Steve and Doug are true professionals. While working with them it was overwhelmingly clear that health and safety were their primary concern. They answered questions and addressed the mold/water damage issue in my residence from a place of direct concern for my health and safety, not from a place that was concerned with profit. These guys are honest and professional. I highly recommend Water Extraction Experts.

These guys were SO efficient and did an excellent job! The owner himself came out within half an hour of our initial call and was very diligent about following up with multiple visits. They were honest didn't make a bigger job out of what work was needed. Hope to never have a need for water damage repair again but if we do we will call these guys immediately!

Please do not use them. They made a LOT of promises and did not deliver. Our issue was in June of 2020 and they got paid and our home is still not finished. They promise to hire all necessary contractors and that did not happen. They do high pressure and then NO COMMUNICATION with us OR our insurance company! Our home still is embarrassing. The people they refer flake as well. PLEASE STAY AWAY! Most of the extraction guys he sends are awesome! Doug just sucks and so do his carpet and drywall and painting contractors.

Doug and the team with Water Extraction were amazing! We had an early freeze this year and had a flood in the basement. It was stressful and a real mess. They came out immediately that morning and got to work. They helped us empty out the rooms and got to work drying everything out. They were kind and empathetic. They did a great job and the basement is as good as new!

These guys have solved multiple serious challenges at 2 properties for me. One of them left others stumped. Their familiarity with so many water related issues and their pragmatic approach is super valuable. This is the single best contractor experience I have had in the span of owning 5 homes.

I called Doug last night to look at a issue we had in our bathroom. He showed up first thing this morning and evaluated the area that flooded. He determined that I did not need his restoration service, but told me to keep a eye on a few areas. If you are concerned about water damage, I would call Doug. He will give you a fair and quick review of next steps if needed.

A leaking pipe flooded the crawl space and damaged the joists and floor in the kitchen. Doug and his team were great. He performed a thorough inspection and gave us a great assessment of possible damage and even gave us a heads up on some future risks to be on the look out for. Doug saved the day in our motorhome after I experienced a water pump leak (under the bed) that caused flooding in the carpeting and flooring. He was very thorough with water-density measurements and mitigations to dry out the carpeting and flooring, including propping up the 32-gallon water tank to ensure all areas were completely dried. The cost was much less than I expected and Doug did not rush any aspect to remedy the water damage. I highly recommend Doug and Water Extraction Experts.

Doug and his staff are incredible! They arrived immediately after I reported a water leak in my basement. Mold had spread throughout and there as sitting water. They brought in their state of the art equipment, sealed off my basement to keep the rest of the home safe, and started mitigating the issue right away. They followed up to ensure everything was taken care of and safe. They communicated well and are very professional and kind. I highly recommend them to anyone with a water problem!

Doug and his team are absolutely amazing! After coming home to a burst pipe that caused considerable damage throughout my main floor and most of my basement, Doug was over to take a look in under an hour and mitigation started shortly after that. He and his team embodied professionalism throughout the entire process while also being very personable, were highly communicative, very timely and responsive, and worked with my schedule and needs. Doug handled most of the insurance work and did a great job of walking me through the process. I would use them again in a second if I ever had the need and would recommend them to anyone.

Doug and his team did a fantastic job when we had the AC unit this summer leak water into the basement. Reused existing wood and couldn't tell. Perfect. Then with this big snow storm and us not there it looked like we could have water in the house. He got over to the house quickly to inspect. Great reliable team. Thanks Doug!

Great experience! Doug and his crew are amazing to work with. Would highly recommend them. Our hot water heater went out and even after hours Doug came out and assessed the damage. Had a crew here with in 30 minutes with fans. Had fans for a couple of days and they came every day and checked moisture and if we had mold. Everyone was nice and informative of what they were doing! Ever have water problems call Doug!

Our water main broke and we had water filling our crawl space and bubbling up from our front yard. Doug and his team, recommended by our plumber, showed up very quickly and assessed out situation. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what they thought the best plan of action would be, how they were going to do it, how long they estimated it would take and answered all our questions.

All WEE employees were awesome to work with, very professional and I felt comfortable having them in and out of my house over the span of a week. Doug worked directly with our insurance agent and helped us understand what our claim consisted of as we had never had a water insurance claim before. They were totally responsive on a Sunday and showed up quickly after us calling them. Doug and his team came in and went straight to work, informing us of everything we need to know about the job and typical insurance issues (we are first time home owners and had no idea how all that stuff worked).

After the initial visit his team came daily to check on the drying progress, they were always on time and went above and beyond to help get our lives get back to normal. Thank you guys so very much for all you did! I can honestly say after working with other contractors these guys know how to run a solid and honest business!

Doug and his team at Water Extraction Experts were extremely professional, thorough and dedicated to completing the job to the highest of standards. We discovered the leak late at night and Doug arrived within 30 minutes of our call, stayed past midnight, and followed up the next day to make sure our home dried properly. You've got to be kidding. The day after we signed a contract and sold our house, a handyman was nailing in new baseboard in our master bath. Unknowingly, he hit a pipe next to our shower. A few hours later, I noticed a little water under the baseboard.and a slight hissing noise. Oh no. I ran down to the basement.water was pouring from the ceiling onto the basement floor. ARGHHHHH.

He let me know exactly what needed to be done, how long it would take and put my frayed nerves to ease. He saved our wood floors which would of been thousands of dollars to replace. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Last Wednesday my washing machine had a filter failure that resulted in the spilling of LOTS of water in my bathroom which then flowed into my carpeted bedroom. I called Water Extraction Experts and they were at my house within 1 hour.
