Robert was great. : We had an oven with a stuck door at our rental property. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, gave us all our options honestly, ordered a part for repairs, and had it taken care of for a super fair price. Super smooth and we'll be using him for all appliance repairs moving forward.

They inspected my refrigerator and recommended parts to be changed and were going to order them. After 2 months waiting for parts they forgot what was needed to be done. These guys are horrible. Then made appointments to come out again. Never showed up to 2 different appointments made (wait periods of 4 hours on first and 2 hours on second).

I hate to sound like l I am repeating what other reviews but I had a great experience with Robert as well. I went to tip him after the excellent service and he suggested a good review was worth much more. I respected him even more after that and am sure he will continue to do well with his quality work, fair prices, and the wisdom to prefer a good review over a tip.
He was prompt and available, followed up appropriately and diagnosed our faulty part correctly even as diagnostic codes suggested otherwise. I found him to be a professional and personable person as well. Overall, good experience - will recommend to friends and family in the area.

Just used this company after seeing the positive reviews from others. So thank you to everyone for helping me select this company. What an awesome experience it was. We called the company on a Saturday morning. This was the first time I used a company like this so I wasn't sure if they were open on weekends and what their availability was. Thankfully they were able to schedule an appointment on that same day. Robert came out to the house and just like everyone said, he was professional, courteous, and willing to help.
He worked hard and was able to finish the dryer service within 20 minutes. I'm sure this same job would have taken me all day if I had tried it. Robert was even kind enough to quickly diagnose a refrigerator problem I have. He gave me a quote and I will, without a doubt, ask him to come fix this issue as soon as possible. He didn't have to do this since I only called him out for my dryer issue but he did not hesitate at all to diagnose, explain the issue, and offer tips to care for my refrigerator. I have to say, I was so pleasantly surprised to have had such a nice man come to my door to see about fixing my Refrigerator. I didn't just have an AV Appliance Associate come to my door, it was the owner ROBERT! He was not only nice, he was kind, clean, and honest and professional. He was very fair with his quote and he fixed my refrigerator/freezer for a very low price. Saved me hundreds of dollars of not having to go buy a new one.
