Best window cleaning we have ever experienced! Use World Wide Window and you will have clean windows. We have used others and it is so nice to have found a company we can depend on. They show up whenever their appointment is and every time they are professional and efficient! Highly recommend!

We have used WWW for 3 years now and have been pretty satisfied with the service. Some of the cleaners do a better job, but I have provided feedback and gotten better results the following time. I have gotten several estimates from other companies and all have been substantially higher than WWW. The contract is a negative factor and the primary reason I didn't rate a 5. However, I have not felt it necessary to stop the service as yet, so it hasn't caused an issue. If you want regular window cleaning for a competitive price, I recommend WWW. If you are looking for a one and done or just once a year, probably want to consider others.

HJust recently had windows washed. What stood out this time is they used a ladder and did a better job on upstair windows. And the gentleman who did windows stood out for his pleasant demeanor. Service: Window cleaning

Nasty driver. On 4/20/21 at 2:50 p.m. their driver is following me so close and even honks his horn at me as I'm driving past Spokane Fall Community College. I'm doing the speed limit. I called the company and gave the license plate and even have a photo that my passenger took. They have not called me back. Very aggressive driving, in front of a college, put us in danger by driving so close. License plate number: C05700U. He needs to be fired, he makes the company look bad.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Terrible service. Contract is a joke. Way too expensive. Steer completely away from this company. They do mediocre work at best.

Be careful to read the contract small print before signing. It is written very much in favor of the company. When considering canceling my service I was reminded by the company that 8 years earlier I signed an agreement that said I had to pay for two more window cleanings after I cancelled the agreement. Or they offered me a buyout for several hundred dollars.

My bad that I obviously didn't read the contract carefully before I signed it so I paid the buyout fee to be done with a company who operates this way. I am hoping to save others hundreds of dollars to warn you read the fine print carefully before you sign an agreement with this company. I rated a two rather than a one because they did a nice job on my windows.

Last year I first signed up for window cleaning service with this company, after first service I found their service was very unprofessional and poor quality so I informed that I do not wish to continue with their service in the future. Few months later, a man came uninvited to clean our windows, my wife sent him away without having him finished the job.

I called the company, they said I already signed the contract for another service, so I reluctantly paid for the second unfinished service and thought I was done with them. Last week, they called me again and wanted to schedule for window cleaning, I refused and told them I have already done with that so called contract last year Today, I received a letter from the company demands for $500 cancelation fee, they also attached a contract that I signed, or have them come in again.

It is like repeat of what happen last year, I never thought window cleaning could be a life long like contract (beyond one year) with such small illegible print to mislead customer. I did a little bit of search on internet on this company, and found that I was not the only victim from this company, they had history of ripping customers off like this, harass and intimidate customer for outrageous fee and poor service, and demand for cancellation fee, otherwise will threaten to sue them in small court.

I'm giving one star due to the fact that you must give at least one in order to post a review, I'd give negative stars if possible. I'm blown away that this company has any positive ratings. They have a coupe of good window techs but the owner, Robert, has exhibited the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. We've been customers for years (as has our company) and he sent us a threatening letter after we had to reschedule a service with short notice.

My wife called him to explain that we simply had a family emergency and Robert went ballistic. He became combative and was borderline verbally abusive. We will never do business with this company again and I would strongly encourage others to steer clear.

This company is by far the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They broke their contract multiple times and due to the fact we signed a contract with them, turned it around accusing us of breaking the contract. They were obligated to contact us the day before they arrived so that we could be there and let them in to clean the windows on the inside.

That happened two out of four times. They would then charge for a complete service. The last cleaning took place on November 2, 2018 and this brand new employee did call ahead. My wife met him and paid him when he was done. Very poor workmanship and due to high winds he couldn't do the glass in our deck railing. He didn't charge $35 for that glass and told my wife that someone would come back and clean the railing glass.

We never heard from anyone nor saw any signs of the glass being cleaned but in December we received a Past Due notice for $35 with an invoice saying the windows were cleaned by somebody on 11/5. Again no sign of glass being cleaned and no invoice left. Oh yeah the first time they cleaned they left an invoice somewhere and we found it about a month later in a couple of different bushes when we were working in the yard.

I sent them a $35 check and informed them that again they had broken the contract and we were done with them. They then reminded us of the contract we had signed, told me we were late and based on the original contract we were charged an additional $25 and given options to cancel the contract. We were given very little time to reply and I chose the only option that would keep them away from my home which was paying them an additional $525 which I mailed out on 1/29/19 and in the mail at that time was a threat to take me to small claims court.

I have an extremely high credit score and that didn't come from not paying my bills. I also run a successful company and have for 25 years and have never treated a customer like this. Robert Wells is a crook and the business is set up to rip off the customer. Do not ever become involved with this cut throat unscrupulous piece of garbage or you too may fall victim to a company that doesn't care a bit about their customers but will take every possible advantage of you. Never sign a contract with creeps like this.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants the highest quality for the best price. We started with a small project, on a recommendation from a friend. We have since replaced nearly all of the windows in our home with Window World. Absolutely the Highest recommendation I could give.

The guys at World Wide Window are the best I have seen in the Spokane area. They clean windows of course, but it is the professionalism and attention to detail that sets them apart in my mind. I sure do not like when other operators show up late and do a half-hearted job.
