I was very dissatisfied they had three employees to work the whole place one girl was working the register while the other girl was showing her how to do a dance that she found on Tik-Tok and the other girl was trying to help a elderly woman so basically other than that if you wanted anything you had to find it yourself figure it out for yourself and then waiting line because there was only one cashier not what I would call a place to recommend to other people to go buy stuff

I had Farm and Home Builders replace the vinyl siding on my home and garage. After 27 years, it had faded and had been repaired several times due to storm damage. They came in with a very good price and the quality of the installation was superb. All the metal trim around all the doors, windows and facia was replaced and the attention to detail was great. Very good crew and communication was great. I highly recommend them. Just wish I had used them 27 years ago.

The employees were helpful and answered all my questions. I found some really good deals on tools, tie-downs, and picked up a dozen packages of seeds to prepare for spring gardening. Under Armour was on sale which is always nice to not have to pay full price on. I have to make a mental note to keep Family Farm and Home in mind when I need specifics, especially pet food and accessories.
They are located in a huge strip with an enormous parking lot on the east side of cedar street as you go around the main curve heading into Mason.( It would be nice to add a Walmart in this big empty area, I'm pretty sure others would agree that their needs could be taken care of in one stop with both stores)

I am so incredibly frustrated with this business. They promise lifetime warranty but we contacted them multiple times about a crack in our window. If had seriously taken YEARS for them to fix the window. After many calls to them they finally gave a date they would show up, but they never showed up on the date they promised. When I called to find out what their schedule is the receptionist said she would check with the repairman and either call me back or she would have him call me back. No one returned my call. I received more support from the after hours answering service than I did from the actual business. So disappointed!

This place has a nice product, but provide lousy installers, that shouldn't be allowed to put siding on a dog house. They started installation on Dec. 18th and didn't finish up until the middle of March. They couldn't even show up on the date they requested to pick up their check. Now I'm finding malicious damage to my house. If I could give 0 stars I would, 1 star is to many. Save you self the hassle and look elsewhere.

We just wanted to take a moment and say thank you for all that you did to make sure that our project was completed to our liking. Although we had some hiccups pop up before hand, the final product is great! Jim and his crew did a wonderful job, and Jim was great at communicating with us throughout the entire job.
