My husband and I needed to build a home for our handicapped daughter whom we had taken in to care for in 2014. Finding a builder who was knowledgeable about building a home according to the recommendations of the American Disabilities Act (ADA) was daunting to us until we found the perfect lot owned by North Florida Builders. We had a floor plan in mind and they had floor plan that could be adapted to ours.
Long story short: we are now living in a beautiful home that is ADA equipped. Our lot is large enough that a pool was added 9 months after we moved in. Our project manager, Dan Toole, Jason and Howard White and Teresa Wright made it happen. Dan continued to give service to us months after we moved in when we were challenged with modern selections we had made. If you want a house built right, engage North Florida Builders.

All of the North Florida Builders team made the experience very easy and stress free. We worked with Howard on creating the right floor plan for our house and we got exactly what we wanted. We were living in South Florida during the entire building process so communication was critical. We worked with Dan on all of the details of construction and he was always planning ahead and letting us know when he needed decisions or when we needed to be in Jacksonville. Teresa and Candi were great in keeping all of the details and specifics of choices and costs.
We would definitely recommend NFB to anyone looking for a custom house. They really made the entire process easy and stress free - which is usually not what you hear from people building their house. We love our home! Gary and Paula
