Paint Doctor

They didn't start on time (month later) by that time it had turned colder temps so now the paint has peeled in areas. Very little prep work was done. I tried to get hold of the Rep. Brian and he didn't call back after several attempts. So I asked for a match on the paint so I could do some touch up (Sherwin Williams told me to get them to send the color details over) and no response. I guess once they have your money it's good-bye! The marketing materials are impressive but without customer service it means nothing!

We recently purchased our first investment property. While the home was in great condition, the interior paint was in need of help. We invited three companies out to give a quote. Brian was so enthusiastic, helpful, and educational. He taught us what to look for (even knew what his competitors would say). He was the only painter to commit to not taking any money before the job was done - and we were satisfied.

He gave us a quote on the spot (the only one to do so) - and was by far was the biggest value. We were confident we could trust Brian and The Paint Doctor based on their experience, time in business, reviews, and photos of their work. Brian was also the only painter we spoke with who didn't spend more time than necessary telling us his team were experts and licensed, etc. (we assume that when hiring a professional so makes us nervous when others made that their 'big' selling point). Brian was very responsive anytime we called with a question and/or to schedule, etc. and called right after our walk-through to ensure we were happy with the finished product.

His team did an incredible job - high ceilings, molding, base boards, trim, doors, etc. - every inch of the house had been perfectly - and cleanly finished. They took great care to protect the flooring, cabinetry, etc. We couldn't be happier! There's no way we could have done the job The Paint Doctor did.from the quality of the work to the time they finished in - and how quickly they were able to start. I couldn't recommend them more highly and we will definitely use them again and tell all our friends!

I got bids from two providers for restaining our three decks. The Paint Doctor's estimate seemed reasonable, and it was far less than the other bid. I'm really glad I chose Paint Doctor. Melissa did the estimate and scheduled the job (which) was tricky because she had lots of big jobs to weave our job into, and we wanted the job to be completed before it got too cold. Veronica led the team to do the work.

I'm very satisfied with the timing and the quality of the work. Veronica did absolutely everything she could have to assure an excellent job, including some extras I hadn't requested. She was always there when I needed to speak with her, she was on the job the entire time coaching her team. An excellent work ethic and a very professional demeanor all around. I'll certainly come back to The Paint Doctor for future such work.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness They did sloppy work. Got paint on area s not to be painted including blindss. Got paint on our leathe r chairs. Got paint on our carpet. Painted wrong shade colo walls and trim. Was to leave us a gallon of touch up paint for each color, did not. Dont use them. Services: Door painting, Interior painting

I changed my appointment to meet their availability. Then their representative didn't show up for that appointment. Things happen I get it. They didn't call or text so I stayed home and waited from 4:30 till 6:30 pm. Left a voicemail that evening for the office and got called the next day. I was supposed to hear back on availability this week.

A full day went by today with no response from the rep on an alternate appt this week. I can only conclude they don't need the business AND that courtesy is not part of their value proposition. My phone log had no calls and no voice mails from the proposed estimator. Any claims they called that afternoon or evening should have been registered on my smart phone. AgaiN, no text and no voice mail. What's my motivation to tell anything g but the truth? Why would I call and complain if they voice mailed or texted me. Ask your rep to pull the phone log from their phone and show proof of their effort.

Didn't show for appointment. They didn't call or text so I ended up waiting around for two hours with no communication. I get it; business must be good. However, it takes only a few seconds to dictate a text that says "I'm running late and can't make the appt." When you blow off an appt with no communication you're telling customers their time has no value.

That's my take on the last 24 hours of trying to deal with this company. If you can't communicate before the estimate why would I trust you to deliver on what you're going to sell me after the estimate.

It has been two years since the Paint Doctor painted the entire interior of my home. At the time of the project I found numerous areas that they had left unpainted or needed additional painting. Since that time I have found many more evidences of sloppy, unprofessional work. Just this past week while doing further renovations I found additional walls with large unpainted areas and streaking. This company is bad and do not do any quality checks of their own work!

RUN: Most paint came out great however when the painter was rushing he left a mess, paint drips all over dark hardwood floors, dining room was two toned, his lines were bad, and just really sloppy work. I would go with another company, i have pics of the shoddy paint job areas too. He knew he left it. I was also surprised the sales person I dealt with didn't even bother to call after to see how things went, etc. Poor customer service.

We could not be happier with the job Chad and his partner did painting our living room and bedroom. They arrived exactly on time and were friendly, thorough and professional. We were anticipating a 2 day job and they finished mid-afternoon day 1. Highly recommend! Service: Interior painting

They did a great job! They were timely, reasonably priced, and did quality work. Our 20 year old house hadn't been painted since it was built. They pressure washed, cleaned, caulked, scraped and painted. It looks like a brand new house! They were extremely quick and efficient, even in the dead of winter with unpredictable weather. Very professional and took the time to walk through with us and make sure every single detail was perfect and how we wanted it. Cheapest quote we got by a long shot and the job they did is incredible. Highly highly recommend!

After getting bids from 6 other paint companies (from big names to mom-n-pops), I decided to get one last bid when I received a flier in the mail. Brian and his team were very communicative, easy to work with, and, above all, did everything within their power to make sure we were happy. I've gotta say, they did a stellar job at an excellent price.

After obtaining quotes for painting the exterior of my charming 1920 Victorian house, I'm glad that I hired The Paint Doctor to do the work. I was provided with several options and able to select the price I could afford. The crew was very friendly and did a fantastic job with the prep work, the painting, and the clean-up. They completed the job in a timely fashion and even worked around the small bursts of snowy weather.

The Paint Doctor painted our exterior home and shed. Between power washing, prep, and paint, it was only 3 days total of work (with some days between washing and prep.) The crew was professional and did a great job! Joe was very available for questions and other communications. The quoted price was excellent and was more affordable than we expected. Overall, we're very happy with both the experience and result!

We hired Paint Doctor to paint our home. We were very happy with the quality work that was done. The painters were careful not to spill paint and kept the yard clean from any trash needless to say we loved the finished product. I have been making referrals to our neighbors and friends. I would recommend that you don't do business with this company. cannot even keep an appointment, and after breaking a number of appointments that i stayed home for, i finally told him to forget it. he then goes out of his way to call us back to tell us that he's happy because he would'nt want to work for such inflexible people. absolutely outrageous!

Paint Doctor did the entire exterior of our house about a year ago and did an excellent job prepping, priming, and painting. The crew was polite and very detailed oriented. Joe the estimator was prompt and even rearranged his schedule to meet with and negotiate with my homeowners insurance adjuster.

After the COS hail storm of 2016, we had to replace everything: windows, roof, deck, fence. So, needless to say, we had to work with a LOT of contractors. Joe and The Paint Doctor crew was hands down the easiest and best company that we worked with throughout the process. Joe always promptly returned calls and got the work done quicker than we expected.

The painting was neat, and crew was very polite. After our house was painted, Joe personally walked around the house with us, looking for anything that needed to be touched up. The paint crew returned the next day to fix a few small spots. Thank you for such a wonderful experience that DIDN'T result in any headaches!

I had the Paint Doctor come to my home and give me a estimate for the exterior of my house. The estimator Brian was extremely professional and very knowledgeable on everything on the painting of my home. I was on a budget and he took the time with me to explain the difference Sherwin Williams products, and the warranties they have. He helped me with my color scheme and painted several samples on for me to make sure I liked the color.

The house turned out amazing! It took the crew about 4 days to paint the house I am so happy and pleased I went with the Paint Doctor I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Our house was ravaged by hail damage in 2015, and did an awesome job. Would use them again and give them my highest recommendation!
