Very disappointed in Shaley and his business. He came to start the tile in my bathroom. He came in unhappy because we hadn't removed the previous flooring, which wasn't talked about, he had given instruction to cut the carpet leading into the bedroom in a certain way and that was all. He came 30 minutes early, which normally wouldn't be bad, but we had an unforeseen plumbing issue with a leaky valve.
The plumber was on his way and had Shaley come at the time he was scheduled it would have been fixed. But instead of working with us he left. I would never recommend a business who can't communicate and is so unprofessional leaving us with an unfinished bathroom.

Absolutely rude. after introducing myself and before I could finish, said don't call me. No class and unprofessional. Do Not Call or do business with these guys. Who ever answered the phone to 702-699-9512 which sounds like the Owner himself is a jerk! I was calling because I needed a bid for some tile work. If that's how he treats locals and potential clients, can you imagine how he treats people he don't like?!

This is a belated review, but better late than never! The owner is a real artist and craftsman. He did a wonderful job with mosaic tile on my fireplace! I know he remembers me because it was a two day job! I get so many compliments on this fireplace because the pop of blue mosaic glass is so striking and stunning! Thank you thank you thank you!

Was very rude. Had him come look at a small, but difficult job that I needed done. I asked questions to better understand what he was trying to explain to me and he acted agitated and repeatedly said he couldn't use the tile I had chosen despite being told by others that it was fine. After looking over the work I needed, he snapped that he didn't want to take the job and stormed out.
I understand him not wanting the job since it honestly sounded like it was outside of his skill level (I had two other tile people say they could accomplish what I needed), but his rude behavior was uncalled for.

The professional staff at Flamingo Tile, Inc is just beyond amazing. The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable. We knew right away from the first phone call and we should hire Shaley and his team. It's very clear that they know what they are doing and that their tile setters are the best in town. I love Flamingo Tile! We remodeled our kitchen. Had new flooring and back splash put in. Shaley Moas gave us a very fair quote. He went shopping with me and helped me pick out flooring that would be strong and durable for a kitchen. The workers did a great job making sure everything looked perfect. I had a great experience with them and will use them when I upgrade our bathrooms.

We hired Flamingo Tile to remove all the horrible flooring from our 2600 square foot house and replace it with tile. It seemed too good to be true, but Shaley Moas quoted us $10,000.00 under the first company we called. He helped select the tile and started the job the following day. They brought a giant dumpster and hauled away all the old laminate, carpeting and tile.
They picked up and delivered the new tile themselves. The whole job took a week - they worked 7 days in a row and did a beautiful job. The workmanship is evident everywhere you look. Our whole house now has one beautiful tile throughout and it looks great.
