We had LVP on our main floor done, as well as all the carpet pulled out on the second floor. The LVP looks good for the most part, except some bubbling in a bathroom, that we were told was nothing by the installer. However, a handy man recommended we fix it so there's no water damage. Overall our new flooring looks good, but needed fix's after installing. Lack of communication on project timelines and billing. When changes came up, we still have not heard back months later, which lead to using a different company.

When I received a quote I was informed that it would be good for a year, I visited the store in person 6 months later which I will agree they have amazing designs for flooring but the customer service I received with my first visit wasn't the best. We took a few samples and the lady that assisted us stated that the quote I received was still good.
Fast forward, I go in the following day to get new options and finally make a decision and was informed that my quote was no longer good and I needed to get a new one and the price I was quoted would increase. (Still waiting to receive a call back as I asked to speak with someone higher or the person that actually gave me the quote to better understand how their word could just change) I rather take my loyalty to a business that can keep their (Promise) word.

We were very happy with the in-store selection, service by the sales reps on the floor, quality of flooring, and superb installation. They do need to keep track of their inventory more closely as our installation date was cancelled and rescheduled with less than a 24 hour notice due to lack of supplies.
