I am a former employee of Novatech Security. When I was there I did sales and tech work for them. Having worked for several alarm companies in the past, I can say without a doubt that they are the best alarm and automation company in the mid south. Andrew and Brad were very professional and knowledgeable. Don the owner came out and explained everything about the alarm service, he was so genuine and sincere he was professional. Andrew& Brad installed my system they answered all questions with patience and knowledge. I'm satisfied with the service and the system. I highly recommend.

I advise anyone who's having a house built not to have this company install your sound system. The system and speakers are very cheap and are built to last only a year. I had a sound system installed in my new house 2018 and the outdoor speakers are already blown. We hardly ever use the sound system, so the wear and tear factor on it is very weak.
I called the company to have someone come check the system out and they told me sorry, it's gonna be $95.00, not including the parts. The same thing happened to a friend of mine system after one year installed. So if you decide to have them install a sound system throughout your house just be prepared to pay extra for service after it malfunctions in about a year.

I love my camera's and the doorbell is simply great I can see who is at the door any time from anywhere I am on vacation right now and told the UPS Guy to leave my package in the Garage. I unlocked the garage door watched him place the package in the door and then I locked the garage back all while eating lunch in beautiful downtown Savannah so cool

I have been using novatech since I purchased my home in 2016. Up until now, they have done a superb job in keeping my family safe. Since i have been relocated to Las Vegas, cancelling my contract has been as hard as pulling teeth. I get the run around when I call, I am placed on hold, and never get a chance to have my situation resolved. Teresa has gone as far as to investigate the validity of my transfer and it has really become predatory to me. I just want to be done with such ratchedness
