After soliciting my business and scheduling an appointment they were a "no show", no phone call, no nothing.

I got a new ac unit installed buy Sam and his crew. They were extremely professional and answered all the questions I had during and after the install. I had a few issues after install so I called Sam and they came out the next day fixed the issues no question asked. I couldn't be more satisfied with the results and I highly recommend this company for anybody looking for a new unit or to get there ac serviced. I was happy how knowledgeable and professional the guys were who installed and came back out to fix the issues were.

Of all the places I called to replace my indoor and outdoor units, they were the most reasonably priced. Everyone was very professional, the installation was pretty quick especially since it was 91 degrees outside. They vacuumed any dust from the ac closet, and swept up any dirt they tracked in. I completely recommend Alpha!

After 19 years my a/c stopped working. Luckily for me the original installers are still available. Alpha Air came right away and remedied the problem. They are an honest company and never try to take advantage of your situation. I have recommended them before to family and friends and they have nothing but great compliments for this company. I have used Alpha A/C time and time again and they have always been very professional and courteous. Sam and Orlando make a great team. They saved us over $9000 when another company told us we needed to replace our entire system and Orlando determined it was a wire not connected to our compressor. The owner Sam came to my house for an estimate and he worked with me on the system and the price. His brother, Orlando, is the installer. He and his whole install crew did a very professional install. I got a complete system replacement, inside and outside, and they had the job done in about 4-5 hours. The cleaned as they worked and left no mess what so ever. Alpha A/C is now my one and only A/C contractor for future service. I highly recommend them.

Alpha refuses to fix my two Rheem air conditioners they installed. 5-ton Rheem installed 5/2010 and 3-1/2 ton Rheem installed August 2014. Also told me that Rheem is a "piece of junk". They will not even come to my house for a service call and told me to report them to BBB and Rheem, so I did. Waiting for Executive from Rheem in Georgia to investigate the matter further.

I guess they don't want to come back because it took from August 2014 to December 2014 to finally get my 3-1/2 ton unit to work right. They never did fix my gravity drain lines and water was backing up into the brand new unit and I finally had to prop the drain line up at unit and weigh it down to get it to stop. Terrible water stains on ceiling also from the gravity drain lines until I fixed the problem myself. Rheem recommended a different Corpus Rheem company to come fix what they messed up and to service my units.

Alpha has consistently provided our family with A-1 service. Over the years my unit has had it's share of problems. Sam and his friendly an knowledgeable technicians have always come through.

The most important thing for me is the professionalism. These guys have plenty of it and I am recommending them to everyone who needs a heating service.
