I called during a power outage. Was having trouble with running the blower on my HVAC to heat the house. Their rep in the office spent a lot of time on the phone trouble shooting with me. Got great advice. Have since had them quote putting in a permanent connection for the generator to power our house. Service: Electrical wiring repair

Well, now that the Ice Storm of 2022 is in the history books, I am finally.back to normal. I lost power for 9 days and before MLGW could come out, the weather head connection had to be repaired. Ellendale sent out a certified electrician (required) and his apprentice. They called first, completed the job in about 1.5 hours and explained in detail the repairs. They even provided crucial information to pass on to MLGW which saved me 1 less day of outage. I give them my highest recommendation.

The guys that came out were nice, informative, and efficient. They saw what needed to be done and got it done in a timely manner. Didn't try to sell us on something we didn't need which was a huge bonus! (Other companies have tried to sell me on things I didn't need before). I am definitely going to use them for any of my future electric needs. I highly recommend!

Ellendale has a large group of guys and everyone electrician they have sent has always been very good. I recently signed up to use them for my alarm system and monitoring and that was great, they rewired an entire 100 year old house, they have done inspections for me, made knob and tube wiring more safe for me, electrical boes, ran low voltage surveillance wires.and I have always been happy with their work. Not the cheapest but good work.

Called back in December to book an appointment and the said it would be January 7th before they could come out and put in a 50 amp service on the side of the house. They called the 5th and said they would have to reschedule because the technician was sick and it would be mid FEB and if you accept the estimate and it would be 6 to 8 weeks to get back to us.
She was extremely rude on the phone. We also wanted several plugs added inside our home. NO THANK YOU! They used to be so nice and we used them many times. We will take our business where we are appreciated. They seem to have more work than they can handle or don't like small jobs.

We had a small job, changing out light fixtures and checking GFI circuits. Other companies were too busy to handle such a small job, but Ellendale came out the next day, did the work and Tony P gave us invaluable information. Price was absolutely fair. Very friendly, professional people. I recommend them highly and we will use them again!
