We replace damaged trim and power wash the entire exterior. Then we caulk all seems, cracks and windows with a top-grade 55 year caulk. Overexposed and damaged areas are primed with an oil based primer. Finally, we paint the exterior with top of the line, Sherwin Williams paints that are never watered down and provide a 3 year labor warranty.

We move and cover your furniture with great care. Your walls are prepared by repairing cracks, holes and damage. All trim is sanded and recaulked as needed.
