Carmen Folken founded Home Maid in 1995. Carmen's cleaning experience started years before that with just a few clients and due to the quality service she provided and her eye for detail, her clientele began to grow rapidly. Now Home Maid is a successful business and serves most of the Las Vegas area.Carmen has been able to train her team to provide the same quality service that she demands. Over time Home maid has broadened its services to include commercial, construction clean up, window cleaning, carpet cleaning and tile and grout cleaning. This is a great benefit to our clients to not have to contract several companies but can get all these services in one package deal.

Whether you're looking to get back a deposit or just want your new home thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, you can rest assured it will get done right the first time. Package deals are also available to have multiple services that most vacant properties will need.

Neglecting window cleaning over a few years can permanently stain your windows and screens from lime scale deposits.

There are many methods to carpet cleaning but Steam cleaning is far superior. Steam Cleaning is achieved by using a truck mounted machine that can heat water over 200 degrees and powerful suction to extract dirt deep within your carpet. To improve quality even further we 1st apply a pre-spray solution and agitate the carpet with a rotary scrub machine.

I have used Home Maid since we moved to Henderson in the fall of 2006. They bring tears of joy every other week after they've cleaned my home. They have also cleaned my windows, tile and carpets as well. I am a Realtor and have referred them to ALL of my clients. They do deep cleaning's for clients who have recently purchased homes, townhouses, condos and rental investment properties.
