quick work of an issue that the other guys made a whole production out of.

He also fixed the lock that was now broken. Price was 1/3 of what the dealership quoted. He was able to make me a new fob and valet key, all while working out of my garage in Castle Rock. I absolutely should've called Broadway first and they will be my go-to for any key related problems I have in the future. 10/10 would recommend.

My key fob was fried (not the battery) and my spare key was unavailable (held hostage by my ex). I was supposed to leave on an important road trip and my vehicle was completely disabled. Luke got an overnight delivery of my (somewhat uncommon) fob and Sam came TO MY HOUSE and reprogrammed everything the next day. While working on the car, Sam discovered that my car battery was dead and he recharged it without asking and without charging me.

I only had to delay my trip by 24 hours. All total, I spent WAY less money than I had spent getting fobs online and then taking them to the dealer for programming. This was A+ customer service and pricing all the way around. What great people! They really care.

Always fast, knowledgeable, and honest. Helped me out on more than one occasion. Worth every penny.

Mario was very professional, efficient and courteous when he rekeyed our house. Also, the prices were very fair and reasonable.

Luke did a great job changing the locks on my house and was able to accommodate me by arriving a little early. Very professional and courteous. I will definitely call again when I need a locksmith.

Superb service! Came to the house and made replacement keys for a Toyota Prius and Honda HR-V. Much cheaper than getting it done at the dealer. Plus by having both keys done at once, we only had to pay a single dispatch fee. Highly recommend!

Can't say enough positive things about this company. I lost my key fab and they were the quickest service that was able to assist (price was comparable too). When they can to my house, they fixed my stuck front door for free! Then, when the fab was having technical problems, they came right away to get it fixed with no charge. Great, trustworthy company. Highly recommend.

These guys were great! They came out to put a new lock on our 1967 camper trailer. Super knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend, even for tricky jobs!

Luke was an absolute lockstar! He came and changed all of the locks in my house in 1 hour and I was so impressed. He even made a key hole in a sliding door for my garage, I was so stoked. Very reasonably priced and kind! Broadway lock and key can do it all!

I have been using Luke since he started his business. I have my locks changed regularly at my home and my business for security reasons. I also had Luke put a touch pad lock on my work truck. A very knowledgeable crafts-person.

Luke and his team are great. I have used them a few times. I have had them make keys for my cars, but the main project I used them for was to select and install a new front door handle and lock. We spent some time figuring out what to get because I wanted to go keyless. I can't say the install went flawlessly, the tech didn't properly align the lock (granted, I couldn't find the instructions, so the tech was doing the best he could), so Luke had to come out and fix it. I love working with companies that don't make a fuss if they make a mistake. Fair prices, good service, I can't say enough good things about this company.

We had only one key left to our camper and desperately needed a new one. I called around and got some other quotes. Not only was their price one of the best but the professionalism from the receptionist was awesome all the way to Luke making me a new key at my home.

Prompt and professional service from these guys! I recently purchased a home and when I made copies of the front door key at Ace Hardware, the new key copies jacked up the locking mechanism cylinder, rendering even the original key a royal pain in the behind for unlocking the door. After my usual WD-40 trick proved useless, I called these guys and Luke was out the same day.

He replaced the cylinder and gave me 4 new sets of keys for $90 and was in and out within 20 minutes. Super nice guy, too! I told my mom about how awesome they were, so she called them up the next day to fix a lock on the backdoor of her business, and same thing - out within the same day and she said the locksmith they sent out that day (not Luke) was also quick, courteous and professional. I hopefully won't need a locksmith too often, but when I do, Broadway Lock & Key has got my business!

I was having a terrible Friday afternoon. I was at my son's baseball game at Congress Park watching them lose badly when my almost 6yr old daughter said she had to get her drink from the car. So of course once the game is over and we are trying to leave (with a 6yr old who desperately needs a bathroom). my keys are locked in the car. I called Broadway lock and key and they had a tech out in 20 minutes who was able to get it open. Very fast, professional and well priced compared to others! Hoping I don't need them again, but I wouldn't hesitate to call if I needed them!

Luke has been taking of all of my locksmithing for three years. I constantly need an ignition rekeyed, or locks on my trucks need changed out. He is as good as it gets, and always a pleasure to work with. His pricing is very fair, and service prompt. It has been a great relationship that has benefited me immensely.
