My AC blower was intermittently shutting off and would not come back on unless I kept it turned off for several hours. This happened during a very hot week. After several days of my AC working and then not working, I called Hush air. With it being a Thursday, I was not optimistic that they would be able to send a service tech out before the weekend. However, they managed to get a tech out Friday afternoon and fixed the problem.

I had a clogged drain pipe that was triggering an off switch to the blower. After Brian, the service tech cleared the drain pipe, the AC was operating normally again. I was thankful they were able to send out a tech so quickly. The service was great and professional.

I really like the fact that they text you to let you know your technician is on the way and a picture of who your technician will be. I asked technician Brian if he wouldn't mind wearing booties while inside and he responded of course no problem. They were on time and explained what my service would entail. Hush Air is wonderful! Our heater would not come on and they came out the same day. Brian determined we needed a new thermostat. He installed it in no time & went over how to use it. What a nice upgrade from our previous one. It actually looks really nice and now we have a warm house. Hush Air helped us in the summer with our AC unit as well. They are the best and Kim was super nice to deal with when I called.

Steve came out and discuss options. Darren put together two proposals. I call back and went with one of the proposal. Steve and Brian came out on time and went right to work. Together they had the new unit up and running. Steve checked everything: Duck work, cold air return, temp of cooling etc. Explained everything. Removed old unit and trash even sweep up.
