Aranda's Plumbing, at your service! Until something breaks, we usually take our plumbing and water for granted. If the annoying drip, drip, drip of a leaky faucet has kept you awake at night, you grow to appreciate a tight seal. A clogged toilet? Well, you get the idea. Your home comfort system is most likely the single biggest use of energy in your home. In fact, over a third of the energy used in the United States is used to heat and cool buildings. Having a properly designed and installed heating and air conditioning system will have the biggest impact on your energy costs.

I needed three outdoor faucets replaced. Expecting all three to get done, I decided to agree to pay the $75 service fee. One faucet on the front of the house had an access panel inside. The replacement was literally unscrewing the old faucet in screwing in a new one. One faucet had access in the boiler/mechanical room but was in a tight area And one faucet needed to be accessed through drywall.
The tech (Jake) came out and didn't even try to replace the one needing drywall. He said the one accessible from mechanical room needed the water heater to be removed because there was a clamp holding it in place and he couldn't reach. and the easiest faucet to replace, he put in a faucet that didn't have anti-siphon capability. I had to argue with him about Santa Fe code, even going so far as to print out the relevant sections.
He eventually agreed, and had someone run out a new different faucet from the store. Now, back to the other two outdoor faucets that Jake didn't replace. He told me that he could order parts to rebuild them. They had the rebuild kit for the vacuum breaker, but not for the small relief valve at the end. He would get those ordered. And here's the kicker: if I wanted him to come out and finish the job he started and replace those two pieces which is 10 minutes and a wrench. it's the $75 service fee again, and probably another 1 hour labor.
I opted to wait and do this myself. So all said and done, I was charged over $300 to replace a single outdoor faucet that had an interior access panel, and he tried to install one that didn't meet code. I STRONGLY advise against using their repair service. It's overpriced and based on my experiences you won't get work done correctly to code.

Jake is amazing! He installed a new water heater to replace our 14 year old unit. A day after we noticed that we were not getting enough hot water. Jake came back and after various tests and a few hours, he discovered that we had a leak somewhere in the house, and that was why we were not getting enough hot water. He's the real deal and true professional. Aranda's and Jake exceeded all my expectations. They're GREAT!

Raul just finished the install of our water filtration system. He was very through and the system looks and works great! He even stayed to make sure the pressure was good for the home. I previously used Aranda's to remove a clog in my bathroom sink. They were available the same day to remove the clog. Very happy with this company.
