Dolce Electric

Bought an older home in Mesa with aluminum wiring. The home inspection report said it was dangerous and recommended a service call "aluminum wiring pigtailing". Not knowing what this was or how to make aluminum wiring safe, I reached out to my neighbor to see if they ever had this electrical work done in their home. They did and recommended Dolce Electric having done their home.

Could not be happier with their service. Tony and his crew were super easy to work with and were able to schedule the work before all of our furniture arrived. Fantastic communication skills!

The owner, Tony, walked my wife through a fix to our electrical box for over 20 minutes with no expectation of being paid and then when we did ultimately need some repairs, he was on time, professional and competent. Great service, things are working great now! And the price was about the same for everything as it would have been just to have another electrician come to the house.

Tony was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. He squeezed us in for an appointment before the holiday weekend and was able to troubleshoot our issue and create a temporary solution so our pool pump could still run until we were able to schedule a complete fix of the underground wiring. I highly recommend Dolce for any electrical needs and will definitely use them in the future.

Tony came out and was professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to fix what 3 previous electricians couldn't. It was a low voltage out dated touch plate lighting system. Tony was honest and took the time to research the best prices for parts but fortunately we didn't end up needing to purchase those as he was able to fix the issue without them. I would highly recommend Dolce Electric if you're looking for a professional electrician that takes pride in their work. I will definitely be using them again if needed!

Called out for a quote. Well a 5th quote which I thought was going to just be the same over priced craziness turned out to be a loose wire on the light switch. Just because this place pulled the cover before just blindly giving me a quote and wanting an outrageous amount to fix 1 bedroom light fixture. I will always be calling this team from now on.

Dolce Electric ghosted me. After speaking with Tony over the phone, we arranged an appointment for a house call. Nobody ever arrived; Tony didn't answer any of my text messages or voicemail. I give 2 stars instead of 1 because I've used Dolce for other work in the past, but I won't ever call them again.

A day late on this review. Called in a panic as we had no power in 1/2 of our house. I was prepared to pay a service call fee and repair fees but was pleasantly surprised when I was walked through the steps for a fix over the phone. Less than 5 minutes later power was back on. They could have come to our house, charged fees for call and repair but instead decided to be fair and honest!

It wasn't just a "flip the switch" deal, a little more complicated, but I'm so happy for the detailed instructions for a fix without the house call/fees. I recommend Dolce Electric Co.

I am a "do it yourselfer" living in a remote area and attempted a relatively large residential electric project. During the process i ran into a few questions and thought i would reach out to an electric expert. Tony answered the phone and took the time to understand my project and then offer advice and guidance. Not only did he offer advice, but saved me over $1500 in his recommendations.

I called a couple of times during the process and each time he was cordial, polite and took the time to answer all of my questions. Tony knew from the beginning there was no job out of this since he was telling me how to do it myself. These types of businesses don't exist anymore and I am thankful for Tony for taking the time to help me. I finished the project, save tony of money and very happy. I Highly recommend Dolce.

Total rip off. This guy will ask what other companies have bid just so he can offer a lower cost. But that lower cost comes with lower service. He completely under met my needs and I regret going cheap on something so important. Not to mention, he threatened to shoot me after I called him out on his low performance. Save yourself the headache and regret.

I left a voicemail on Monday afternoon to fix a breaker. It's now Thursday night and I haven't received a response. Luckily I found another company who came out right away. I guess their reviews are from people who waited.

Holy crap. LOL! This guy is a lunatic. I didn't read the whole response to my review about his company not following up on my lead because TLDR and why read the ramblings of a nutcase? His response definitely says a lot about how he runs his business and treats his customers. Yikes! Careful folks.

Dolce Electric was amazing. Jake the installer was on time and so friendly. He asked questions and recommended certain ways to install the tv and was very knowledgeable in his field. He was willing to go the extra mile and stay as long as it would take to get the job done. He did an excellent job and I would for sure use Dolce Electric again. thank you Kim

I called Dolce Electric to install a 220 outlet in my new home here in Mesa so that I could use my welder. They were booked up for a few days, but the owner of the company took time out of his personal schedule to stop by and get it done for me the very next day! He was extremely friendly and professional. The outlet looks great and works flawlessly! Thanks again! Shaun

Dolce Electric Co was recommended to us by our neighbors who had very good things to say about them. Our pool motor had stopped working because the underground pipe and wires became rusted and damaged. They sent an electrician named Jake out the same day we called. He did a great job explaining everything and answering our questions. The next day Jake and his team installed a new pipe and wires in the ground. The we're on time, neat and super friendly. Pool electrical is working great. Thank you for the fast service and professional work.

Great company! Knowledgeable workers and prompt service! I live in a super old Condo, the power was flickering then died. I called and Tony the owner answered right away and told me he'd have a guy out in an hour or two. 30 minutes later a very professional and knowledgeable electrician named Jake was able to fix one issue right away. Due to a possible other issue, Tony the owner got SRP out to my place within a few hours to change my electrical meter and even came out late night just so he could check out behind their equipment.

Amazing customer Service, very prompt and knowledgeable which is very important when you have no electricity in the heat and you work online from home! There was a second issue a few days later, as all my equipment was 36 years old and the whole electrical box needed to be replaced. Again, within a day Jake came back and replaced that all for me within a few hours.

Every time someone was done, the owner Tony called after to make sure the issue was fixed and that I was happy with the service! I will definitely call them for all my electrical needs and refer them to anyone who need quick, quality electrical work!

My pool timer suddenly would not turn on. Tony spent 20 minutes walking me through (literally) different troubleshooting scenarios. He really wanted me to be able to fix it myself. Ultimately we had to schedule a service call. Turned out it was a deteriorated wire underground. They fixed it in a timely manner with least amount of disruption to side yard. It was a costly, unexpected, unplanned expense and Tony graciously said don't worry, we'll just leave you the bill. Nice to find a good honest electrician.

Tony the owner at Dolce Electric is obviously notorious for not keeping his word. Just read the reviews! The guy promised me something I chased him for like 3 weeks and then told me he was reneging and NOT following through on our original deal wasn't a man of his word after all. His Father would be proud I'm sure.

We had an issue at our junction box causing a power outage on a Sunday, Dolce Electric responded within an hour (again on a Sunday!) of the call. They were able to determine the problem immediately, which turned out to be a simple fix. Price was extremely reasonable, especially considering the response was outside of normal business hours. Highly recommended, very: reasonable, reliable, knowledgeable and personable.

These guys (Andrew, Daniel & Chris) are really nice, super hard working, and very competent. Tony, the company owner is super knowledgable regarding all things "electric." He consulted :) for the guys when they put in a new outdoor outlet for our BBQ Island/Outdoor kitchen. They knew exactly what we needed and the best way to get it done. We will be calling them for all electrical issues in the future.

Dolce Electric, and Tony in particular, are a great company. I had an electrical issue that two guys looked at and could not figure out. they actually told me I would have to tear up some wall. In desperation, I made one last call to another electrician. Tony showed up at my house, late on Friday afternoon, and fixed it in 5 minutes. He was very gracious with the bill as well. From now on, I call Dolce first!

Called Tony for an intermediate electrical question and he gave me a totally interested and expert reply (he couldn't get back to me right away as he had no less than seven other phone calls in the hour since I left a message), and for no charge! I would recommend and use these guys just based on that. Hard to find this kind of free help.

I contacted Dolce Electric to get an estimate on updating our landscape lighting. Tony set an appointment but was delayed. He called to let us know he would be coming a bit later, something I appreciated. He proved very personable and we were impressed with his professional knowledge. He made great recommendations and promised an estimate within a day.

We never received the estimate, so my husband called him back to inquire about it. Tony said that we would have an estimate within the next two days. We have never received that estimate either. We have no idea why Tony would have wanted to waste his time and ours by promising an estimate for work he had no intention of doing, but follow-through seems to be a problem for this firm.

I called this company to get a quote. They said someone would be out the next day between 12-1 pm. No one showed up. So I called and the man that answered said let me check on that hung up on me. I was really trying to give this guy business. So I drove to their place of business to see if someone could help me. The lady at the front desk of the business plaza said No one from that company is ever there, so that's a red flag. Bad business. Wouldn't recommend it.

Wow.super nice. I called them out after I attempted to install a GFCI outlet. Came in, looked at what I did, corrected it AND taught me how to do it correctly. Yes, that is what I said.taught me! Super nice guy (Tony). I am having him return to do more work. Call them, you won't be sorry.

We contacted Tony from Dolce Electric on a Sunday due to a power outage from the panel at our residence. Tony asked for a brief rundown of the situation and then stated he would be at our house in a couple of hours. True to his word Tony arrived early that afternoon ON A SUNDAY and went right to work troubleshooting the problem. Tony located the problem in no time and walked me through the cause and future remedies. Tony was very polite, patient, sociable and honest! Highly recommend Dolce Electric.

I needed an electrician in Mesa AZ for a 200 amp main circuit breaker replacement. Called several electrical contractors and no one had the part. Called Dolce Electric Co and they not only had the part but had it replaced in 2 hours.

Tony from Dolce Electric was just the man I needed in a pinch! I was quoted $3k to replace an electrical panel, which for a single guy who just bought the home was really hard to swallow. I called Tony up and he knew exactly what the problem was and was able to come out the next morning and fix it and not have to replace the entire panel!

I had an issue where half of my house was without electricity. SRP came down and found the issue was behind the meter and the electrician I originally called was requiring me to purchase a brand new electrical panel that was going to cost me $3k, which for a single guy that just recently bought the house was a little hard to swallow. I called Dolce electric for a second opinion.

I spoke with Tony and he knew exactly what was wrong and was willing to come out and fix it the next morning! He was amazing and I will definitely be calling Dolce Electric for all my electrical problems!
