Our customers have ranged from a simple replacement of a switch to a total remodel of a 200 year old home. We had an amazing experience with Providence Electric. The technician, Jamie, was so friendly. He was also respectful of our home (wiped his wet ladder down before he brought it in the house, made sure to ask before he sat his tools in a particular area, etc.). In short, he went above and beyond. We will definitely be reaching back out when we have any future electrical needs.

Beware, pass on this company. Over the phone I was told my job was a quick and easy fix. However, I called to remind him of my small job 4 times over several days before he showed up. I was outrageously billed $381 for replacing/rewiring 3 (YES, 3) switches. Unfortunately, I feel like I was billed to make up for the small job and my address. I have advised the source that recommended this company to please remove it from their list of contractors.

Two men installed a ceiling fan with light fixture in a ceiling where no light fixture had been before. They had to cut the ceiling, run an electrical line from my attic, install an outlet and mount the fan. They did all of the above so well that it looks as if the fan was part of the house when it was built. They were punctual, and completed the job within their estimated time frame.

We bought a 10-year-old house and wanted two light fixtures moved, two replaced, new outlets installed (in a difficult to access area), under-cabinet lighting installed, and a cable jack moved from one room to the next. Larry came to the house to provide an estimate and offer expert suggestions. He let us know the day before work was to start.
