From the start, I was impressed with all my interactions with them. Absolutely stellar service! Great pricing and lots of color schemes to choose from. They were very knowledgeable and helped me bring my vision to life. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a unique look and experienced team who can deliver!

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Clear Creek Landscapes. The design team listened to our "wish list" and found a way to incorporate these into a plan that worked for us. Our project added an additional 1,100 square feet of patio space with an attached roof structure to our home. The design also incorporated a swimspa with a surrounding deck that allows for year-round enjoyment.

The finished product looks like the home was originally designed to be finished that way. I've waited 2 years to write the review to see if this large investment would stand the test of time. They did quality work with great products and haven't had any issues. We use the space frequently as it is now our favorite "room."

We worked with Stu at Clear Creek Landscapes to re-work a challenging backyard landscape -- a small space on a hill and almost completely shaded -- that was full of mud and rarely used. Stu developed a beautifully thought-through plan, which included a dry creek bed, area for grilling, firepit/conversation area, dog run, and even a contemplative/meditation area incorporating a family heirloom. We can't wait to plant in the spring (Stu developed a shade-tolerant landscape plan as well) and enjoy our lovely, shaded backyard!

The entire process from estimating to completion was so smooth. Everyone at CCL and any subs, during the process, explained either what was going on or what was next. This made it so nice to see the whole design. Would use them again! Not only did Clear Creek do a great job on our patio install, but they're great business to work with. The customer service was top notch, and our project came in under budget!

Late 2012 I had a 3' tall raised garden 15' x 50' installed in my backyard. I constantly had to add dirt into the garden especially near the concrete block wall as it wasn't tampered down correctly. The biggest problem was the drainage tube wasn't installed correctly making it impossible for rain water to drain out. This was discovered when I hired a company to remove the entire garden.

With moisture unable to drain out correctly the walls began to slowly bow out. Every spring pushing out more and more due to frost heave. It cost me $13,000 to have it installed by Clear Creek and $6,000 to have it completely removed this year 2021.

I was really excited about these guys. Came out to bid and were really professional and had some great ideas. Said they'd have a design to review and accept in 4 days and would have it done within a month or so. Then nothing. Wouldn't return calls, emails, texts. Complete Ghost. Could have just told me they didn't want to do it, instead they left me on the hook for 2 months until the season ended.

My project was an attached patio cover. It took quite awhile to complete, but the finished project is beautiful. The roof line is seamless and the patio looks like it was built with the rest of the house. Jake was able to get the same brick as is on the front of my house for the patio columns, which was very nice; he was also quick to return calls.

I can't say enough good things about the work Clear Creek Landscaping did to tear out our old, beat-up patio and retaining wall and replace it with something we absolutely love. From the get-go, Luke truly listened to what we were looking for. He incorporated our many changes patiently. And his team worked professionally, efficiently, and with utmost skill to bring our vision to life.

Their prices were right in line with other companies we had looked at using, but the experience of working with Clear Creek Landscaping left us feeling like we got a great deal on this big project. We highly recommend them!

We had Jake as our landscape designer. He seemed very nice, efficient and RESPONSIVE during the design process, however, that changed once the install was complete and the company had been paid. My first issue with Clear Creek Landscapes is they came out on a rainy day and destroyed my lawn while installing the landscape. That was in May of 2017 and 3 of my plants had died by July.

I contacted Jake in July and didn't receive a response. I waited 3 weeks before contacting him again. He finally replied and informed me that I would be put on the list for replacement plants. Now, fast forward to September! Still no response from Jake or anyone from Clear Creek Landscapes. I contacted Jake once again and asked about my replacement plants.

He replied saying that they would be in in the next couple of weeks. It is now July of 2018 and their are 3 more dead plants in our landscape. I don't necessarily blame Clear Creek for the quality of their plants, my issue here is once they had received their check their responsiveness dropped to basically 0. It was near impossible to get a response and very aggravating when you pay thousands of dollars for some landscaping. I will not be using Clear Creek Landscape for any of my future projects and do not recommend them to anyone.

We were very happy with the remodel/facelift to our pond. Luke was attentive and spent time to understand exactly what we wanted, and those that did the installation were courteous and respectful of our property even with all the boulders etc. that had to be brought in. We love our pond and would use them again for our other landscaping needs.

We were thrilled with Clear Creek and the work they completed for us. The crew was timely, professional, priced well and most importantly experienced! We will use their services again and again. Well done!

Excellent work, great people. It was great working with these guys i gained a wealth of knowledge!
