Lombardo Landscaping recently did a whole property re-do of our home.landscaping. From initial design work through installation, Lombardo did high-quality work on a timely basis. Much of this was due to the hands-on work and daily on-site involvement of Job Supervisor Will McCroskery. Just had pool deck redone 01/2022. I am thrilled with the work they did! Pool deck looks so pretty and cleaner. Dave Hornsby was wonderful to work with. Lombardo did an outstanding job consulting, designing and installing a large patio community center for our neighborhood. The workmen did a swift and thorough job and left the area very clean. Will McCroskery in particular was a major contributor to the the success of our project, aiding us with design, selection, planning and implementation.

Lombardo did a complete design, demo and installation of our entire property. Throughout Will McCroskery guided us efficiently and was always present checking on the progress. The resulting landscape project could not have been better. Each of the crews, demo, planting, sodding and sprinkler, performed outstandingly. The crew bosses were each willing to engage with us, make recommendations and review the finished product without hesitation. I can honestly say I have never worked with a better company. Thanks to Will and all the crews for their hard work and quality service.

We hired Lombardo Landscaping to create our custom backyard oasis. It was an amazing process from an idea with our wants to the actual finished product. Matt came up with an awesome design that blew us away. His team was super professional, responded to all our needs and questions very timely and Will, our project manager, was super attentive and available whenever we needed him or had questions. In the future if we need any additional work done to our current home or future homes we will definitely be using Lombardo.

We had an amazing experience with Lombardo Landscaping! When we reached out to Lombardo for an estimate regarding remodeling our pool patio area, Matt Lombardo came personally to take a look at what we had envisioned. He also offered suggestions that I never even considered, and those suggestions turned out to be huge game changers in transforming our outdoor living space.

From that point, Matt promptly responded with an estimate, and when the decision was made to move forward with the remodeling, we were introduced to Brian, David, Mike, Olivia, and Ali. This team, with Brian leading the way, kept us constantly informed on the next steps, updates, and provided us with a schedule and estimated dates on when things will be completed.

They provided us with a video showing the layout with everything. Any questions we had, they responded. Any updates they knew, they informed us quickly. They were very transparent with the whole process and always mentioned costs up front without any hidden, unexpected costs. When we requested to update or change something on the project, they accommodated.

They documented everything from beginning to end. When the actual work started after permitting and everything, things took off and were completed in a reasonable amount of time considering all the supply chain delays and material shortage. Throughout the process, they made sure we were pleased and satisfied with everything. The materials were high quality and the vendors they contracted with were easy to talk to and communicate with.

The scope of our project was involved. Remove pavers and replaced with travertine, demolition of outdoor kitchen area and wall, rebuild much larger outdoor kitchen area with stucco finish, granite countertop, outdoor fridge, extra storage space, new electrical connections to mount TV, replace waterline tile, replace pool finishing, install new pool lights.

While I though the task was daunting, they simply said that they could do everything on my checklist. My wife and I were so happy we went with Lombardo. Excellent service and quality. -Peter and Sara

We are very happy with Lombardo Landscaping. The extraordinary job they did was amazing. We installed a waterfall, from the beginning to the end they were always responsible, and they still after few weeks they still called me and asking me how is everything. My outdoor looks just the way I want it ( Key West ) style. Also we are impressive because when they came to look up my pool, they brought the folder with the information of the company, insurance, license all kind of information about the company, from that moment we realized this is a great company, the proposal was very well made, not to many company's do that. I recommend this company for any job, they know what to do.

Lombardo Landscaping was phenomenal! Matt took all of our ideas, made suggestions and incorporated them to create a beautiful outdoor living space for our family. They were able to submit all plans for permits and work with all COVID delays. David was amazing. He did most of the work himself, bringing in help or sub-contractors when needed. He responded to my requests immediately. Any issues, changes and problems (though few) were addressed and dealt with immediately. I would highly recommend them!

I hate to say this, but my experience was awful. Matt sold us the dream, took our $2,000 deposit, and then doubled the budget. We spent the last 6 months trying to negotiate down to our original budget with little to no response from Matt. We weren't given options, Matt didn't listen to what we wanted, and then he was too busy to speak to us. We haven't heard from him in over 3 months.

I finally got in touch with someone else who got us a third of what Matt promised, but Matt refused to count our $2,000 deposit towards the job. What kind of business does this? Is it right to steal someone's money during a pandemic? Total jerk. Don't use this company! They will steal your money! Trust me, you will find much better prices with honest companies in the area.

We had EXTENSIVE work done on the outside of our home! They completely redid our back yard with pavers, our driveway, our sod, plants, as well as repaving our lanai and retiling and resurfacing our pool. From start to finish everyone who came to our home was very professional, nice, and treated our things as their own. We couldn't be more pleased with our home and we are planning on using Lombardo Landscaping again in the future!

Matt knows his plants and is an amazing artist. We are new to the area, don't know the plants very well, so we really just let Matt create and run with the design. We are so happy that we did! He pulled in features and elements that we would not have thought of. The balance of colors and textures are absolutely gorgeous. Our neighbor across the street has already stopped by to thank us for the amazing view.

One thing that struck me was that every single employee we met was a polished professional. They were pragmatic yet pleasant to interact with. Next we want to replace the driveway with pavers. I can't imagine working with anyone else but Matt. Update: I felt the need to add this in as it exemplifies how Matt is a true professional dedicated to the highest quality.

We had Matt come by to give us a quote for resurfacing the driveway. While on site, he was looking over the garden his crew installed and identified one plant that was not exactly where he wanted it to be. He talked about how the color and textures would interact with the plants around it, and asked if we would mind if he moved it three feet to the side.

So in his nice shoes and khakis, he got a shovel out of his truck and moved the plant. My wife and I were already happy with the work that was performed. There was no value add in what he did beyond ensuring we would be happy with the design for many years to come. So while Lombardo may not be the cheapest option, I've never met a company so dedicated to delivering the highest level of service.

We used Lombardo Landscaping to completely renovate our yard. They helped us design the perfect landscaping for our property and for our lifestyle. The work took about 5 days and it has totally transformed our property. It is absolutely beautiful! They truly care about the customer. Professionalism and quality are the best words to describe Lombardo Landscaping. I highly recommend this company!
