I left to run an errand and when I returned water was pouring out of my garage. I immediately called since they have done services before and they went above and beyond. This was around 2pm on 4/28 and they were at my house with a new hot water heater no later than 430 same day. It's all installed and life is good thx to Brandon and Steve. Thank you guys again for coming so quickly to my house, me and my family greatly appreciate it!

They also replaced two shut off valves under the kitchen sink. Brandon who did the service was great, on time explained everything thoroughly, told me the price up front and threw in one valve and disposal flange for free. I was very impressed with the company from the phone call to the final service. Prices seemed reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

They were able to come out the same day and install a new water heater to replace my old leaking one. I called and Steve the owner gave me a quote over the phone. First flush of the morning & water gurgled up onto my shower floor! @ 07:53am I spoke w/Steve. I received a text from Allen when he was on his way. Allen arrived, assessed the situation as a sewer line back-up, cleared the mainline stoppage & cleaned up his work area. By 09:35 I had paid the invoice & Allen was on his way. I received excellent service plus from first call for help to job completion took only 1hour 42 minutes! Thanks to both Steve and Allen. I will certainly use your services again should the need arise!

March 7 2022: We awoke to a leaky faucet which actually began pouring out water with no way to shut it off locally. We called FIVE plumbers who all sent us to Voicemail with vague promises that they would get back to us as soon as they could. On the sixth call, we got A Plus Plumbing who - to our delight - actually employs someone to answer the phone and schedule appointments when their plumbers are out on jobs.

Because A Plus Plumbing IS excellent - they were booked for the day but could send someone after hours between 5 & 6pm for a few extra dollars. She quickly added that if a spot should open-up, she would let us know ASAP. To our great good fortune, she called back within 30 minutes and told us a plumber could be here in an hour. Sure enough, a plumber did arrive shortly after and the entire problem was fixed in less than an hour.

I cannot say enough good things about this experience - especially the fact that we could reach A Plus Plumbing with one phone call, explain our problem and get an immediate L-I-V-E response with an ETA that ended our anxiety. Equally as important, the plumber who arrived - "Al" - was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Lastly, the price that A Plus Plumbing charged us for this work was totally reasonable and in no way reflected an "emergency upcharge" that so many of their competitors routinely include in their bills for work of this nature. In net, we will definitely use A Plus Plumbing again and recommend them highly.

We had two professional plumber at two different times for two different jobs from A Plus Plumbing, Brandon J. and Steve Sh. Both were courteous, professional, quick and respectful. The jobs were completed to our satisfaction and the price was reasonable. Although I forgot to use a $25- coupon I had from the first service call in our second service call. I will recommend this company to others in need of plumbing work.

I've had many plumbers help me out over my long life, but A Plus is hands down the best. Kara in the office was cheerful & professional. She kept me informed of timing. Allen was so efficient, helpful and kind. We were pretty distraught over the flood and damage and he calmed us down. He showed up right on time, told us what he needed to do and got it done.

This was the Tuesday afternoon before Thanksgiving. The next day (Thanksgiving eve) he came back late in the afternoon to get the water back on after the restoration folks had to disconnect it. He's just plain wonderful and we are so grateful for A Plus's help. We'll never use anyone else.

Wow! This company is phenomenal! I wish I could give more than 5-stars! From their super friendly gal in the office, Kara- to their incredible technicians/plumbers, I am more than happy with this company! The guys took care of a very complex leak repair at one of my rental properties- they were attentive, thorough, courteous and extremely knowledgeable! Especially Jonathan, (the tech I had the most interaction with) just a terrific guy! He was very patient with me, explained everything, reassured me of the plan and it's success- his confidence in the work to be done helped me feel at ease- thanks guys! I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is! We had a home inspection in the afternoon when a valve burst under our sink that morning. They were at the house and had our repairs done within hours! Professional, friendly, fast.

Jonathan arrived in the time frame that was provided and was wonderful the entire time he was here. He replaced my old kitchen sink and faucet with my new upgraded ones, on a Saturday, same day that I called! He was pleasant, worked quickly, clean, and professional. I tried to offer him dinner as he was working into the evening hours on a Saturday but he politely declined and said he had another job to get to still. That was at 630PM. He is one hard working individual! Thanks so much for the invaluable help.

Update: They finished one of the jobs they quoted me, They took a while but they did it well. I DID have to go without water in my home for 5+ hours, I asked when he arrived if he would have to turn off the water and if he knew where the valve was and he said yes; HOWEVER. I didn't know he was going to walk outside and turn off the water right at that moment.

If anything I would just suggest to them that they advise clients to fill a bucket of water or something or fill a sink before they shut off the water, I didn't have a warning right before he did it and it made things more difficult throughout the day. Clearly communicating to the client on when you intend to turn off the water, and how much time it could possibly be off, should be an integral part of the plumbing process. Update: I have since received the quote and will update the review accordingly when they complete the job Unfortunately, this company has gone downhill.

They used to be personable and value their clients. I had a plumber from here visit for an estimate of quite a few things I needed fixed on July 15th, two weeks later I still have not received a quote, even though the gentleman that came out for the estimate said he would get me the quote no later than the following Tuesday. When I called and asked where my quote was, the girl on the phone gave me attitude when I was asking what happened, and why it was taking so long to get a quote.

She refused to give me an explanation, was not apologetic, and instead just gave me a snippy answer that basically amounted to well I don't know what happened but just deal with it. It's unfortunate because a few years ago I was so relieved to finally find a good company, but now it seems they have put profits over people and I am left disappointed and unimpressed.

My husband placed call to Steve, early on a Saturday morning. He said he would call back with a quote to replace a water heater. Steve never provided a quote to my husband and only called me back to get the address, etc. He said a plumber would be out between 1:30 - 2:00pm. I Sent a text to the technician at 3:28pm as he hadn't arrived. My husband also text Steve, directly but did not get a response.

I waited and then called Steve at 4:10pm. He proceeded to tell me the job was cancelled as I called to cancel it. I told him this was not the case and I have been home All day waiting for the plumber. He then said, he must have gotten our job confused with another one that did cancel. He said he would reach out to the plumber and get someone out. At about 5:20pm a plumber showed up and took about 3 hours to complete the job.

He had my husband go to Home Depot to pick up a part he didn't have on his truck. When the job was done, he charged $1,996 which is ridiculous for 3 hours and a $400 - $500 water heater. He did say, well the mark up for the water heater is pretty high. After he installed the water heater he also said, the "broken part was a fitting and the water heater may not have needed to be replaced." I was shocked to have to pay $1,996 for this and if we had gotten a quote like Steve promised, we would not have used this company.

Another mention is that we waited nearly 10 hours for this job and if we had been told it would be 10 hours and that we were being charged nearly $2,000 we would have called around or simply waited until Monday to get someone out. After I spoke to Steve the following Monday, he first maintained this is their standard fee. I continue to voice my discontent and he said he would look into this and call me back.

He never called me back but emailed saying the technician was inexperienced in pricing and overcharged but he would refund me $306. The new fee of $1,690 is still outrageous and had we been quoted this, not had his company come out. I will not use their services ever again and would strongly recommend checking around for pricing as it is apparent to me, this company is overcharging.

Great customer service, love that it's family owned, great service from Allen! I called with a drain clog, and they found an almost immediate time slot for me due to the urgency of my problem. They were kind, professional and got the job done quickly. Pricing is fair. I will definitely use them again in the future if I need to.

Called A Plus Plumbing they said they would be there next day from 9 to 11:00. Next day, At 10:30 1st tech called wanted to know what the problem was, I told was hairline leak under sink and I had the parts, and sent a pic. At 11:31 Aqualine plumbing a sister company calls says 1st tech doesn't have the tool? and would send another tech. When 2nd tech arrived he said it would be $225 for the job, and if I didn't want the job done it would still cost $50 for showing up, that's extortion. Replaced two valves and hoses under bath sink 15 minutes job, $225. I've never been charge that much for any service call in my life, and I had the parts. NEVER AGAIN!

This company changed my water heater some years ago. It was nicely installed. Competitive price. I called them a couple times more. Same great service. For example, the plumber measured and marked the drywall before making a cut. This is nice because dry wall will be put back decently. I had a plumber from a different company 15 years ago who cut in all different sizes and shapes. Not good. I recommend them for the quality of work and competitive price.

My company had a plumbing emergency while we had our president and VPs here and I called A-plus because of their Yelp reviews. They did not disappoint. I spoke to Jordan who was very polite on the phone and she was able to send out Allen within about 20 minutes. I had called other places and they were telling me 12 hours or even 3 days. 3 days isnt what I would consider an emergency response so I am glad I called A Plus. Allen was here in no time and fixed our issue within minutes. He saved they day or else we were going to have a real $#!tty day. Thank you A Plus for the wonderful service and making us feel like our emergency, was your emergency.

This company is terrific. This past Saturday afternoon our tankless hot water heater failed, so our home warranty company (Fidelity) allowed us to call an out-of-network company for service since we could not get an in-network company to the house before Monday. We first called a big name company in town who we knew operated 24/7. The guy who showed up was grouchy and unpleasant and quoted us a ridiculous price to replace our water heater.

Since the work couldn't be done until Sunday anyway, we looked up a past invoice Sunday morning from A+ (who we had used before and were very pleased with) and saw that they also are 24/7. We called and left a message and Steve called us back immediately, promising us he'd send two plumbers that day. By that afternoon, Allen (who was coming in on his day off) and Johnathan had replaced our tankless hot water heater (for about half the price quoted by the other company, plus just $85 for a Sunday call-out), cleaned up afterwards, and Allen even offered us a few tips on changing some settings on our water softener. (This guy knows everyone's products!) We will call these guys ANY time we need plumbing work done.

Of course, this situation was an appliance failure vs. a maintenance problem, requiring us to go through our home warranty company. As inconvenient as it is to lose a hot water heater early on a weekend, it turned out to be a positive as we were able to use A+ instead of an in-network provider (kudos to Fidelity for allowing this). I highly recommend A+!

I am Canadian with a vacation property in Gilbert. I have been looking for a trustworthy plumber to help out for emergencies as well as regular maintenance. Last month, I had a water heater break down while tenants stayed and they called one of the "big guy" plumbing companies who charges about 50% more than I should have paid. The "big guy" company did a nice job - but I felt like I also got taken advantage of.

This time, a leaky garbage disposal was the culprit. Aga n my tenants simply picked up the phone and called "big guy" plumbing company. I was aghast at the quote! I am not naive! This is the last time I would let myself be taken advantage of. I rely on Yelp reviews like this one to find quality services, and today I was not dissapointed. The company provided an estimate over the phone - the work was pretty straightforward.

Replace the garbage disposal with a straight drain. There were a couple other issues that happen (like any job of this nature) but not in expected either. Gino repaired this as well and at the end the bill was still less than half the other guys! Quality and service is most important to me! I am impressed with the service, time will tell the quality. But my immediate thought. Call A Plus for your plumbing needs!

A+ plumbing services was amazing when I woke up to my kitchen underwater. They got a plumber here within 15 minutes of my call. Corey was professional, experience, informative, and friendly. He charge me exactly what he quoted me and he reassured me everything would be OK. The repair was quick and professional. I recommend A Plus Plumbing for all plumbing emergencies!

I shopped around for quotes to install a new kitchen sink. A plus came in with the best price. Parker and Sons wanted double. When they sent Allen to the job, he was friendly and most importantly.honest. The price didn't change on me when he got to the job. This guy was the best. Allen knows what he is doing and does a great job. You are in good hands if you are lucky enough to get him. THE NEXT DAY, the main water shut off valve to my house broke off in my hand. I called and they had Allen back at my house within AN HOUR. In not time, I was back enjoying my new kitchen. A Plus is officially my go to plumber.

Called A Plus on a Saturday morning for help on a badly clogged toilet and a leaky shower/bathtub faucet. Within an hour our technician, Brandon, was at our house. He was polite and efficient, and we were fully operational again in under two hours from my original phone call. While I hope nothing breaks down again in this home, I know I'll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs.

Awful. Responded quickly but didn't seem to have a clue what he was doing. I needed my A/C condensation line cleared out. He tried to suck it out with a shop vac and after that didn't work he seemed lost. I asked him if he wanted to take a look at the drain pan, and after borrowing my ladder he went to the attic. He told me the line was draining just fine (it was the secondary) and then acted like he had saved the day.

I checked yesterday and the primary line is still completely clogged. $111 in the trash. I have an A/C guy coming out tomorrow to fix the issue. Don't bother with this company.

I called in a problem this morning. Within an hour the technician assigned to me (Allen) called and said he was available to start. Allen quickly diagnoses the issue with the laundry and water softener plumbing and quoted me a price before he started. The job was expertly and professionally done. At the price he quoted. (Which was extremely reasonable). Use these guys for your plumbing. They're great.

We moved into our house a little more than a year ago. Since we moved in, it feels like a repair has been needed on something in this house nearly every week. Thankfully, we really love our house and our location, so it's worth fixing! This past Sunday was no exception. Our washer had been slowly declining, and we finally purchased a decent used model.

We got it moved in, and as we started to turn on the water, the water valve started to leak. A steady drip, drip, drip that I knew would not hold until the morning. Thank god for Yelp. With a quick search for "emergency plumbing" we found A Plus. It didn't even take an hour for the plumber to respond. It was dealt with fast and professionally. A Plus is bookmarked in Yelp, and I will be my plumbing service from now on!

Had Allen come out to hook up a water filtration system. Somehow a pipe joint cracked and sprayed water everywhere causing damage in the garage and a closet on the opposite side of the wall. When they sent out their restoration crew to fix things they just set fans up everywhere to dry everything out. Eventually they patched the drywall damage. Days later I called to have them replace they carpet pad they had cut out and acted like they forgot about us.

When he came back out he had a genetic carpet pad to replace the upgraded spill proof pad we had. He had also previously told me that they would clean the carpet for us but that never happened. For all the trouble we dealt will this company was not worth it.

These guys are great, I will be a customer for life. I highly recommend them.

I needed a gas line adjusted in my fireplace. Gregory came out and did a great job. Had Gregory replace tub spout. A little more of a job than I had anticipated but not something I could handle. No question in my mind as to who to call.

***Update***12/30/15 Allen came out to the house and fixed sound with a couple of wedges. Good as new. I appreciate Jason, owner for being so proactive. Changing my review to five stars. A+ came out on a Sunday to do a clean out of our drain. Total cost was $380. $80+ dollars for a Sunday fee. Our plumber, Allen did a good job and was very courteous.

Total time on the job was about an hour and half. I gave four stars because when the plumber took the toilet off to do the clean out and there was change under the toilet to shimmy (weird) it so that you don't get the annoying pop sound when you get up. I am guessing the floor is not 100% level. The plumber removed the change but did not put anything underneath the toilet to level it out.

Now we have the noise when you get up off the toilet which wasn't there before. Felt a little pricey but what are you going to do with the in-laws in town and no use of toilets and showers.

My toilet kept running after it was flushed so I called A Plus. They showed up on time and the issue was an o ring as I expected. The guy was there maybe 10 minutes and somehow the bill ended up being $125. When I saw the bill I said I was surprised it was so much and he replied "we are expensive" and gave me a cheesy smile. Overall they did a good job with the work (assuming it hold up. which I assume it will). I'm sure I could have found a much better rate. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

I have never had the occasion to use Steve's plumbing services only because I live in Kentucky but I can tell you Steve has absolutely impeckable integrity. As a home owner I have had to hire people to fix one thing or another, people I knew nothing about but just had to cross my fingers and hope that I hired an honest person that fixed things that really did need fixing.
