NPPS installed rooftop solar and batteries at our home in Santa Rosa. We are very pleased with the installation, and with working with all the team at Northern Pacific. Their prices were were very competitive based on multiple quotes we got, and the quality of the installation is terrific

The company was professional and efficient. Design was done by satellite and zoom meetings during the pandemic, with a single onsite visit prior to the final design being submitted to the city for approval. System we purchased was a 3.4 kW output with a 10 panel array on a roof mount with a 47 degree pitch, and their bid was competitive with others (just over 15K).

Many companies would not install on a roof with this slope. The install was done in 1 1/2 days with a 4 person crew, and the routing of the electrical lines was discreet and painted to match existing house colors where necessary. Overall experience with the project was excellent. Just be aware that once the building permit is approved the charges come quickly and you will need to have your banking in order.

Great solar system installed for our irrigation pumps and accessory buildings. Cassius handled our initial inquiry with a virtual evaluation that was accurate and thorough. We had wanted to qualify for the battery rebate, but missed the cutoff and the state pretty much closed it down anyway. The installation occurred a couple months later and was seamless. Alex walked us through the system, all the inspections, and dealing with PGE. And at completion Cassius again walked us through how the system works and how we can monitor it. Professional and competent all the way through.

Given the current COVID-19 shelter in place orders I've finally had the time to write this well-deserved review for Northern Pacific Power Systems. Right now, we're especially thankful we made this decision since we've been home 100% and could not imagine what our PG&E bill would've been without solar. We met with 5 companies, and Northern Pacific Power was by far the easiest to talk to without all the "salesy stuff".

Our project manager was Devin, and he kept us informed throughout the entire process. Jake swapped our electrical panel, and the install team was Tia, Max, Colton, Branden, and Ray. Everyone was so pleasant, and we appreciated how they checked in with us during install. I was apprehensive about our panels being visible from the street, but Cassius explained that this was the best placement for production.

I'm so happy we trusted him! I love coming home, and seeing those panels knowing we made a good investment and reducing our carbon footprint at the same time. The whole process was a great experience from the organization of Adaggio and Shelby in the office, crews on-site, and our final system review. Congratulations James and Bill for finding such great people and running such a tight team. We'll continue to recommend Northern Pacific Power Systems to anyone looking to go solar!

I was honestly pretty overwhelmed looking at solar companies when we started and trying to figure out who to trust with our project. Once I got a chance to interview a few, it was an easy choice. NPPS came out and did an amazing job on our home and I couldn't be happier with the end product. On top of that, if there's ever an issue, they're local and I know it'll get taken care of. Cassius was fantastic and involved throughout, communication with the rest of the crew was outstanding and they did everything RIGHT.

As a real estate broker and builder, I see a ton of botched solar jobs with crews taking shortcuts on installation. These guys understand that and were so pro throughout the process, explaining the roof install, line install, etc, and never suggesting anything other than doing it the right way, I truly can't recommend them highly enough.

This Company and it's employees are the BEST from top to bottom. Our 17 panel installation on a two story house was perfectly sized, engineered permitted and installed. Installation was seamless and professional. Took extra care in hiding/running the conduit and painting to match the house and trim. Cassius, Tyler, Adaggio were excellent through the entire process with their communication and answering our questions along the way. They should be first on your list to call if contemplating a residential solar installation. We highly recommend this company.
