I needed to move a refrigerator down to my basement and cap off a gas line (scary for the average human). Kirch scheduled the appointment, followed up to confirm, and sent two guys over who were super helpful, quick, and left everything better than they found it. Can't say enough about how helpful Olivia who answered the phone was. So friendly and understanding of what we needed. 5 out of 5 - highly recommended

A prior refrigerator died on a hot day in 2019. I needed a replacement fast. Kirch has a nice selection of used appliances and I found an affordable option that day. Said replacement fridge has now been sold and so I'm reporting ~2 years of it doing its duty. It's really nice to have a place like this in town.

I have been using Kirch Appliance for years. They are the official Samsung repair group in the are, which is how I discovered them years back when they fixed my microwave. Once out of warranty, I now call them directly and not through Samsung. They fixed my dishwasher a few times (each time a different issue). They are very methodical, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and will return to them time and again.

This company does 1 year factory warranty repair for many dryer brands. Here's my experience with them. 1. Brand new dryer broke in august 2021. Took them 14 days to fix it. 7 day for fist visit to diagnose and then 7 days to come again to fix it. Dryer broke in 3 weeks again. 2. Took them 7 days to come fix it again, dryer broke in 1 day. 3. Took them another 7 days to fix it again 4. Dryer broke again after 2 cycles (1 day) 5. Waiting for them to come fix it again.
Next visit was you guess? 7 days from call. I would say if you "fix " something and it breaks again in less than one day, you have NOT fixed it. You should come the very next day and fix it. Not make me wait 7 days each time for your incompetence or deem the dryer a lemon so that I can get my refund started right away. I made sure I purchased my next brand with a company that is not serviced by kirch.
Please enquire at the store, "who does the warranty repair" before purchasing your next brand. This company takes a minimum of 7 days for warranty service call and if they can't fix it in that visit, , another 7 days and the cycle repeats but the dryer cycles don't.

HORRIBLE EXPLERIENCE. Today is Monday September 20, 2021. Last Thursday I went and bought a washer and dryer from Kirch Appliance Inc. Very nice experience being able to go and find what I was looking for and at a reasonable price. The girl at the counter was super friendly and courteous. Today my daughter receives the washing machine and the dryer at home but with the problem that the washing machine does not work and they tell my daughter that they would not have a technician available until Friday.
I call them and tell them that they need to send me a technician before Friday and I ask the person who answered the phone if they do not check the appliances before delivering them to what the person on the phone answered YES, BUT WE PICK UP YOUR APPLIANCES AT THE CURVE OF THE ROAD AND TAKE IT TO YOUR HOUSE. The person was rude and disrespectful, I ask him to speak to a supervisor or a manager and he indicates that he is the same.
After his reply, I told him that I no longer wanted the appliances and he told me that they would charge me for coming to pick up the appliances since I don't want them. They charged me $ 285.00 for a NO WORKING washer, Dryer for $ 275.00 and Delivery $ 59 for NOTHING. Do not trust this company or allow yourself to be treated as they did to me.

I inquired about a dryer drum gasket. Kirch did get back to me but said, in terse language and elementary school grammar, that the part was "on back order, " without explaining what that meant. I inquired again; meanwhile, I found the part myself within an hour of looking for it. It took 6 days of back-forth with Kirch to get the same result. I could hire Kirch to install it but I won't. They've done nothing but radiate disinterest in my business.

I have used Kirch for a number of years. Sometimes ok, sometimes not. The woman at the counter was not particularly helpful. I bought a dryer. 35 days after I purchased it it needed to be repaired wasn't covered as warranty is only 30 days. A month later I had to fix it again and another month and a half it had to be fixed again. I took a wall air conditioner INTO the shop.
They charge me $100 and said the coil had a hole and it couldn't be repaired. $100 if they had to come to my house, but $100 when I took it to them? They used to be better.

We just bought a used fridge from their shop. Their delivery was quick and affordable. The only thing to work on would be for the delivery guys to be a bit more careful when they are moving stuff in as they did scratch my door and nearly gouged my wall. But it was a tough corner so I'm not horrified. The one guy did seem annoyed that I required them both to wear a mask but he did put it on.
So all in all it was a smooth delivery. About two months later the fridge broke and was not cooling nor was the door staying closed. Initially I was like oh great I got a lemon and now I'm screwed. But it was covered under the 90 day warranty and they promptly sent a tech out. He was super friendly and explained the problem and fixed it and there was no charge. So I would utilize them again. This is my second attempt to do business with Kirch appliance. The first time I had left my microwave there for replacement of a bulb and they didn't get around to it for a few months. This was just before their move so I gave them a break, they were moving. Today I had a dryer delivered to my home. I guess it is my fault I did not have them show me how to operate it at the store.
Now after the install, the two installers did not start it, left and I had to call them to see if they would fix it. They said they'd have to get back to me after they got back to the shop. I still have no resolution to this issue and I am upset. I cannot recommend Kirch apliance as they have failed me twice. I am just hoping for a equitable resolution to their poor service.

DO NOT DEAL WITH KIRCH APPLIANCE IF YOU DO NOT BELIVE COVID 19 IS A HOAX! I just had two men deliver a washing machine and attempt to enter my home without masks. I was shocked, and immediately asked them if they had masks. My question was met with an eye roll- one went back to the truck to get one, while the other stated that he didn't have a mask.
I provided him a mask, however, I later noticed it was pulled down below his nose and mouth while he was in my home. The other guy kept his mask below the level of his nose the entire time. Beyond that, they carelessly ripped off a side piece of trim from my counter as they were bringing the washing machine through my kitchen and down to my basement- then acted like nothing happened and made no mention of it.
I heard the one guy say, "Oh Sh*t." The other guy replied, "What?". Guy number one says, "Just go." I immediately went and looked and see the piece of trim just hanging there. I understand that mistakes happen in situations like this, but to try to play it off like nothing happened instead of apologizing was also off putting. Overall this was a terrible experience and I hope this review serves as a warning to anyone who holds their health and safety as a priority. Of note, this is my first negative review. For anything. Ever.

I was not only satisfied with rapid response and excellent diagnostics performed by your staff related to my refrigerator at a condo that I rent to a tenant in Middleton, but was equally impressed by Karen with your office staff who went out her way to promptly and efficiently provide me with the invoice for the work via email that I needed to be sent to me immediately for my business records. Wow! Just wow. My elderly mother ordered a part. The part arrived and she was advised it was in, so she could come pick it up. The part was picked up and taken home. It ended up being the wrong part, but was obviously not checked before it was sent out the door. My mother called to report it being the wrong part and was told that she would would have to come all the way back into the shop for the exchange.
Not to mention, he didn't want to return to measure for the correct piece because he didn't want to make an extra trip! This very much upset her. I called the shop to find out if they would be willing to drop off the part, since it was their mess-up and they do make house-calls. Ted told me that wrong parts are commonly sent to them and that it wasn't their fault.
Oh but it is Ted. It is because you called to say the part was in before checking to see if the it was the correct part. If it happens that commonly, don't you think you would check ahead of time? You are the responsible party. This is how customer service works. He then went on to say that there would be an $89 delivery fee. I asked if someone could just drop off the new piece and pick up the old on their way to another job, since it wasn't a piece that was needed immediately.
He wouldn't even help her. I'm angry, disappointed and saddened. I expect this out of a corporate company, which is why i decided to support a small business. Boy was mistaken. I will be making a visit to them when I return to WI. This is not a threat, I just don't want any other in-need person to be taken advantage of, this is not the time. This is the time to help. The 2.5 stars makes sense.

Repeat customer for due to positive experience with my first service call to fix my refrigerator which was leaking water. Tech came with a towel to walk on as it snowed the prior evening so not to track in snow. Reset a newly installed dishwasher so that it receded into the cabinetry better than I could fit it into the space, as well as cleaned, then showed me how to clean dog hair from my washing machine. I will contact again if need be without hesitation. Thank you!

Terrible experience. Samsung contracts with them for repairs. I need repairs on my dishwasher. They called me and left a voicemail. I called them back and left a message. They never called me back. They then told Samsung that they called me three times and I never returned their contact. Wrong. I have detailed call history available from my cell provider and the call history shows only 1 call from them.
They are dishonest and obviously contracted repairs for Samsung are not a huge revenue generator so they do all they can not to take them on. I certainly wouldn't give this firm any revenue.

A bad experience with Kirsch's warranty and customer service resulted in me choosing to hire a different appliance repair shop for an issue with my oven that Kirsch couldn't fix after months of visits to my home. The new repair shop came out and fixed the issue in a fraction of the time it took Kirsch, and told me that Kirsch sent out an email to all area appliance repair companies urging them to not work with us. Save yourself a headache and go with someone else.
