The crew was hard working and did what they were asked to do and did some quality work. The communication on the project was horrible and we had to be the ones to follow up every time to get the status. The work was not done within the time frame promised and the quality of many plants was poor given the installation being so late in the planting year. Some looked like the leftovers at Lowe's or Home Depot at the end of the season. Some never made it and it has been 3 weeks and no one has followed up to our request to discuss or take care of the issue. Very disappointing.

My project was the installation of a flagstone walkway and about 2,000 sf of sod. They did a pretty good job on the walkway but a poor job on the sod. The quality of the sod was poor; it had a lot of crabgrass, nutsedge, and weeds. The sod was of varying thicknesses and mixed types of Bermuda. They left gaps and holes between pieces. Some pieces were just dead.
They came out to replace some of the dead pieces but again brought bad sod. Two strips were more crabgrass than Bermuda so I pulled them up and threw them away. They laid a strip of really coarse, common Bermuda beside a strip of fine perhaps Tiffway Bermuda. I don't recommend them for sod work.

If your looking for a great professional landscaper, then you need to give this place a look. A friend used this company for putting in a new yard and shrubs. Also installs outdoor lighting to make your yard look nice at dark. Highly recommended! They also sell mulch by the truck load which is a lot cheaper than buyin all those bags.

We have used Professional Landscaping several times over the last 6 years. We have used them to come up with a design for our backyard, plant trees, maintain our sprinkler system and build a new patio. Each time they have been a pleasure to work with and diligent in making sure the work is done right.

Horrible customer service! First even where our annual bed was they made for us had red clay dirt, we called them out about it, and they added more mulch! We ended up buying the dirt ourselves! They have had to come out and replace plants right after getting our landscaping done, BUT it took over a month and several phone calls made on our part for them to come out.
That was almost 2 weeks ago, they took out a plant and have yet to come back to replace it or even called for that matter so now we have a large hole in our flower bed. The plants they replaced arent even all the way in the dirt! The lack of communication and empty promises you receive from this company is definitely not worth your time or money!
