Repair
Report
When your roof on your commercial building ages, it may need to be restored or have a coating reapplied to ensure its continued functionality. Each roof is unique, which means it ages differently and experiences normal wear and tear differently. We have the needed experience to assess your roof and recommend any repairs.
Maintenance
Report
Ice damage, high winds, rain and snow will take their toll on any roof. And while you cannot know when these weather events will take place, you should know that you're prepared for them. Otherwise you run the risk of unexpected roof problems interrupting your business, causing unhappy tenants, disappointed customers and severe financial losses for your business.
Built-Up Roofing
Report
Built-up commercial roofing systems (BUR) consists of layers or plies of roofing felts, between which asphalt or bitumen is applied. Built-up roofing is one of the oldest and most durable systems available. Its multiple layers provide extra protection and perform well in extreme weather conditions. Built-up roofs are especially resistant to damage from wind, hail and snow.
Foam
Report
Closed-cell sprayed polyurethane foam (SPF) is composed of two liquid components - isocyanate and a resin (or polyol) - that are pumped from separate containers and mixed in the nozzle of a spray gun at a 1-to-1 ratio. Upon combining them, a chemical reaction takes place and the mixture expands 20 or 30 times to form a solid, lightweight, monolithic closed-cell mass.
Single-Ply
Report
Commercial single-ply membranes are factory-manufactured sheet membranes. They generally are categorized as either thermoplastic or thermoset. Thermoplastic materials can be repeatedly softened when heated and hardened when cooled. In commercial roofing, thermoset materials solidify, or set, irreversibly after heating.
