I chose SW Exteriors based on the houses in my neighborhood I saw that had used them for paint, windows etc. The work looked great. My neighbor had his whole house painted and it looked outstanding and he let me know it's more expensive than you think. Which currently, that goes for just about anything. But, he said his experience was great and the quality was outstanding. So, I contacted them for the same whole exterior paint job as my house was overdue.

The initial engagement and write up plus video was thorough, the painters Roberto and Adriana were meticulous, thorough, and honestly two of the most pleasant people.you could meet. Our project manager Bo was fully engaged., explained the whole process as well as you could and had a focus on making sure we felt like we got a quality experience. I'm sure I could have had painters do the job for less, but the quality, professionalism, engagement, and the fact that they stand by the work for all kinds of minor things makes the difference.

The 2 man crew arrived on time and immediately began working. The were installing a new surface in our garage. They finished the job on time and gave us an excellent briefing on how to clean and care for our new floor as well when we could return our cars into the garage. We have used Southwest Exteriors to replace our windows so we were prepared for the quality of their work. I strongly recommend this company. They perform as advertised.

Southwest Exteriors put a beautiful Penntek concrete coating on our garage floor. After shopping around for a few months and not feeling comfortable with moving forward, I saw an ad from Southwest Exteriors. From the first phone call, to scheduling, to having the work completed, the team was very professional and responsive. They made helpful recommendations and added value to our home. All this came with the best warranty that I found - demonstrating their commitment to quality materials and workmanship.

We used Southwest Exteriors to replace a window that had moisture building up between the two glass panes. The communication and professionalism of everyone we dealt with at this company was outstanding. When we wanted a specific kind of glass, they didn't hesitate to find it for our new window. They are absolutely the best company we have ever used in San Antonio. We love our new window!

Working with this team was a phenomenal experience. We had almost all of our windows replaced. Throughout the process from the sales guy (Charlie) to the precision measurement (Jim) to the client contact (Lindsi), to the project lead (Jake), the entire process was friendly, courteous, and professional. They have a great product (and their prices will reflect that), but when they say you get what you pay for, you're getting a premium product with premium service.

Given the supply chain constraints experienced globally, this wasn't an immediate install, but throughout the process, the team was in constant contact with periodic check-ins reassuring me that I'm on their minds. Once the team arrived, they prepared the work area and went to work. The team was focused the entire time and it showed that they knew what they were doing. For this project, I solicited bids amongst a variety of companies. Southwest Exteriors will be my only call for my next project.

Everyone was great! Very professional and knowledgeable. The team came in and did an amazing job. They even moved up our installation date for us because we were going to get some rain and didn't want to delay our install. I would definitely recommend Southwest to anyone looking to have their garage or outdoor flooring for coatings.

Southwest Exteriors provides outstanding customer service. From sales to installation the process was smooth. Met with Sales at the house, the following week someone came by to take the measurements and about 6 weeks later I had 4 windows replaced, 2 in the kitchen, 2 in the dining room. A few days later a crew came by to paint the outside window trim. Excellent work.

We used Southwest Exteriors to replace all of our siding several years ago. They did outstanding work. Most importantly, they stand behind their work. When we had some problems with the siding and water drainage, Southwest came out immediately, assessed the damage, and then did all the repairs/replacement at no cost to us. And, they did it immediately.

We were never moved to the back of the line just because we were "warranty work" like some companies do. Bottom line from our siding experience we with Southwest: we TRUST them. So when it came time to replace our windows, we went with Southwest Exteriors again. We got alternate bids, but Southwest came in pretty close, and we knew they stood behind their work.

Because of COVID craziness, it took a long (long) time for our windows to arrive, but this was no fault of Southwest. The supplier had major challenges dealing with COVID changes to their operations. But Southwest stayed in touch with us to let us know the status of the windows. Installation went very well (super nice installers). Overall, if you are looking for window replacement and/or siding replacement, you will be very happy with Southwest Exteriors.

We hired Southwest Exteriors to replace two standard windows that were side by side with one large picture window. It was a pleasure to work with this team from the first consultation to the final installation. They were responsive and professional and made us feel like our project was their only project. Long time customer of Southwest Exteriors. This time we had them install new patio French door. Due to "supply chain" we we told about the 'wait time'. SW Exteriors kept us informed throughout the time table. When door came in, we were notified and set a date to have installed. As always, the instillation went smoothly and completed in a timely manner. They called back after a couple of weeks to make sure we were still satisfied with the door/installation!

Although we had long delays due to COVID and supply issues which were outside the control of Southwest Exteriors, they did an awesome job. Friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. We did Hardy siding, new windows and exterior painting. Thanks to Sergio who oversaw the project. We are extremely happy with the process and results. Thank you and alcaldes to the Southwest team. What a great company. When you are putting in a garage floor, first and foremost, one must have the proper materials installed and Southwest Exteriors uses the very best polyurea system on the market. Only one other company in San Antonio uses the proper materials but their customer service was nothing compared to Southwest Exteriors. After the proper materials, the next most important characteristic is that the company refuses to have a "completed" installation until the customer is completely satisfied.no matter what! Southwest Exteriors checks this box as well. Finally, you will find that the folks at Southwest Exteriors are friendly and easy with which to deal. If you need a beautiful garage floor in San Antonio, this is the company for you! I recommend them without reserve.

We just completed a project with Southwest Exteriors for new Hardy siding, paint and new windows throughout our home. It has made a wonderful difference in the beauty and comfort of our home. The professional, talented respectful and honorable staff of Southwest Exteriors prepared and installed new James Hardy siding around my home. Following the installation the painting crew did a magnificent job of giving my home a brand new fresh look. When we bought our home, it had previously been remodeled with the doors and some windows replaced. We wanted to replace the rest of the windows, many odd shaped to match the aluminum clad black exterior and painted wood interior. Three companies looked at the job and only Southwest Exteriors said they could match the job perfectly and they did! What an outstanding job!

Southwest exteriors did an excellent job installing Hardie boards around our front porch. They arrived at the appointed time and finished the installation in one day. The paint crew a very good job. Our project manager was easy to get a hold of and quickly scheduled a painter to come back and do some touch up work. We are very happy with the way everything turned out.

I had an appointment setup for them to come to my home at 3:00pm. They never should up or call. I waited and waited and nothing. I was very disappointed. Not only because I wasted my time waiting, but also because they didn't call to reschedule the appointment. When I call to see what happen, they couldn't tell me why no one did come over.

I've done business with Southwest Exteriors twice, and both times they were great to work with. From the estimate to the finished work, everyone was professional, friendly and very thorough. All our friends and family are amazed at how good our house looks after they were done! I would give them 10 stars if I could!
