The grout in the floor of our two showers and around a bathtub was badly eroded and harboring mold, mildew and all kinds of gunk! Joe True bid and won the job. Joe removed the bad grout, replaced a broken tile and re-grouted the two showers and re-caulked around a bathtub and our kitchen counter too. His workmanship and courtesy are excellent! Lynne who works in the office is also very professional, courteous and efficient. When she says that they will call you back, it happens quickly! I highly recommend True's Custom Floor Covering!
